Abstract

It still finds such the belt konveyor, truck, just the Material Handling, to move the material, components, andgood from a place to another place. The thing just it can implement the system, is not changeable from that system.That’s correct, because need the coordination such a function to move it. But it can learn by simpleable, jointable, anderaseable is three steps (basic) to forward the improvement.

Abstract

Diffusion bonding or diffusion welding is a solid state joining process. This bonding technique is based on theatomic diffusion of elements at the joining interface. The diffusion-welding interface has same physical and mechanicalproperties as base metal. The strength of joining depends on pressure, temperature, time of contact and the cleanness ofthe interface. Diffusion bonding needs longer time than the other welding processes.

Abstract

Salah satu metoda pengujian perpindahan panas aliran fluida lewat permukaan luar adalah dengan fluk kalor tetap.Pada metoda ini diasumsikan bahwa terdapat fluk kalor seragam untuk seluruh permukaan. Untuk mengetahuikeseragaman tersebut harus dibuktikan dulu ialah dengan digunakan analisis efek konduksi pada permukaan. Jika efekkonduksi permukaan kecil (< 2.5%), maka fluk kalor seragam dapat dibenarkan.

Abstract

Using the concept of force generators, various active vibration configurations have been axamined for theirperformance potential. It is shown that an active vibration control system offers a great deal of flexibility in that by aproper choice of active companent its transmisibility characteristics can be altered to suit the requirements. It is alsoshown how the full potential of active systems can be achieved even when there are passive components. An activesystem is designed in such a way that it gives the desired performance even in the event of the failure of the activecomponents through the reliability offered by a passive system.

Abstract

Streching process of sheet materials is one of any process to increasing of material strength. But the effect of thisprocess on crack growth must investigate, the first for sheet materials are used as a plane structure.The test results show that the streching process of AL 2024 T3 materials of 3 % would produce of decreasingcrack growth rate, and 5 % of streching process would produce of increasing crack growth rate of materials.

Abstract

Pengukuran viskositas dari fluida penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan fluida menahan gayageser. Metoda pengukuran viskositas fluida dengan menggunakan silinder konsentrik-putar. Viskositas ditentukanberdasarkan jumlah torsi pada dasar silinder dan selubung silinder. Metoda pengukuran dengan aliran pada pipakapiler viskositas ditentukan berdasarkan laju aliran volume (Q) dan pengukuran penurunan tekanan aliran fluida.
