The objectives of the research were 1) Identifying of marketing channels on each marketing institutions 2) Identifiying marketing functions which performed by each marketing institutions 3) Analyzing of marketing margins on each marketing channels 4) Analyzing farmer’s share which performed by each marketing institutions on Sumowono District. The research was conducted in March 2017 until April 2017. The methodology and collecting data was executed through survey, observation, and interview using quetionnaire.The research was held in Sumowono District which the most productive of coffee on Semarang Regency. The location of research were held on 3 villages which were Pledokan’s Village, Ngadikerso’s Village and Kebonagung’s Village, those villages were chosen because that 3 village were guided by Balai Penyuluh Petanian in Sumowono District. The respondents consisted of farmers and traders Robusta coffee. Respondent farmers are 30 respondents which determined by Multistage Sampling. Respondents traders and agent are 15 respondents which determined by Accidental Sampling. The result of research was showed that there are four channels trading system that happened in Sumowono District which are (I) Farmer – Whole Saler – Traders Expoters (II) Farmer – Traders Village – Retail – Consumer (III) Farmer – Traders Village – Whole Saler – Retail – Traders Exporters (IV) Farmer – Traders Village – Whole Saler – Retail – Consumer. Each marketing institutions perform a difference of marketings function. Marketing’s margin and farmer’s share’s value of the analysis on marketing’s channel I are equal Rp. 5.983,00 and 80,70%, channel II are equal Rp. 6.912,00 and 78%, channel III are equal Rp. 8.918,00 and 74% and channel IV are equal Rp. 10.000,00 and 71%, as well the most efficient marketing channel is channel I. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat kepuasaan anggota koperasi terhadap pelayanan Koperasi Gardu Tani di Paguyuban Al-Barokah, Desa Ketapang, Kecamatan Susukan, Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September - Oktober 2017 di Paguyuban Al-Barokah, Desa Ketapang, Kecamatan Susukan, Kabupaten Semarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode survai. Metode dalam penentuan lokasi penelitian adalah secara purposive, pemilihan responden dilakukan secara acak (Simple Random Sampling), sedangkan jumlah responden yang ditentukan 77 orang menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis IPA (Important Performance Analysis) dan CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). Berdasarkan analisis IPA, atribut yang masih perlu ditingkatkan koperasi seperti kelengkapan fasilitas koperasi (Atribut Bukti Nyata), ketepatan waktu dalam mendapatkan uang hasil penjualan (AtributKehandalan), ketrampilan atau pengetahuan pengurus (Atribut Jaminan), sanksi untuk anggota yang tidak mematuhi peraturan koperasi (AtributDaya t) dan bantuan sosial seperti biaya rumah sakit bila ada anggota yang sakit (Dimensi Perhatian). Sedangkan berdasarkan perhitungan, CSI keseluruhan mencapai nilai77,40 % dalamrentangskala61-80 % sehingga dapat dikatakan anggota merasa puas terhadap kinerja yang diberikan koperasi.Kata Kunci : Kepuasan Anggota; Important Performance Analysis(IPA); Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

ABSTRACTThe purposes of this research were to find out the amount of income and the factors that influence the income of Gapoktan Sumber Mulyo’s farmers. This research was done on January until February of 2017 in Banjaran Village, Bangsri Sub-District, Jepara Regency. The research method that used was survey method by doing a direct interview based on the available questionaire. There were 80 farmers that were selected randomly to be the respondent sample of this research. The research’s results showed the average income of farmers was Rp 4.369.956,-. The average of monthly income was Rp 1.092.489,- which is lower than regional minimum wage of Jepara District. Cultivation of rice done by farmers was considered as profitable bussiness because the average of profitability is higher than the loan interest at of Sumber Mulyo Cooperative. The factors which influence farmer’s income were cost of seed (X1) and cost of fertilizer (X2). Meanwhile, the cost of drug (X3) and labour (X4) were not factors that affect Gapoktan Sumber Mulyo farmers’ income. Keywords : Farmer’s Income, Paddy.

This study aims to analyze the performance of agricultural extension centers, analyzing the application of PTT technology of rice, as well as analyzing the performance of Agricultural Extension Centers (BPP) in influencing the adoption of PTT and rice production in the district of Magelang. The basic method of research is quantitative descriptive survey approach. Exogenous variables in this study were BPP performance, while the endogenous variable is the adoption of PTT and rice production. The population in this study is 21 BPP in Magelang. The sampling technique used method purposive sampling. Respondents in this study a number of agricultural extension 148 and 148 farmers. Data collection techniques by observation and interviews. Analysis of the data used is Path Analysis. The results showed that the performance including the BPP in either category. Adoption PTT Rice in Magelang District including the high category. Production of rice in Magelang included in the category increased. BPP performance significantly influence farmers' adoption. Adoption PTT of Rice in Magelang Regency significantly affect rice production. BPP performance in Magelang significantly affect rice production. Increasing rice production would be done if supported by the performance of BPP and implementation optimal PTT of rice, the BPP's role should be improved through capacity building extension, the provision of infrastructure and funding to support the program in order to increase rice production, especially in the district of Magelang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran anggota (task roles, maintenance roles, blocking roles) terhadap keberlanjutan kelompok tani padi (kohesivitas, interdependensi, komitmen, program kerja). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai April 2017 di Kelompok Tani Amrih Lohjinawi 1 Desa Ngawen, Kecamatan Ngawen, Kabupaten Blora. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah survei. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purposive dengan kriteria kelompok tani yang paling dinamis diantara 28 kelompok tani lainya yang ada di Kecamatan Ngawen. Kelompok tani yang dinamis yaitu kelompok yang sering mengadakan kegiatan guna meningkatkan efektivitas dalam kelompok agar tujuan yang diharapkan tercapai. Pengambilan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah responden 82 anggota. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknis analisis regresi linier ganda. Faktor task roles dan maintenance roles secara parsial sangat nyata mempunyai pengaruh, sedangkan blocking roles tidak menunjukkan pengaruh terhadap kelanjutan kelompok tani. Namun secara keseluruhan ketiga variabel tersebut mempengaruhi.Kata Kunci : keberlanjutan kelompok; peran anggota

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas media video sebagai media untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan petani sayuran tentang budidaya edamame. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 1 November - 20 desember. Dua puluh petani anggota kelompok tani Sederhana dipilih sebagai responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan model one group pretest-postest experimental research, yaitu dengan membandingkan mengetahuan petani tentang budidaya Edamame sebelum dan sesudah penayangan video dengan metode uji Paired Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan media video efektif secara signifikan meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan petani tentang budidaya edamame dengan niilai signifikansi uji Paired Sample t-Test sebesar 0,000. Berdasarkan rata-rata hasil tes sebelum dan sesudah penayangan video didapat peningkatan nilai tes sebesar 54,95%. Kata kunci: Edamame; Efektivitas Media; Kelompok Tani; Video
