Abstract

Osing Deles Banyuwangi is an individual business engaged in the shopping center for typical Banyuwangi souvenirs. This study aims to analyze the effect of location, product variety and price on purchasing decisions at the Osing Deles Banyuwangi Gift Center, both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study were consumers who were at the Osing Deles Banyuwangi Gift Center. The sampling method used is non probability sampling, data collection using accidental sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a sampling sample of 60 respondents. This type of research includes quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, the coefficient of determination, simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (t test). The results showed that the location, product variety and price variables simultaneously (F test) and partially (t test) had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a coefficient of determination (Adjust R Square) of 0.689 or 68.9% of purchasing decisions being able to be explained by independent variables, while the remaining 31.1% is likely to be explained by other independents not included in this study.

Abstract

The physical work environment and work motivation are factors that impact an employee's performance. A quantitative research design and probability sampling are employed in the study. Techniques for gathering data include conducting interviews and distributing surveys. The data analysis approach interprets the table of output findings from the SPPS version 26 program using descriptive and associative methods and data analysis, specifically multiple regression analysis. The study's findings indicate that while work motivation has a partial impact on performance, the physical work environment has a partly zero influence. Additionally, the physical workspace and work motivation simultaneosly the performance of call center agent PT. XYZ Bandung City.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the influence of organizational commitment, work discipline, motivation and performance of state civil servants on the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of Jambi Province. To answer the research objectives, the researcher conducted literature observations related to several research variables, as well as reviewing relevant journals. The population of this research is all BPKPD Jambi Province employees totaling 166 employees. The population of this study was too large, so the researcher decided to use a sample taken based on the Slovin formula, where the error rate was 10%, and obtained a sample of 63 employees. Data analysis using the path analysis method to measure the influence of the research variables. The next analysis is R square and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The research results show that both simultaneous and partial organizational commitment and work discipline have an influence on work motivation and performance. This indicates that the high level of organizational commitment and work discipline of employees at work can increase their work motivation, thereby having a positive effect on their performance. This research concludes that organizational commitment, work discipline, work motivation and employee performance at BPKPD Jambi Province are at a fairly high level. In addition, organizational commitment and work discipline, both simultaneously and individually, have a significant positive effect on work motivation and performance. Meanwhile, work motivation also has a significant positive effect on performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the competence, organizational culture, motivation and performance of employees at the Talang Bakung Community Health Center, Jambi City and to analyze the partial and simultaneous direct and indirect influence of competence and organizational culture on employee motivation and performance, as well as to analyze work motivation on employee performance. To answer the research objectives, this research is supported by theoretical studies related to research variables, namely work discipline, work stress, work motivation and performance. Apart from that, the author also looked for relevant previous research in the form of articles/journals and previous theses to support this research. The population in this study were employees of the Talang Bakung Community Health Center, Jambi City, totaling 53 employees with conditions in 2022. The data analysis technique used in this research is through path analysis followed by hypothesis testing through the F test (Simultaneous) and t test (Partial). From the path analysis tests carried out, it was found that competence and organizational culture had an influence on work motivation by 82.9% while the rest was influenced by other variants. Competence and organizational culture have an influence of 83.3% on employee performance at the Talang Bakung Community Health Center, Jambi City. This research concludes that competency, organizational culture, work motivation and employee performance are in good and high condition. In addition, competency and organizational culture partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on work motivation and employee performance at the Talang Bakung Community Health Center, Jambi City. Likewise, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of marketing mix on re-visit intention of patients at Mother and Child Hospitals in Batam City through patient satisfaction. The sample used in this study was 340 people. The results of the study showed that the product and promotion variabels, people did not have a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction. price, place, process, physical evidence variabels had a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction. The results study also show that the product, promotion, and people variabels did not have a significant positive effect on re-visit intention through patient satisfaction. While the price, place, process, physical evidence variabels have a significant positive effect on re-visit intention through patient satisfaction. In addition, patient satisfaction has a significant positive effect on re-visit intention. Mother and Child Hospitals) must be able to adapt the marketing mix in carrying out services to patients, in order to provide good and excellent service.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of liquidity, solvency and profitability on stock returns in Manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The population in this study were 21 companies in the Food and Beverage sector. The technique used in sampling in this study was purposive sampling, and a total sample of 12 companies was obtained. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative analysis method using Microsoft Excel 2010 as a data tabulation tool and Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 21 as a tool used to test research data. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the annual financial reports of Manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2017-2021 research period which can be accessed through the official website, namely www.idx.co. id, and other journals or articles related to this research. The results of this study indicate that liquidity as measured by CR has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns, solvability as measured by (DER) has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns, and profitability as measured by (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on returns. share.

Abstract

This research looks at how brand image, taste, and price influence consumers' decisions to buy Supermi. The authors conducted this study to discover and analyze whether brand image, taste, and price have an impact on consumer purchasing decisions. The population of Yogyakarta City who have consumed Supermi brand instant noodles. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using the Roscoe formula. The sampling method is simple random sampling and uses the Likert scale to measure research data collected through questionnaires. SPSS 25.0 is used for testing. Test results show that taste and price have a partial impact on purchasing decisions, while decisions about what to buy are not influenced by brand image. Brand taste, price, and taste, simultaneously impact consumers' decisions to buy Supermi products.

Abstract

Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WoM) and destination image play a significant role in the tourism sector and have a strong influence on tourism satisfaction and tourism loyalty. This research aims to understand and identify the implications of E-WoM and destination image on tourism loyalty and tourism satisfaction as mediating (intervening) variables in Moramo Waterfall Tourism, Southeast Sulawesi. The analytical approach used is to use the SEM-PLS analysis tool with a sample of 160 respondents using purposive sampling. The results of the study show that the E-Wom and destination image variables have a positive and significant effect on tourism satisfaction and tourism loyalty. The more positive information and reviews and the more positive the image of the Moramo Waterfall tourist attraction in Southeast Sulawesi, the higher the tourism satisfaction and the stronger the formation of tourism loyalty, therefore tourism satisfaction is an important strategy to build tourism loyalty and the influence of both variables is positive and significant. The results of the study also show that tourism satisfaction as a mediating variable has a positive and significant effect on tourism loyalty, although the mediating effect is low.

Abstract

This research aims to know the impact of social media and product quality on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction at UMKM Alfahmi Konveksi. The research method in this research is the quantitative method. The location of the research was carried out at Alfahmi Konveksi located at Rahmad PIK Complex No. A 42 Menteng VII, Medan Tenggara, Kec. Medan Denai, Kota Medan, North Sumatra 20226. As for the results of the research, it was found that (1) there was a positive and significant influence of social media on repurchase intention in UMKM Alfahmi Konveksi. (2) there is a positive influence and significant impact of product quality on repurchasing intention. (3) Colabored between social media and product quality have a positive, significant impact on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. The findings provide a deep understanding of the importance of the role of social media and product quality in improving repurchase intention through customer satisfaction at UMKM Alfahmi Konveksi.

Abstract

This was a quantitative study. The data were secondary data from six Provinces in Sumatera  in the period 2010-2021 obtained from the BPS and DJPK. The data were panel data analysis using the fixed effect regression model processed by Eviews 12. The results of the study showed that: 1) foreign investment have significant positive effect on economic growth in Sumatera with a probability value of 0.0035. 2) domestic investment have significant positive effect on economic growth in Sumatera with a probability value of 0.0001. 3) Exports have no significant effect on economic growth on the island of Sumatra with a probability value of 0.08019. 4) Education spending has a positive and significant influence on economic growth on the island of Sumatra with a probability value of 0.0006. 5) Health expenditure has a positive and significant influence on economic growth on the island of Sumatra with a probability value of 0.0091. The R-squared value in this study is 0.986931, this means that the contribution of all independent variables in explaining the variable is 98.69%.
