Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is one of disease that often disturbs society because it can cause death. Dengue fever is transmitted by the bite of aedes aegypti and aedes albopictus that contain dengue virus. The prevention of dengue fever is preventing the bite of aedes aegypti and aedes albopictus that contain dengue virus to humans. One of way to prevent the dengue fever is keeping the environment clean so it will not be the breeding media for aedes aegypti and aedes albopictus, they are mosquito eradication and implementation of 3M (drain, close, and bury). Every single health problems, include the dengue hemorrhagic fever problem solving, behavioral factor is one of the most important thing. The Attention for the behavioral factors is the same as with the attention for to environmental factors, especially for the prevention disease. This research is an analytic observational with cross sectional design. Samples were taken in 1 March 2016 until 31 March 2016. The sample used the quota sampling technique for 96 respondents. The analysis showed a strong correlation between the level of knowledge (p value = 0,002) (rs = 0,695), attitude (p value = 0,002) (rs = 0,697) on dengue hemorrhagic fever prevention for society in Baiturrahman. It is concluded that there is a strong relation between knowledge and attitudes to the dengue hemorrhagic fever prevention action for society in Baiturrahman. More knowledge can be a better action to prevent the dengue hemorrhagic fever, A better attitude can be a better way for dengue hemorrhagic fever prevention for the society in Baiturrahman.

Abstract

Schizophrenia is the worst functional psychosis type which can cause the biggest disorganization disturbance. Patients do not have contacts with the reality, so the the thinking and behaviour become abnormal. Supports from family that was given to the patients can influence the result from the patients’ treatments. The purpose from this research is to know the correlation between family’s supports and the independent of schizophrenia patients. This research was a descriptive analitic with cross sectional approachment. The samples were taken using quota sampling method. Total sample from this research was 43 respondents. Datas were gathered by using questionnairs with interview technique. The result from this research showed that there was a correlation between family’s supports and the independent of schizophrenia patients, where the value of the coefficient correlation (r) was 0,406 with p value = 0,007 (p0,05). So family’s supports must be increased to support independence of patient until we get the optimal result.

Abstract

Stroke is a loss of brain function cause of circulatory disorders of the brain, so that the patient will suffer paralysis or death. Post-stroke changes will lead to physical limitations that would become a form of disability in patients and lead to the patient's self-image is disturbed, unproductive, dependence on others. Efforts that can be made include neuro rehabilitation programs or treatments of stroke include physical therapy and exercise to control patient’s movement in order to prevent stiffness and immobility. Research conducted in RSUP.DR. M.Djamil, stated that there are several variables that affect the obedience of post-stroke patients to undergo neuro rehabilitation programs, includes the knowledge, support, and motivation of patient’s family. This research aims to determi ne the effect of knowledge and family support towards patient’s obedience undergoing post -stroke neuro rehabilitation in this RSUDZA. This research was used a  cross-sectional design by  accidental sampling method, that have been collected totaled 40 respondents in October-November 2015. The analysis used in this research was the Mann-Whitney test, the results obtained p-value of 0.000 (p0.05) to the effects of variable knowledge and obtained p-value of 0.002 (p0.05) against the influence of family support variable. It is concluded that there is influence between knowledge and family support with obedience of neuro rehabilitation in RSUDZA Banda Aceh 2015
