Abstract

Based on initial observations  and interviews  with high school Economics teacher  PGRI  1 Maospati  Magetan  note that the average  value of the cognitive  aspects of students  in the class XA is 62. These results  indicate  that the numbers  are still low com- pared  to other  classes.  The learning  process  is commonly  carried  out using  a model  of discourse  as a whole,  namely  the delivery  of content  to students  and interspersed   ques- tions and answers.  This leads to learning  as students  tend to be passive  and less meaning- fullearning   for students.  Students  gain experience  less direct,  and less teacher  provides opportunities   as well as self- confidence  in the students  to be active  in learning.  It  also adversely  affects  the affective  aspects  of students.   Based on these problems  researchers to  make  improvements   by  implementing   cooperative   learning  model  of two  stay  two stray  ( TSTS  ). The  learning  model  involves  students  actively  in learning  activities. Pakok mind model of cooperative  learning  are two stay two stray provide  an opportunity for groups  to share  results  and information  to other  groups.  The approach  used  in this study  is a qualitative  approach  to classroom  action  research  that  consists  of 2 cycles. Research  subject  is class XA SMA PGRI  1 Maospati  Magetan  , the number  of 32 stu- dents.  Data  collection  methods  used  in this  study  is a test  of the cognitive  aspects  of economic  subjects  in the form of daily tests at the end of the cycle, and affective  aspects of the observation  sheets during the learning  process.  The results  of observations  of stu- dents'  learning  in classroom  situations  XA SMA PGRI  1 Maospati  Magetan  increased, namely:   ( 1 ) The interest  and attention  of students  in the learning process  from 67.25% to 84.60%  increased   17.35%  ( 2 ) The active  participation   of students  in asking  from 54.10%  to  68.25%  an increase  of  14.15%  ( 3 ) the active  participation   of students  in answering  / expression  from 52.22%  to 69.45%  increased   17.23% ( 4 ) the level of stu- dent  discipline  in the process  of learning  from  60.500/0 to 78.13%  17.63%  an increase. The results  of observations  III group  activities  has increased,   namely:   ( 1 ) The active participation   of students  in an opinion  from  51.58%  to 68.75%  increased   17.17%  (2) The active participation   of students  in asking from 50.60% to 66.68%  increased  16.08% (3)the active participation   of students  in answering  questions  from 53.12%  to 71.88% increased18.76% (4)   Respect  tile opinion  of friends from 55.50%  to 74.850/0 increased 19,35%  (5)   Cooperation  in completing  a task group from 60.35% to 78.25%  17.90% an increase. Another thing shown by the increased learning outcomes from 65.63 % to 84.38%. Thus there is an increase  of 18.75% .While the average  value of learning  outcomes  in the first cycle is 71 increased  to 82 in the second cycle. Learning  model  two stay two stray ( TSTS ) can improve  cognitive  and affective  aspects  of students  by providing  a learning environment  that is fun discussions,  opportunities  for students to learn actively  exchange information  with peers and materials,   conveying  the idea to friends,  submit answers and questions  discussion  of the problem,  and it requires  cooperation  within  the group.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) To know the motivation  of employees KPRI  "Pertaguma" Madiun,   (2) To know  employee job  satisfaction  on KPRI  "Pertaguma"    Madiun,   and (3) To know  the motivation  is there  any  influence  on job  satisfaction   in employees    KPRI "Pertaguma" Madiun.  The samples in this study using a sample that is saturated  cooperative employee   is 17. Data collection  using  interviews  and questionnaires.   Data analysed use simple  linear regression  statistical  methods,  and to test whether  or not valid  instrument used regression  methods.  The results  showed  that motivation  has a positive  influence on employee job  satisfaction  on KPRI  "Pertaguma"    Madiun.  It is derived   from the value of Fisher's  exact test, whereas  the Fcount value of 64,792  Ftabel value of 4,54.  On the other hand Sig(hit) known values of 0.000  and 0.05 known  Sig(prob) value. This means that the Fvalue >= Ftabel (64.792 >= 4.54)  or Sig(hit) <= Sig(prob) (0.05 <= 0.000).   Meaning  a rejection  of H0 which  shows  that there  is an influence  of motivation   on job  satisfaction   in employees KPRI  "Pertaguma"     Madiun.  In addition  to the values  obtained  with the  t, t(test) value  is 8.049  while the value ttable 2,131.  On the other hand Sig(hit) value of 0.000  and Sig(prob) value as 0.05. This means that t >= ttable (8.049 >= 2.131) or <= Sig(hit) Sig(prob) (0.05 <= 0.000).  It means that H0    is rejected,  meaning  that motivation   has a different  effect on employee job  satisfaction on KPRI “Pertaguma” Madiun.

Abstract

In general,  the high  and low price  of a commodity  is very important  for a trading company in selling the products so increasing  its sales volume. Price is one ele- ment of a marketing  strategy is used as a benchmark  for consumers  to obtain goods or services, so as to achieve the objectives of the company  (at a profit).While  sales volume is all of the  sales result  that can be achieved  by a company  and  can be measured  by specific units. Usually the lower price of product  it can increase sales volume, while high price of product  will resulting  in decreased  sales volume. But in fact the consumers  is often assume the price is the determining factor of a product  quality, high price goods is generally considered  to have better quality  than the goods whose have  low prices. The method used in the research is quantitative,  the research conducted  at Minimarket  espe- cially in Indomaret Manisrejo Madiun city. The data obtained from the documentation  of the closing monthly  data of Indomaret Manisrejo  in Madiun which are contain list price and sales volume.  The result  of analysis  data obtained  in this research using regression correlation  test, F test, and t test. In correlation values obtained rhit <= rtable (0,396 <= 0,444) or sig(hit) > = sig(prob) (0,84 >= 0,05), so we can conclude that H, is accepted it means there is no relationship   between   the price  of the  fried  instant   noodle  sales  volume  in minimarket Indomaret   Manisrejo   in Madiun  city. Fisher's   test values  obtained  in Fbit< Flabe(l3,339  < 4,414) or sighil > sigprob(0,84  > 0,05).  So we  can conclude  that Ho is accepted   its means that no price impact  on the sales volume  of instant  fried noodle  on minimarket   Indomaret Manisrejo in Madiun.  While  in regression coefficient test / test t values  obtained  thit< ttabel (-1,827  < 0,842)  or  values  sighit > sigprob (0,84  > 0,05), it can  be  concluded   that  H, is accepted,   it means  that  there  is no difference  price  to price  effect  of sales  volume   fried instant  noodle  on minimarket   Indomaret   Manisrejo   in Madiun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine  the level of employee education BPR POLATAMA KUSUMA  Madiun,  to determine  the quality  of employees  BPR POLATAMA KUSUMA Madiun,  and to determine  how much  influence  the level of education  of the employees' quality  of rural  banks "POLATAMA  KUSUM<\"  Madiun.  Determination   of the sample in this study using a sample  that is saturated  all employees  Rural Bank Polatama  Kusuma Madiun  totaling  50 employees.  Data collection  using questionnaires   and documentation. In  analyzing   the  data  in this  study  using  a linearity  test  and  simple  linear  regression analysis  the t test. The level of education  has an average  value of 18.60 with a maximum value  of24,   the minimum  value  of 14, a standard  deviation  of 2.523,   median  and mode 18.50 by 18. From  the description  of the variables  is known  that the level of education  of respondents  tended  to agree on the level of education  is used managers  (average  18.60), Quality  employees   have  an average  value  of 53.64  with  a maximum   value  of  75, the minimum  value of37,  a standard  deviation  of9.752,   55.00 median  and mode of 60. From the description   of the variable  quality  of employee   respondents   tended  to have  known that the quality  of work  (average  53.64). Linearity  test results note that the value of 0.937> FhitunFgtabel  at 4.03 and Sig linearity  of 0.000  < 0.05  mean education  level has an influ- ence on the quality of employees'  BPR POLATAMA KUSUMA  Madiun. Results of simple linear  regression  analysis  obtained   by the equation  Y = 43.696  + 0.535  X mean  when Level up 1% Quality Education employees will also rise by 0.535%, while other factors being equal. While the results of the calculation of the t test using SPSS for Windows 16.0 tcount obtained for 0.968 > 1.677 for mean Ha ttabel accepted and HO is rejected it means there is the influence of the educational level of the employees'  quality of BPR POLATAMA KUSUMA Madiun.

Abstract

Family  represent  first  social  institute  which  recognized   by  child  and in this family  can be inculcated  attitudes  able to influence  growth  of child  hereinafter.  Family hold  responsible   to provide  fund for the requirement   of to education  of child. Family  ( old fellow) which  situation  of high economic  social will not finding  difficulties  many in fulfilling  requirement   of child  school,  differing  from  old fellow  is situation  of his eco- nomic  social  lower.  Target  of this  research  is  1. To know  the  condition   of earnings  of class student  old fellow  of X SMKN  2 Jiwan  Sub-Province  of Madiun  in the year lesson 2011 /20122.    To know  achievement   learn student  of X SMKN  2 Jiwan Sub-Province   of Madiun  in the year lesson  2011 /2012   3. To know  influence  of earnings  of old fellow to achievement   learn class of X SMKN 2 Jiwan  Sub-Province   of Madiun   School year 2011 / 2012.  Research  method  used  in this  research  is method  of diskriptif  with  its analysis desain  wear regresi.  Procedure   data collecting  bibliography   study and research  of field. Technics of data analysis  used by analysis  of statistic  with linear regresi modestly,  and to be tested its hypothesis   utilized  test of t or difference  of mean.  From  result  of research  by using Equation  of expressed  doubled  linear regression:   Equation  of the doubled  linear  regres- sion have positive  value  at konstanta  that is 54.26 expressing  that if earnings  of valuable old fellow  zero hence  achievement   learn  student  will be valuable  54.26.  54.26,  coeffi- cient  of Regresi  variable  of X is positive  equal  to 0.36, please  express  that  each;every earnings  of old fellow go up equal to one set of hence will cause improvement   or increase of achievement   learn equal to 0,36 one set of. Its meaning  of the influence  [is] influence which are positive.  Level of value ofThitung  equal to 29,02 signifikansi  0.05 with counter df equal to 1 and denominator   df equal to 30 is so that obtained  by value  of t-tabel  equal to  1.699.  Pursuant  to result  of the  comparison   seen  that thitung>ttabel   (29.02>1.699). Thereby  [job/activity]  hypothesis  (Ha)  expressing  that there is positive  influence  [among/ between]  earnings  of old fellow  old fellow to achievement  learn student  of SMK NEGERI 2 JIWAN"    accepted".

Abstract

The capital  market  is one of the important  financial  sector in the economy of a country. The capital market  is one of the effective  means to facilitate  long-term  funds held  by the public  to be channeled   in productive   sectors.  Capital  market  as one of the economic  instruments  is influenced  by events that  contain  information  for investors.  In- creasingly  important  role of capital  markets  in the economy  of a country, the more sensi- tive the capital  market  to various  events around  him. This study aims to assess the capital market  reaction  to the announcement   of United  Indonesia  Cabinet  reshuffle  vol 2 which took  place  on  October   19, 2011.  This  research  is quantitative   descriptive.   Assessment Cabinet  Reshuffle  reaction  to the announcement   of the stock price movement  LQ45 done through  observation   of price  movements,   abnormal  returns  (abnormal  returns),  Capital Asset  Pricing  Model  (CAPM),  and to Varibility  Reward  Ratio  (RV) during  the observa- tion period of 14 days before and 14 days after the announcement  date. The results showed that the announcement   of the cabinet  reshuffle,  do not give too strong  an influence  on the movement  of stock prices,  this  is evidenced   in the average  stock  price  and the average abnormal  return  is experiencing   fluctuating  movements  in the period of United Indonesia Cabinet  reshuffle  Volume  2. There  is no visible  trend  of the market  overreacted   to the emergence   of a significant  price  fall or rise  significantly.   Based  on this, there  is no sig- nificantrelationship    between abnormal  returns before and after the cabinet reshuffle which was conducted  on October  19, 2011.  Pessimistic   attitude  toward  improved  market  per- formance  of the post-reshuffle   cabinet  ministers  are also an indication  that the market  is not  overl    action  resulted  in the  announcement   of the    overnment's   cabinet  reshuffle. This study also showed  that agriculture,  mining, and chemical  industry  base, a variety of industries,   finance  and trade  in services  and investment   sector  was  the most  good  for investment  because  of the calculation  CAPM  expected  return  E (Ri) produced  smaller than  the average  expected  return  is realized  (Av.Ri) per sector  and the  low share  price means  the right time to invest. For Industrial  and Chemical  sector is a sector that is at the top rank has a value of -0.15987  and is the most affected  sectors.  While a good stock for investment  is INTP, SMGR, KRAS,  and CPIN. Top ranked  stocks are INTP that has the highest     value    that    is  equal    to   -0.09966     and   is   the   most    affected     stocks.

Abstract

This result  aims to determine  employee  incentive  marketing  in Leather  Craft Industry  "Karya  Pahala  Group"  in Magetan,  to determine  employee  performance   mar- keting  industry Leather  Craft "Karya  Pahala  Group"  in Magetan  and to investigate  the influence of incentives on employee performance  marketing  industry Leather Craft "Karya Pahala  Group"  in Magetan.  Determination   of the sample in this study using a sample that is saturated  all the existing  employees   in the leather  industry  "Karya  Pahala  Group"  in Magetan   totaling  45 employees.   Data  colJection  using  questionnaires   and documenta- tion. In the statistical  methods  used to analyze  data product  moment correlation  with the independent  variables  and variable  incentives  tied to performance.   To test the validity  of the research  hypothesis  regression  test was used to analyze  the data using SPSS for Win- dows  16.0. The results showed  that incentives have a positive effect as well as the perfor- mance  of employees  in the leather  industry  "Karya  Pahala  Group"  in Magetan.  It is de- rived from the value of the F test, the value of39.583   while Fcount  Ftable value of 4.067. On the other hand Sighit known  value of 0.000 and a value of 0.05 Sigprob.  This means that  Fcount  > Ftable  (> 4.067  39.583)  < Sighit  Sigprob  (0.000  Sigprob  < 0.05).  This means that in case of refusal H, which indicates  that there is influence  between employee performance   incentives  on leather  industry  "Karya  Pahala  Group"  in Magetan.  Besides the regression  coefficient  obtained  (t test) with  a value of 6.291  while  the value  tcount ttable of 1.681. On the other hand Sighit value of 0.000 and a value of 0.05 Sigprob. This means tcount>  ttable (6.291 > 1.681) or<  Sighit Sigprob (0.000 < 0.05). This means that in case of refusal H, indicating that incentives have a different influence on employee performance. In addition the results obtained from testing the validity of the value of r 'Y > 0.295 rtabel. This means that all the questions in the questionnaire incentive is valid. Besides reliability test results obtained from the value of Cronbach's Alpha of 0.785 and 0.760> 0.6. This means that the data collected reliable (trustworthy).

Abstract

This study aims to improve  the academic  achievement   of monetary  Economics course  through  Cooperative   Learning  Model  Type TPS  ( Think  - Pair - Share)   on Economic  Education  students.  The subjects  in this study were students who take courses Monetary   Economics  Odd Semester  2012/2013.  Number  of students  31 data coUection by observation  techniques  and evaluation  of learning outcomes,  and then ana Iyzed with a formula  to determine   the percentage   increase  in each  cycle,  while  dle action  research procedures  through  2 cycles and each cycle consisted  of 4 series of activities  carried  out are 1 ) Planning;  2 ) Implementation;   3 ) Observation,  and 4)  Reflection.  Method  of data collection  is done by using the observation  and evaluation  of learning.  Observations  are used  to determine   the activity  of students  in the  learning  process  by using  a model  of Cooperative  Type TPS (Think  - Pair - Share ). while the evaluation  is used to determine the achievement  of monetary economics  courses The results of the observation  and evalu- ation  of student  learning  outcomes   Prodi  Economic  Education   bas  increased.  This  is indicated  by the observation  of the lndidvidu   active students  in the learning  process  bas increased,   where  the  interest  and  attention  of  students  to  the  material  presented  first cycle of the original  61.29% to 83.87%,  tbe activity  asks students  in the first cycle of the original 54,  84%  to 71 %, active students and issue an opinion in response to the first cycle of the  original 48.39%   to 62.29%,   level of student discipline  in the process of learning to learn in the first cycle the original 64.52%  to 80.64%. Being in a group activ- ity of students in the learning process has increased, where the interest and attention of students  to the first cycle of the material presented  is original 51.61%  to 74.19%,  the activity asks students in the first cycle of the original 48.39%  to 64,52%,   active students and issue an opinion in response to the first cycle of the original 48.39%  to 74.19%,  level of student discipline  in the process of learning to learn in the first cycle the original 64.74%  to 83.87%.  For evaluation of learning in the first cycle masiswa the above aver-age learning  initially increased to 64.74%  83.87%  students below average dropped to 32.26%  16.31. Based on the research results of the second cycle, it can be concluded that the model learning SMT Type Cooperative  ( Think - Pair  - Share)   can improve the learning achievement of Monetary Economics courses.

Abstract

This research  have  a purpose  to study  about  influence  of discipline  work  to employees  performance,   Discipline  represent  one of factor  influencing   employees  performance.  With existence  of good discipline  a employees  will hold responsible  it's work and work  will be finished  effectively  and  is efficient.  Determination   of sampel  in this research use saturated  sampel that is all employees  part of Adrnisistrasi,  Public and Monetary on Sugar Mill "PAGOTTAN"  Madiun.  In this case researcher  only limiting to check employees  part of administration,   public  and monetary, because  of sugar mill only operating during the month of Juny until October. While  research  executed  during the month of Februari  until May. Hence,  felt researcher  will not be efficient  and effective  if checking part of production  and also parts  of related  to production  process.  Pursuant  to result of research  obtained  the level  of value  of rhitung  0,752  and rtabel  0,320,  on the other hand the level  of Sig(hitung) 0,000.  and Sig(prob)  0,05. Matter  this means  that value  of rcount  >= rtable (0,752 >= 0,320) or Sig(count) <= Sig(prob) (0,000 <= 0,05). While,  level  of R2 (R Square) 0,566.  Becoming,   contribution   influence  of Discipline  Work  to performance   equal  to 56,6%  while  the rest  equal  to 43,4%   influenced   by other  factor.  From  result  of test of F obtained   the  level  of value  of F(count) 46,973   and F(table) 4,113,  on the other  hand  the level  of Sig(count) 0,000  and  of  Sig(prob) 0,05  matter   this  means  that  value  of Fcount   >= Ftable (46,973  >= 4,113)   or  Sigcount   <= Sigprob(0,000   <= 0,05).  In  test  of  t can  be  made   line  of  regresi   the following   Y=  21,228   + 0,657X,   its meaning   if discipline   improved   once  will  happened increaseof employees   performance    counted   0,6570/0, if the other  factor  remain  to.  Level of value   of t(count) 6,854  and ttable 1,688,  on the  other  hand  the  level  of  Sig(count) 0,000  and Sig(prob) 0,05,  matter  this means  that value  of tcount >= tlable (6,854  >= 1,688)  or Sig(count) < Sig(prob) (0,000  < 0,05).  On the basis  of correlation   test,  test  F and test  oft  can be concluded   that there  is influence  Discipline   Work to Performance   Employees   PT. Abstract

Agus cracker  factory  in the village  of Babadan  show  lack  of broader  marketing. This  is due to the lack of optimal  production   processes  and equipment   labour making process  that affect  the marketing   of crackers.   So that there was  influence  of the Produc- tion Process  Of Marketing   cracker   in the Village  District  Babadan    pickaxe  Ngawi  Re- gency Year 2009/2011. This  study  aims  to determine   the effect  of the production   process to marketing   cracker  in the Village District   Babadan  pickaxe  Ngawi  Regency  Year 2009/2011.  In this  researh   using  survey   methods   this  can  be  seen  through   title  research   to determine   the effect  between   variables.  The  sample   in this  study  using  the  technique   of saturated   samples   sampling   technique   when  all members   of the  population   are  used  as samples.   Collecting   data  using  secondary   data.  In analyzing   the data using  a simple  re- gression   analysis   and  t-test.  The  results   of  analyses   of data  all  the production    process (X I) to marketing   (Y) shows  tcount for 2635> ttable of 2.032.    He means  acceptable   means there  is the influence  of the production   process  to marketing.   If the production   increased by 1 % as well as the marketing   will increase  0.597%,   while  the other factors  being  equal. In addition   to the value  obtained   for  the regression   equation   are  value  for R2. From  the test results  on the effects  of the production    process  F (X I)  to marketing   (Y)  shows  the test results  above  it can be seen  that the value  of  Fcount   6.943 >=  Ftable.    Of 3.286    at a signifi- cance  level  of 0.05.  This  means  that the Ha  accepted,   meaning   that  the production   pro- cess  affects  the marketing   of crackers  in the village  district  Babadan  pickaxe  years 2009-2011.  Moreover.   it can be said  that there  is a linear  relationship   between  the production   to marketing.   From  the results  of this study  concluded   that tbere  was  an effect  of the  pro- duction   process   to  the  marketing   of crackers   in  the  Village   District   Babadan   pickaxe Ngawi  Regency   Year  2009/2011.   This   is demonstrated    by  the  acquisition    of  the  data analysis.
