Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to determine whether the influence of core self-evaluations on job satisfaction is mediated by career commitment at PT Sinar Sosro employees. Sampling method used is convenience sampling by using sampling of 100 employees of PT Sinar Sosro. Data analysis method used in this research is path analysis method and using multiple regression analysis. Results of data processing using spss 22.0. The results of this study indicate that the influence of core self-evaluations on job satisfaction is mediated by career commitment at PT Sinar Sosro employees. Core self-evaluations have an influence on career commitment. Career commitment can be affect job satisfaction. Core self-evaluations have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

Multinational Companies always make sell and purchase transactions using foreign currency that has been agreed before. Stability foreign currency in transaction is what company expectations. Financial performance is one things can be affected because of the change in value of foreign currency. Return on Asset is a ratio looking at the company profit with total asset owned by the company. Return on Equity is a ratio looking the company profit with total equity / company’s capital in operational activities.One of the multinational company and located in Indonesia is PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. This research aims to analyze the impact of exchange rate changes on financial performance of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. The method in this research with Error Correction Model (ECM) and uses time series data in E-views 9.0 software.  Data obtained from www.bi.go.id, www.indofood.com, www.sahamok.com The result of this research with significant level ( = 5%), show that there is no significant on the exchange rate variable to Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) in 2010-2016. Finally, ROA and ROE PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk is not influenced by exchange rate movements.Keywords: Foreign Currency, Return on Asset, Return on Equity

Abstract

Turnaround is an improvement effort done by management to restore company performance that experiencing financial distress. This study aims to determine the effect of corporate financial performance (Δseverity), firm size and free assets on the success of company turnaround. Discriminant analysis is used to determine company that experiencing financial distress. Logistic regression analysis is used to determine the factors that influencing the success of company turnaround. Data are from companies in food and beverage industry listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2011 – 2015. The results showed that the company’s financial performance (severity) that has  positive influence isn’t significant to the success of corporate turnaround and firm size and free assets that have negative influence isn’t necessarily significant to the success of company turnaround.Keywords: Financial Distress, Turnaround, Aseverity, Firm size, Free assets

Abstract

The product of four-wheel vehicles in the market during this period is very much in number. Similarly, with various features offered by each manufacturer. Without asserting the differentiating value of a brand, of course, consumers will have difficulty to recognize a product. This difficulty will make it easier for consumers to move to other products. One way to explain the difference of a product is to know the brand personality of a product. This study aims to determine the factors that explain the brand personality of Mitsubishi Outlander Sport vehicles.This research uses factor analysis method to find brand personality from Mitsubishi Outlander Sport vehicle. Data collection method used in this study is clustered random sampling by spreading the questionnaire.The result of the research of the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport brand personality factor is 8 new factors that describe the brand personality of the Mitsubishi Outlander Sport vehicle. New factors generated in this study are smart and success, rational, online, imaginative and up-to-date, upperclass, outdoorsy, charming, and tough. Keywords: Factor analysis method

Abstract

Public demands for companies to conduct CSR has increased, but many companies have not done CSR activities, for they still consider CSR as an expense. A new concept says that CSR can be a potential investment to increase the value of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of CSR implementation on firm value with profitability as a mediation variable. The research method used in this study is path analysis method and simple linear regression analysis method, using SPSS version 23.0. The total sample used is 46 companies. The results of this study prove that the implementation of CSR through Profitability do not have influence to the Company Value. Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, Profitability, Company Value

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether organizational commitment variables such as: affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment have significant influence either partially or simultaneously to the job satisfaction of employees of the CV Karya Taruna Teknik. Data collection method using primary data and secondary data method. Primary data were collected, which is distributing questionnaires to 50 permanent employees of CV Karya Taruna Teknik. While the secondary data required obtained from web and internet. The research analysis was done by using multiple linear regression analysis. Data procrssing research using SPSS 23 for Windows. The result of hypothesis test shows that the affective commitment not have a significant influence on job satisfaction partially but affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment have a significant influence on job satisfaction simultaneously . Continuance commitment is found as the factor that has the most powerful influence on job satisfaction.Keywords: Employee Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment

Abstract

PT Wisman Tur at Guntur is a travel agency that has been established since 2008 at jln Guntur no 43, Jakarta Selatan. PT Wisman Tur sells a variety of flight tickets, hotel vouchers, tourist attractions tickets, and services to make an important tourist documents such as visas, passport, etc. After doing research with questionnaire and interview method, it is known that business Mr Yanto facing problem, that is not achieved sales target. In solving the problem, he proposed a concept of private tour business development to overcome the shortcomings of the problems that occurred. Development is done by making travel packages in private where travel plans, hotels tailored to the budget and consumer desires. With this development, PT Wisman Tour Branch OfGuntur can generate sales increase of Rp 2,119,879,723 at the end of 2017 with the capital of the owner of Rp 350,000,000.Keywords: Travel Agency, Private Tour

Abstract

Pondok Indah Hospital is a hospital that provides many choices of patient needs in the form of emergency primary services, executive health, medical check up, out patient, in patient and diagnostic. And there is also a 24-hour prescription service with computerized services on pharmacy, an emergency guaranteeing the availability, quality and accuracy of the drug for patients. Pondok Indah Hospital was first established in Indonesia in 1986 in Pondok Indah. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on re-visit intention at Rumah Pondok Indah Hospital can be mediated by Service Quality. Data were obtained by spreading 150 questionnaires to patients who visited Pondok Indah Hospital. The sampling technique used in this research is non random sampling. Results of data processing using SPSS 23 for windows with macro Hayes 2013. The results of this study indicate that there is influence of brand image to service quality, there is influence from service quality to loyalty re-visit intention, there influence of brand image to loyalty re-visit intention, and service quality mediate influence of brand image to loyalty re-visit intention.Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality, Re-Visit Intention
