Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop multimedia-based interactive learning media on football subject. This research method is R&D, development research where product development consists of four steps namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Development and (4) Dissemination. The population and sample in this study were all class students of 2017 who took football courses at STOK of Bina Guna Medan. Data collection techniques were conducted by observation, interview and questionnaire. The testing phase was carried out with product validation by two media experts, and two material experts, as well as testing on users (students). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study are: (1) based on two media experts, the score is 83.33 with the category “very appropriate” to be used as a learning medium. (2) based on two material experts, the score was 71.53 with the appropriate category to be used as learning media. (3) based on the assessment by the students gained a total score of 75.90 with the category "very appropriate" as a learning media. Based on the above results, multimedia-based interactive learning media on football learning subject can be used as learning media.

Abstract

Sports achievement is a sport that fosters and develops sportsmen in a planned, tiered, and supported through competition to achieve achievements with the support of sports science and technology. The problem that occurs is the calendar of the competition that is not on time. The purpose of the study was to find out how to increase power endurance of leg muscle after being given an aerobic circuit training program. The research method was use The One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design by giving treatment to ten FPOK UPI Sports Science first-level students. The result show that circuit training aerobic has a significant impact on increasing power endurance of leg muscle, the pre-test received an average of 39.00 then after being given treatment with circuit training aerobic, the average post-test results were 54.20. Hypothesis test results show a significance value of 0,000 <0,05, then H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that there is an effect of aerobic circuit training on increasing the power endurance ability of the leg muscles.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the body mass index of elementary school teacher education 5th-semester students of STKIP Muhamadiyah Bangka Belitung, which was conducted in the STKIP MBB sports lab. The method used in this research is descriptive statistics. The population in this study were all of the 5th-semester PGSD students totaling 126 people and taking a sample used in total sampling. The instrument used was a body mass index test with the formula BMI = BB (Kg) / TB (m) 2. data analysis calculation techniques in research using quantitative approaches. The results of this study concluded that the average body mass index of PGSD 5th semester students STKIP MBB was 21.45 kg / m2, the minimum value was 14.6 kg / m2, and the maximum was 38.5 kg / m2. Based on the assessment of the body mass index, it can be concluded that the average semester 5 PGSD student STKIP MBB has a healthy body mass index.

Abstract

This research generally aims to develop a "sit and reach test" flexometer that can measure the flexibility of a person's body. Specifically, this research aims to: (1) replace conventional measurement of flexibility, because this measuring instrument will work electronically; (2) developing a flexometer that works electronically using infrared so that it is processed by a microcontroller so that the test results in the form of distance are automatically classified (3) developing a flexometer that is more modern, practical, effective and efficient. This research uses a product development (research & development) approach that is consists of several steps, namely observation, planning and design, experimentation and testing, and analysis. Products were tested for validity using the construct validity and product reliability methods with the retest method. Based on data analysis, the validity value of the flexometer auto compared to the conventional measurement of flexibility is 0.645098. Based on the analysis of the reliability test data obtained r11 = 0.988> rt = 0.312. It can be concluded that the automation felxometer uses valid and reliable infrared to be used in measuring the flexibility of the body in the sit and reach test.
