Abstract

Pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin penyampaian informasi belum terintegrasi dari kecamatan ke kabupaten melalui UPTD Pendidikan maupun Sekolah. Hal ini, sudah tentu akan mengalami permasalahan dalam penyebaran, pengawasan dan penyampaian informasi. Maka dari itu penulis bermaksud membuat media penyampaian informasi berbasis SMS Gateway dengan menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP, database MySQL dan Metode Rapid Application Development. Tujuannya untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah media penyampaian informasi berbasis SMS Gateway dan dapat digunakan sebagai media alternatif dalam penyampaian informasi. Dengan adanya media penyampaian informasi berbasis SMS Gateway ini dapat mempermudah Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin dalam menyampaikan dan menyebarkan informasi ke UPTD Pendidikan maupun Sekolah secara akurat dan cepat

Abstract

Learning mathematic is the way for facilitating pushing and supporting the students in studying mathematic. But there are many students at school,­ especially elementary school do not like mathematic. They think mathematic is the hardest lesson. The opinion make them laziness to study mathematic. So that we need an application in learning interactive mathematic based on multimedia that show animation and interactive simulation to make easy and improve to interesting of students in comprehending mathematic. The application will show animation and simulation from material and every material have fifteen questions. The application is built with program action script 2.0 its used software Adobe flash professional CS6 as animated maker, Adobe photoshop CS5 as graphic processor and Audio editor master as audio processor. The application is created in Compact Disk (CD) interactive with file size 191 MB.

Abstract

Process management tool at the Laboratory of Informatics Engineering Program at Polytechnic Sekayu still manual, where the lending of equipment still using paper forms. Moreover, in making the report was limited to the use of a computer typing all data existing equipment loan using MS-Word. So that the whole produce timely and accurate reports require a relatively long time and produced a report of incompleteness occurs. The purpose of this Information Systems Development is intended to provide solutions to produce software that can facilitate the work of the Head of the laboratory in managing borrowin laboratory equipment and inventory monitoring. Development of an inventory of laboratory information system using RAD system development method, the programming language used Visual Basic (VB) and MySQL as database container media. From the test results obtained by that application Loan Inventory and Equipment Laboratory Informatics Engineering Program at Polytechnic Sekayuq can work well. So that users can check what items already entered, how the condition of the item, of which the acquisition of such goods as well as anyone who is borrowing the equipment.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 2 Plakat Tinggi yang didirikan pada awal tahun 2008 merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang belum mempunyai sistem informasi yang handal dalam penyampaian informasi, baik antara guru dengan murid maupun dengan pihak luar. Informasi didapatkan dengan cara datang langsung ke sekolah. Cara tersebut kurang efektif karena penyampaian informasi masih harus bertemu secara langsung dengan pihak sekolah. Sehingga lambatnya informasi dari sekolah yang seharusnya diketahui oleh masyarakat. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang menyediakan fasilitas pencarian data informasi. Dari analisa tersebut, maka dibangunlah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web dengan metodologi pengembangan sistem informasi yang digunakan adalah metode pengumpulan data dan perancangan perangkat lunak yang terdiri atas : analisis dan defenisi sistem, desain, implementasi dan unit testing, integrasi sistem, operation dan maintenance. Dalam pembuatan sistem informasi ini Peneliti menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman, notepad++ sebagai editor, dan MySql sebagai DBMS. Sistem Informasi ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat proses penyampaian informasi secara langsung dengan mengakses website SMA Negeri 2 Plakat tanpa harus datang ke sekolah.

Abstract

Pada Universitas Palembang proses penerimaan calon mahasiswa di Universitas Palembang masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Proses penerimaan calon mahasiswa dilakukan dengan memberikan formulir pada calon mahasiswa yang mendaftar langsung di Universitas Palembang. Hal tersebut kadang tidak memungkinkan bagi calon mahasiswa baru yang telah berkerja, baik yang telah bekerja di dalam daerah Palembang ataupun berada luar daerah Palembang untuk mendaftar langsung ke Universitas Palembang karena untuk datang langsung ke Universitas Palembang. Dengan adanya proses penerimaan calon mahasiwa baru yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional tersebut maka dibutukanlah suatu perubahan proses ke bentuk komputerisasi agar proses penerimaan mahasiswa baru bisa lebih efektif dan efisien. Sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem informasi penerimaan calon mahasiswa di Universitas Palembang yang dapat mempermudah calon mahasiswa baru baik yang berada di daerah Palembang ataupun di luar Palembang tetap bisa melakukan pendaftaran mahasiswa pada Universitas Palembang yang akan dilakukan secara Online.

Abstract

Polytechnic of Sekayu Library gives service study information in process activity study for university students. weakness process of managing library system still using manual manegement now. Polytechnic of Sekayu used it cause they don’t yet benefited computerization system. To overcome the problem, required develoment library application had computerized. From this problem, the author takes initiative to develoment library application had existed in Polytechnic of Sekayu Library. The method used in this research is waterfall. This method is a method that axact to construct a software not too big and involvement resource human in quantity limited. A software will resulted is an application that manage library data and implemented into database. The application construct with the java programming language, which is supported by NetBeans IDE 6.9 editor into use to record borrow and return book, members data, book data and making reports. This applications can also use by librarian to looking for book with computer is existed. With present this application system system hope can help library Staff in perform process of managing library data and service for members libraries will be better.
