Abstract

Image Inpainting method is a technique of modifying images without being detected. The purpose of thisapplication is starting from the restoration of damaged paintings and photography to removing or replacingcertain objects. Image inpainting is one method of image restoration for confronting images that are slightlydamaged such as scratched or streaked where filling the area will be restored based on information around thearea so that the restoration is carried out completely in that area. Image restoration is often used in improvingimage quality where in this image restoration focuses on repairing damaged images, either during thedigitization process or due to intentional or accidental processes.Keywords: Image Restoration, Inpainting Method, design

Abstract

Control system automation technology and microcontroller is one way that is used to detect waterconditions and water levels as well as a system to automatically control a water pump. The process ofautomation in regulating water levels is very important in order to save water requirements in fishponds. In this study, automation technology was made using microcontroller-based fuzzy logic, for asystem of detecting water conditions and water levels and a system for controlling water pumps, whichcan be adjusted automatically according to the upper limit (maximal) and lower limit (minimum) andcan replace pool water automatically when the pool water is cloudy.Keywords: Water, fuzzy logic, microcontroller

Abstract

Lecturer performance in a certain period is calculated based on the evidence of work collected andcalculated by the party that has been given the authority, if the proof of work has fulfilled the stipulatedconditions, the allowance will be based on the proof of employment. This concept in UIN North Sumatra isreferred to as remuneration. The remuneration calculation process is carried out at the end of the semesterconducted by the appointed institution with the assistance of an Assessor. Computerization in the processof calculating the value of remuneration is inevitable, so there is no miscalculation that results in losses tothe recipient of the remuneration. To design a good information system, modeling is needed first so that thedesign of the system is directed according to the model that has been designed. Unified Modeling Language(UML) is a software or system modeling language with an object-oriented programming concept that cananalyze and describe in detail what is needed by the system. While the Oracle database is a databaseproduct created by Oracle Corporation that has high processing and performance capabilities. The resultsof this study are expected to create a blueprint design model for the remuneration information system ofUIN North Sumatra lecturers in Medan.Keywords : Remuneration, Modeling, UML, Database, Oracle

Abstract

Many things in this world are the implementation of graph theory, because the models are very useful for broad applications, such asscheduling, optimization, computer science, communication networks, algorithm analysis and graph coloring. Graph coloring andgeneralization using tools to create a variety of models to solve scheduling problems and assignment problems. One application in graphtheory is to give color to a node, both minimum color and maximum color. The coloring process is done by avoiding the same color on theedjacency vertex, so that the minimum color can be obtained. Thus the user can more easily make the schedule.Keywords: Graph, schedule, coloring, Welch-Powell algorithm

Abstract

As a public organization, libraries are required to provide services according the expectations ofthe users, which can provide real-time information, timely and easily accessible in accordance with theneeds of the users of library services including students. The need for a library book that fits the needs ofstudents is important in order to help the learning process better and can help broaden students. WithPerceptron algorithm is one way to predict what books are much needed student. The data relating to theprovision of library books analyzed and categorized. Next will be processed using Artificial Neural Networkswhich will provide an output that supplies information about the library books that fit the needs of studentsin the future.

Likewise in the management of financial data, information technology is an important thingfor companies in managing financial data because it is expected to be able to assist the finance oraccounting department in producing more accurate financial reports, and to make effective time in itspreparation.
