Abstract

The Plantation Pension Fund is a pension fund that manages the defined benefit pension plan (PPMP) for employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara, besides that DAPENBUN also provides holiday allowances to retirees in accordance with the regulations set by the company. The purpose of this study is to provide good decisions, provide clear assessments and calculations with criteria that are in accordance with the eligibility to be selected. The method used in this research is the Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basic Ratio (MOORA) method using Hypertext Multi Language (HTML), Hypertext Processor (PHP). In this study, it can be seen that the highest optimization value is (A3) with Yi(max) = (0.381023) with a total THR of Rp. 3,814,406.08 then followed by (A4) which has Yi(max) = 0.303950 with a total THR of Rp. 3,040,792.46 ,(A2) with a value of Yi(Max) = (0.238024) with a total THR of Rp. 2,380,330.24, (A1) with a value of Yi(mx) = (0.227268) with a total THR of Rp. 2,275.423.68 and the smallest (A5) with a value of Yi(Max) = (0.162676) with a total THR of Rp 1,627,251.58. Keywords: holiday allowance, decision support system, MOORA, PHP, HTML, MYSQL.

Abstract

Vape or also called electric cigarette is very much in demand at this time because apart from a minimal budget and environmentally friendly, this vape itself has several things that make many people switch from tobacco cigarettes to electric cigarettes or vaping. On the basis of these problems, by selecting the scientific field of decision support systems by adopting the WASPAS and MAUT methods for the selection of the Trust Vape Store branch, this is able to solve the problem with the criteria in accordance with the qualification standards of the Trust Vape Store. Abstract

House is one of the most basic human needs where house is a place for shelter and ongoing activities as well as an investment. Selection of houses needs to be done in order to get the best alternative houses that match the criteria of prospective buyers, selection of houses based on many aspects such as price, land area, house space, public services, environment, location, road access, facilities and other aspects. Therefore, in this study, a web-based decision support system application was built to decide the best house based on decided aspects. The decision support system was built using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method. This method has a working method based on the theory that each alternative consists of several criteria that contain a number of sub-criteria that have a value and each criterion has a weight to describe how important its value is compared to other criteria. The results obtained in this study are the obtaining of the best house alternative based on the criteria and weight values that have been determined by the user using a decision support system that has been built. Keywords: House, Decision Support System, SMART, Web, Criteria

Abstract

Internet technology is a technology that is currently widely used by humans to communicate and send various data over long distances quickly. In the process of sending data and communication on internet technology can not be separated from the path used, the shorter the path used, the faster the data sent, so communication will be easy. A computer network is a collection of a number of devices in the form of computers, hubs, switches, routers and other network devices that are connected to each other using certain communication media. The author designed the PUTR office in Gunungsitoli City to assist the process of work, especially on the network so that every job runs well without any disturbance. In designing this mesh topology the author uses OSPF routing where the results of the test can help in facilitating work that is directly connected to each other.Keywords: Cisco Packet Tracer, Mesh Topology, OSPF Routing

Abstract

Achievement students are the achievements of every student in school, stand out among other students and sent to take part in the competitions with the name of the school becoming a student pride. The process of achieving achievements that still uses a manual system that actually less effective in student achievement. Therefore, the author designed decision support system comparative analysis between the two methods Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weight Product (WP) with criteria that have been determined criteria. Abstract

Repository is a place to accommodate a collection of scientific works, including a final project or thesis, currently a repository is needed by the academic community of a university, the repository is also known as a digital library. The purpose of designing this application is to make it easier for students to find references to scientific works that have been completed by alumni into a web-based thesis repository application. The application design process is carried out using the PHP programming language and mysql database. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based thesis repository application design that can be accessed by all students on any type of device very easily, anytime and anywhere through a browser connected to the internet network. By designing this application, it is hoped that it can prevent data loss, damage, and is useful for all students and makes it easier to find the desired information. Abstract

This study aims to design and build the process of the occurrence of a lunar eclipse and a solar eclipse in the form of 3-dimensional animation. This process provides information about how lunar and solar eclipses occur using low poly modeling techniques. This technique is used so that the rendering process does not take a long time and also displays a unique object shape because of the large number of polygons formed. Animations were created using blender software version 2.92 and editing using adobe premiere pro software. The results of this study are implemented in the form of animated films that can be opened via mobile phones or laptops. Keywords: 3D animation, low poly modelling, polygon, software blender version 2.92, software adobe premiere pro.

Abstract

Chicken meat is an ingredient that contains high animal protein where many of the chickens also make a major contribution to meeting the animal protein needs of the Indonesian people. The need for chicken meat has increased every year, because the price is affordable by all people. There are many types of chicken meat that are widely circulated among the Indonesian people, plus so far there is no information about chicken meat that is suitable for consumption. The community must be required to be more careful in choosing chicken meat that is suitable for consumption. The purpose of this research is to determine which meat is suitable for consumption by the community by using the MEFP method as an indicator in the calculation of the assessment with the results of being able to determine chicken meat that is suitable for consumption. Abstract

The feasibility of public transportation must be carried out by the Department of Transportation to conduct tests on motorized vehicles and issue permits for proper operation, so as to minimize accidents due to motorized vehicles that are not feasible to operate but are still operating. The KIR test is a check on the vehicle, and on the Department of Transportation. KIR is a series of activities to test and inspect parts of motorized vehicles such as trucks, pickups, public transportation, buses and special vehicles in order to fulfill technical and roadworthy requirements. To test the feasibility of public transportation, the researchers made a public transportation feasibility application based on the KIR Test at the Medan City Transportation Service based on the type of web-based transportation. The design of this application was built using the TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. The steps used in the TOPSIS method are the normalization matrix calculation process, the weighted normalization matrix calculation process, the process of determining the positive ideal solution and the negative ideal solution, the process of calculating the distance between each alternative to the ideal solution, and the process of calculating the preference value of each alternative. The application is designed using Dreamweaver cs 6 and appserv as the database. The result of the calculation process of the TOPSIS method is in the form of information on the feasibility of public transportation according to the specified conditions. The results obtained in this study is an information vehicle KIR test using the TOPSIS method which can be used to assist the Department of Transportation in testing the feasibility of public transportation. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of determining the feasibility of the KIR test is proven to be quite helpful for certain parties in facilitating the KIR test. Keywords: KIR, TOPSIS, Public Transportation, Department of Transportation

Abstract

Rare flora and fauna are living things other than humans whose ecosystems must be protected because they will become extinct due to rampant poaching and destruction of ecosystems in order to create new agricultural areas. By helping of information technology and programming languages, especially existing web-based applications, there will be very many benefits. One example is the application of web-based learning media applications. Based on the existing problems, a conducting research can assist in the teaching process so that there is a sense of child growth and development to maintain the ecosystem from an early age by adopting technological advances. In designing this web-based application using the Construct 2 application by applying the Luther method and the CBI (Computer Based Instruction) method which will display audio visuals so that it can increase students' interest in learning about rare flora and fauna materials in order to maintain the ecosystem, and make the teaching process no longer find it difficult to understand the material of rare flora and fauna. The results obtained is the creation of a rare flora and fauna learning media application based on drag and drop games using the Luther and the web-based CBI (Computer Based Instruction) method by the application can help facilitate the learning process in order to maintain the flora and fauna ecosystem in nature. Keywords: Flora, fauna, Construct 2, Web, Luther Method, CBI
