Abstract

Abstract

PROM is still a public health issue in Indonesia, and it is one of the most common obstetric complications, with high rates of occurrence and fatality. Approximately 6% to 20% of pregnant women will have a miscarriage before 37 weeks of pregnancy, accounting for 5-10% of all births, with 70% occurring at term.Perinatal infection, umbilical cord compression, placental abruption, newborn respiratory distress syndrome, and neonatal sepsis are all possible complications ofPROM. Premature rupture of membranes (PROM) was the most common cause of pathological/complications in pregnant/maternity women at Ciomas Public HealthCenter, and the number of PROM cases increased from the previous year. Aim in this research for analyzing factors related to the incidence of premature rupture of membranesat UPT Public Health Centre, Ciomas, Serang Regency, Banten Province, 2021. This is a quantitative research design that employed a cross-sectional analytic approach. This research used a purposive sampling strategy to select 44 maternity mothers as participants. A questionnaire was employed as the research tool. The information was gathered from primary sources and analyzed using the chi square statistical test. The univariate analysis revealed that PROM was experienced by 45,5 percent of mothers who gave birth, 65,5 percent of mothers who gave birth with high physical activity variables, and 72,7 percent of mothers who gave birth with vaginal discharge. 75 percent of mothers experienced psychosocial stress during pregnancy. The bivariate analysis revealed a significant link between high physicalactivity variables (p = 0,014), vaginal discharge (p = 0,038), and psychosocial stressfactors (p = 0,019) and the risk of early rupture of membranes. It was discovered in this research that many women who gave birth experienced premature rupture of membranes, and that there was alink between high physical activity, vaginal discharge, and psychosocial stress, which could be alleviated by reducing high physical activity, vaginal discharge, andpsychosocial stress

Abstract

Abstract The quality of Post Integrated Service (PIS) is determined by the implementation of PIS activities support by the Development Operational Working Group of Post Intergrated Service (DOWG-PIS) so that an active PIS is achieved. The purpose of study was to determine the role of health promotion in improve the Active PIS at the Pusako Health Center, Siak Regency. The method of research used qualitative with Rapid Assessment Procedure design, The interviews were conducted purposive sampling technique and observation the service implementation record and report of health promotion program. The results showed that not optimally the planning of health promotion services, not optimally the role of health promotion in improving the active PIS and not optimally the implementation of household Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (CHL) health promotion at the Pusako Health Center, Siak Regency. It can be concluded that it is necessary to propose additional human resources, strengthen records by village officers and cadres, conduct advocacy and partnerships for PIS development cooperation and use of promotion media through social media and efforts to develop innovation.

Abstract

Gypsum is a composite material product that is used as a building material and is commonly used as building partitions, ceilings, bulkheads, and room accessories. However, gypsum also has a weakness in terms of ductility and is not waterproof. EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) is a polymer that transforms with an environmentally friendly waterproof mortar. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of making gypsum board with the addition of EVA to determine the effect of EVA polymer on gypsum board. The gypsum and EVA ratio variables used were GPC (100% : 0%) and GPEVA (88% : 12%). The procedure used in this experiment is sample testing, namely density test, water content test, water absorption test, and flexural strength test. Gypsum board composite by adding EVA to the density test, the density value of the GPC sample was 1.28 g/cm³, while the GPEVA sample (88%: 12%) was 1.27 g/cm. To test the water content and water absorption for the GPC sample, it was 5.5% and 62.5%, while for the GPEVA sample the values were 4.7% and 14.5%, respectively. For the flexible strength test the control has a value of 1.3 N/mm² on the sample; GPEVA has a value of 0.95 N/mm². The addition of 12% EVA in the manufacture of gypsum board effectively increases the ability of gypsum to hold water by 76.75%..

Abstract

Abstract The Achievement of implementation the minimum standard service for elderly in Kampar Regency was still low from 28,478 elderly, only 17,832 (62.6%) who get elderly health services. The implementation of the elderly MSS at the Sawah Public Health Center was ranked the 4th lowest the elderly MSS achievement of the 31 public health centers in Kampar Regency. The purpose of research was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, family support, and the role of cadres on the elderly service program. This type of research was quantitative with a cross sectional analytical research design. The sampling amounted to 143 peoples. The Collecting data used a questionnaire. The data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results of the research found that there was a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, family support, and the role of cadres on the utilization of Posyandu services for the elderly at the Sawah Public Health Center, Kampar Regency. It can be concluded that public health center must improve health promotion in the form of counseling on the importance of using posyandu for the elderly and advocating for community leaders to increase visits to integrated post service for the elderly.
