Abstract

Polygamy is one form of marriage is debated by the public, either supporting or were refused, they give a different argument. Sociologically, the act of polygamy is still viewed percussion by the people of Indonesia, including the area of Bogor, West Java. They are looking at someone who is polygamous are very powerful in economic matters, being able to feed the whole family, but others consider that polygamy is bad for hurting woman and unfaithful to his first wife. Variety perspective is then deemed necessary to do research on sociological indication of Bogor on polygamy.

Abstract

Nash Alquran dan Sunnah tidak secara tegas membicarakan hukum wakaf, dan memang kebanyakan hukum wakaf dihasilkan lewat ijtihad dan ini membuat hukum wakaf berkembang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Bila pada awalnya wakaf hanya berbentuk benda-benda yang tidak bergerak, namun seiring zaman, obyek wakaf mengalami perubahan, tidak hanya terbatas pada benda tidak bergerak, melainkan lebih luas merambah ranah yang lain. Muncul istilah wakaf profesi, wakaf jasa, wakaf ilmu dan yang terbaru wakaf saham. Semuanya ini memerlukan kajian khusus untuk mencari legitimasi syariah dan ketepatan tujuan pentasyrian wakaf dalam Islam.

Abstract

The Islamic Shariah is one aspect of the teachings of Islam's universal and comprehensive. But this universality is often erroneously regarded by most people, especially the conventional legal experts. Islamic law is often viewed from one side only, without seeing the other side is not separate from the first side. Every time we heard the phrase 'Islamic law', it is implied in their minds no more than a law cutting off hands, stoning, and qhisas which can be categorized as a 'verdict'. Though Islamic law is a revelation from God directly to arrange human life. Therefore, there are things that are elastic that is not rigid in its application.

Abstract

Multi Level Marketing is a method or technique of multi-level marketing and use direct selling approach. The uniqueness of this system lies in the distribution of its products will not be found in shops, supermarkets and stalls. Products obtained through direct distributors that are mainly individuals. But in the run still leaves some problems, especially in view of sharia, such as how the halal products, how the validity of the agreement, if it is appropriate reward with his work, how the ethical position of MLM, how the rule of law, as well as how to modify them in accordance with sharia.

Abstract

Transisi kepemimpinan pasca Nabi Muhammad SAW memiliki daya tarik dari sisi politik hukum pemerintahan. Tulisan ini mengkaji masa kepemimpinan Umar bin Khattab sebagai khalifah kedua dalam sejarah Islam. Banyak warisan kebijakan negara di masanya yang telah mengubah aspek-aspek politik hukum pemerintahan Islam dan telah menjadi referensi utama bagi pemimpin negara hingga saat ini. Politik hukum responsif menjadi salah satu keunggulan dari banyak keunggulan lainnya. Dengan metode penelitian hukum normatif, tulisan ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari beberapa literatur ilmiah. Kemudian penulis menguraikan bebagai sumber data dengan pendekatan sejarah untuk menghasilkan kajian yang sistematis.

Abstract

Disparitas atau perbedaan pendapat di kalangan umat Islam sering dikaitkan dengan hadis palsu " "اختلاف أمتي رحمةatau “ ”.اختلاف أصحابي لكم رحمةDemikian juga disparitas konsep teologi dalam Islam. Perbedaan pendapat di kalangan sahabatsahabat besar Nabi Muhammad Saw sudah ada sejak beliau menjelang wafat, atau mungkin sebelumnya. Namun, disparitas pendapat itu ada yang menyebabkan perpecahan, bahkan peperangan, tetapi ada pula yang tidak demikian. Yang terakhir inilah yang mungkin dapat menjadi rahmat. Teologi Islam sebagai salah satu cabang ilmu pengetahuan Islam yang dibangun dengan memaksimalkan daya nalar akal atau logika, sangat erat kaitannya dengan Ilmu Manthiq, dan keragaman atau perbedaan pendapat. Hal ini juga erat kaitannya dengan pertumbuhan aliran-aliran dalam Ilmu Kalam sebagai bagian dari peradaban dalam Islam. Pada akhirnya, disparitas konsepTeologi Islam itu akan membawa kedewasaan peradaban umat Islam.

Abstract

Life in the world not only involves compulsory worship but also social relations. Our interest in social relationships is to build a prosperous people in the world and in the Hereafter, as well as our task which has been determined as a vicegerent on earth. This article tries to explain the steps that need to be taken to develop the independence both personally and in the unity of the people, from the financial side. This financial capital which became one person and Muslims widely, to help the robustness of the buildings and the revival of the Ummah. Therefore, in the end we can stand on its own without depending on any party that can control us and may be misleading the people.

Abstract

Nikah Siri is a term developed in the community, which means marriage under the hand; a process of marriage in accordance with the rules and regulations in Islam, as their guardian, witnesses and the Islamic marriage contract, just do not do the recording at the office of the Religious Affairs (KUA) as an official from the Ministry of Religion for those who perform marriages according to Islam and at the offices of those who hold civil marriage according to religious beliefs other than Islam. Without a recording then indirectly the government has not recognized the official bond, so there are matters relating to the rights of children and a wife who cann’t be met. Therefore, this study wanted to examine how Islam views nikah siri after seen the negative consequences thereof.

Abstract

Isu yang berkaitan dengan seks menurut hukum Islam bukanlah perkara asing. Hal tersebut telah dibicarakan dengan begitu luas oleh para ilmuan dan para ulama yang didasarkan kepada pandangan Alquran dan AlHadis, yaitu dengan mengkaitkannya dengan persoalan aqidah, syariah dan akhlak. Pentingnya hal tersebut guna menjauhi kemungkaran, dan tidak mendatangkan kemudharatan terhadap orang lain. Oleh karenanya, wajib hukumnya bagi orang tua, pendidik dan masyarakat untuk mengenalkan pengertian seks secara sehat dan benar kepada anak sejak dini, sehingga mereka dapat mengenal organ dan fungsi biologis, fisiologis manusia serta fungsi reproduksi, bahkan dapat mengenal penyakit kelamin.

Abstract

The human being is a very important factor in achieving legal justice. Legal justice is very coveted by anyone, including offenders though. If in a country that tends to act unjust law, including judges, then the government must act to prevent it. The government should enforce legal justice, not even apply to the unjust people. So that social justice can be created in people's lives, in addition there is help each other in doing good. There is a sense of interdependence with one another in social life (interdependence).
