The global economy was sluggish due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Until March 2020, the economy began to decline, along with the pandemic outbreak throughout the world, including in Indonesia. People lost jobs due to the weakening of the national economy. This study aims to analyze the effect of Earning per Share (EPS) Net Profit Margin (NPM), Gross Profit Margin (GPM) Total Assets Turnover (TATO), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) on company stock prices in manufacturing in the food and beverage sector. It was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with an observation period of 2016-2021. The population and sample in this study are the quarterly financial reports of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 252 quarterly financial statements taken from 12 companies. The data used in this research is secondary data. Furthermore, the data collected was tested by multiple linear regression analysis, processed using the SPSS version 18 application. The results showed that partially EPS and NPM had a positive and significant effect on stock prices, while GPM had no significant effect on stock prices, and TATO had a negative effect. And significant to stock prices. Simultaneously, EPS, NPM, GPM, and TATO have a positive and significant effect on stock prices with a coefficient of determination of 67.4%.

Employee performance is the result achieved by the employee in completing the work assigned by the company to the employee. The inconsistencies of previous research and also overlooking the chance that organizational commitment may act as intervening variable is the problem that this research highlight. The purpose of the study was to test the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This type of research is causal-quantitative research. Saturation sampling was used in this research. 110 employees of PT Abioso Batara Alba, Boyolali Regency, as the sample. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The hypothesis testing technique is in the form of path analysis using SPSS version 20 and the Sobel test. The results showed that work motivation had an effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Good work motivation will increase employee performance. The work environment has an effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment does not mediate the effect of the work environment on employee performance. Employee performance will improve if they are motivated at work. Employees do not need to be devoted to the firm to increase performance because the company's good work motivation will directly improve employee performance. Employees do not need to be dedicated to the company first in order for the construction of a nice work environment to have a direct impact on employee performance.

The determination of the cost of renting a room at the Hotel Tampiarto Probolinggo is currently still using traditional methods that lack accuracy. Time driven activity-based costing method can solve these problems by presenting an accurate cost of room rental. This study aims to calculate and present hotel room rental prices with the time driven activity-based costing method and to find out the difference between the traditional method and the time driven activity-based costing method. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The subject of this study is the rental price of all rooms at Hotel Tampiarto Probolinggo. The results of calculations and analysis in this study indicate that the calculation of the cost of renting a hotel room with the Time Driven Activity Based Costing method can be applied by Hotel Tampiarto because the results show that the allocation of costs for each activity based on the time required produces a more accurate and efficient cost of renting a room with the average efficiency rate of each room is 8% to 30% of the current price of traditional methods.With the cost of goods using the time driven activity based costing method, management can make business strategies to increase room rental income by making new strategies, especially for the type of room with the lowest sales level with cheaper room rental costs.

Based on the results of a survey about teenage pregnancy of 7 adolescents aged 13-15 who were pregnant before marriage, who were still educated SLTP when pregnancy occurred. Early marriage is the most phenomenal symptom that often invites negative social stigma for society. Based on that, early marriage is an arranged marriage or marriage involving two parties between a man and a woman under the age of 18 years, which will usually give rise to negative stigma from the surrounding environment. Purpose of this study is to know people's views on early marriage and to know the level of social stigma against early marriage. Research method used in this research is qualitative research method, the approach used in this research is phenomenology. The study was conducted in Samarinda and several interviews were conducted in direct interaction with four subjects who had had early marriages in their teens or schools. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. The study subjects numbered 4 people. The results show factors that led to the subject of B.C. marrying young were due to parental and cultural factors. The factor that causes MAF subjects to have early marriage is the presence of pregnancy factors outside of marriage. RS gets a negative response from the surrounding environment and the factors that cause social stigma in subject RS. are the presence of knowledge and education. The reason AR married young are due to the parental factor.

Technological developments make it easier for employees to carry out work, including archive management employees. Archives undergo changes and developments in electronic form. The development of supporting technology for electronic archive management. This study aims to analyze the use of electronic records to support the effectiveness of employee performance and the factors that support employee performance. This qualitative research uses a descriptive approach. The technique used to collect data is interviews. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. This study uses three stages of data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The research subject is the selected resource person, an employee with the position of Customs and Excise Inspector. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the use of electronic archives supports employee performance. The benefits of using electronic archives include easy and fast use, safe, and time-saving. There are four factors supporting employee performance: the work environment, ability, motivation, and adequate facilities. Factors supporting employee performance in using electronic records are leaders who always encourage employees to learn and develop themselves and a comfortable work environment for employees, human resource capabilities, and adequate facilities and equipment provided by the institution.

The current development of technology makes it easier for humans to search for information. Electronic words of mouth (eWOM) or information media through the internet becomes the most widely used media by the public to search for needs, dig information, evaluate alternatives, and make purchasing decisions. After recognizing the needs, the public starts looking for information about the products they need to purchase. The better the review provided by someone, the higher the purchasing interest. This study aims to analyze the effect of eWOM and customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions. This study uses quantitative methods. It involved 132 customers aged 18-60 years old who have purchased Argotelo products as samples. The sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis showed that eWOM affects purchasing decisions. Then, customer satisfaction affects purchasing decisions. Besides, eWOM and customer satisfaction affect purchasing decisions.

Indonesia implements a total defense system where this system involves all components of the nation, which in its implementation is carried out according to their respective capabilities and capacities. one manifestation of the universal defense system is the existence of TNI Operational Service activities. As the implementation of the strategic vision, it is one of the regional development activities to create space, equipment, and harsh combat conditions to ward off threats, challenges, obstacles, and disturbances that may arise in the current strategic environmental conditions. This study aims to analyze the vision and mission of national defense and how the National Defense Strategy Policy in the Framework of Creating Tough Space, Tools and Conditions (RAK Juang) to Support National Defense. This type of research is a literature study approach where the data sources used are journals, articles, books, and other relevant sources. The results of the research are that the achievement of goals in the national defense policy, namely creating a vital fighting space, tools and conditions to support national defense, can be realized through TNI Service Operations activities which are carried out in stages, gradually and integrated with local government development programs so that they can reflect the unity of the TNI. The implementation of military operations to create a formidable battle space with physical activities has contributed to the interests of development in the context of prosperity.

The growing use of internet-based technologies provides enterprise E-commerce with transformative benefits. The success of E-commerce is determined by the behavior of sellers and their decisions about which platform to use between application-based E-commerce or social media. Online shopping through the internet supports consumers to find information about a product or service and make purchases through direct interaction with online retailers. Word of mouth plays an essential role in consumer behavior, especially in online marketing, which supports consumers seeking more references. This study aims to analyze the effect of E-commerce and electronic word of mouth (EWOM) on consumer behavior in online shopping. The study was conducted on 75 respondents, and researchers used SmartPLS 3.0 to examine the relationship between variables in the model through SEM. From the research results obtained, internet marketing strategies directly affect EWOM and consumer behavior, while EWOM also directly affects consumer behavior. E-commerce startups have the most significant direct positive influence on online shopping consumer behavior across all channels. This result means that Shopee should give prime attention to its E-commerce strategy to increase its consumers.

As a microfinance institution, the LPD, which is finance belonging to the village of Pakraman, aims to collect funds from the community to be further channeled back to the community. Seeing the critical role of the LPD as a micro institution in Bali, the LPD institution with traditional villages, and the government's desire to develop LPD in Bali, the existence of the LPD needs to be maintained and maintained. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of managing Non Performing Loans (NPL) in LPd Desa Adat Penglatan through the Non-Performing Loan Ratio (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Earning Asset Quality (KAP) and Costs. Operating Operating Income (BOPO). This research was conducted at the Village Credit Institution (LPD) of the Penglatan Traditional Village. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. This study used a population and 36 months or three-year samples using the purposive sampling technique. The collection technique uses an observation process on financial statement data. The techniques used in analyzing the data are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test Analysis, F-Test Analysis (F-Test), Determination Analysis, and T-Test Analysis (T-Test). The results of this study explain that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant negative effect on Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Earning Assets Quality (KAP), and Operating Income Operating Costs (BOPO) have a significant influence for Non-Performing Loans (NPL).

Workers find it difficult because the implementation of WFH has resulted in an increase in their workload and a workload that is not in accordance with their abilities. Worker. This causes work fatigue from mild to severe levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and workload on work stress, this type of research is quantitative research involving 35 respondents at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Buana Agribisnis Saribudolok. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a saturated sampling technique (census). because the population is small and the saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as a sample of 35 people. The type of data used in this study is primary data which data directly provides to data collectors through questionnaires, and secondary data is data that is not obtained directly by researchers but is obtained from other people or parties. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results show that leadership style is related to how employees guess the leadership style whether they like it or not. Bad leadership style causes employees to be unproductive and less creative so that it has an impact on career achievement so that employees are stressed with their work, while excessive workloads and short deadlines also greatly affect employee work stress. employees should be in accordance with the field and ability. So it can be said that the workload is a source of stress that affects the working conditions of employees.
