Abstract

The purposes of this study are: (1) to analyse the marketing strategy of processed apple of PT. Kusuma Agrowisata; (2) to analyse the industry competitive's condition of processed apple produced by PT Kusuma Agrowisata; and (3) to recommend strategies and marketing mix alternatives to be implemented by PT Kusuma Agrowisata in order to achieve their missions and vision. All of these purposes are focused on marketing revitalization for PT Kusuma Agrowisata. A competition analysis (Five Force's of Proter) with Delphi Technique and SWOT analysis is used. Abstract

The biggest challenge in providing health service is the fulfillment of people, especially the poor, expectation in getting appropriate health service quality and facility. Puskesmas (public health center) is the front liner in providing public health service and in national health system. Therefore, the government role in improving the access of poor people to health service through health maintenance guarantee program for poor people. An analysis of the effects of Puskesmas service quality on the satisfaction of poor family health insurance holder patients in Bogor city seen from tangibility, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance dimensions was done. Results showed that puskesmas service still needed improvement especially in facility completeness and medicine supply. Simultaneously, service quality parameters were found to give significant effects. Partially, it was found that tangibility, responsiveness, and assurance gave significant effects but empathy and reliability did not.

Abstract

Sistem ekonomi global dewasa ini berdasarkan historis sangat dipengaruhi oleh sistem ekonomi kapitalis.  Sistem  ini  sejak semula  dianggap  tidak memuaskan  sehingga  ada  penawaran  alternatif terhadap sistem dimaksud seperti yang dilakukan oleh sistem ekonomi sosialis dan komunis. Namun demikian, alternatif kedua sistem ekonomi terakhir juga tidak mampu menghantarkan masyarakat pada tingkat kesejahteraan yang berkeadilan; bahkan penawaran kedua sistem terakhir makin memperkuat penerapan sistem ekonomi kapitalis secara meluas. Namun pada praktiknya, ketidakpuasan terhadap sistem ini semakin meningkat dengan dampak massif yang ditimbulkannya kepada tatanan sosial: kesenjangan kaya-miskin semakin melebar; kerusakan lingkungan semakin parah. Dunia memerlukan alternatif manajemen baru. Saat ini telah diperkenalkan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang mewajibkan perusahaan berkontribusi menyelesaikan masalah-masalah sosial yang ada, yang merupakan wujud dari aspek spiritual perusahaan. Sesungguhnya praktek ini merupakan salah satu tauladan manajemen Rasul SAW dalam memimpin dan menghantarkan ummatnya kepada kebahagiaan hakiki. Penajaman akal dan qalbu merupakan kunci sukses menuju kematangan IQ, EQ, dan SQ. Menerapkan lima surat pertama (Surat Al-Alaq, Al-Qalam, Al-Muzzammil, Al-Muddatstsir, dan Al- Fatihah) merupakan implementasi Manajemen Tauhid ala Rasul SAW.

Abstract

Pancasila as a state’s foundation of Indonesia has been evaluated, criticized, and reviewed intensively in the reformation era. Islam as a way of life of most Indonesian people also took a part in this very important step. By using contemplation method, wicth is based on philosophy or tafakkur. Pancasila has been found as parallel to Islam or tauhid point of view. The reason of this can be traced to the history where Islamic principle has been accommodated greatly in the process of Pancasila emergence. Abstract

In long term, the research is aimed to improve hospital patients’ satisfaction in Bogor, Cianjur and Sukabumi Districts through the implementation of health care model based on socio economical characteristic of the community. Specific target of the research is to establish public health services based on socio economical characteristics of the community. The research was conducted by qualitative methods; data were obtained through by literature study, in-depth interviews, community satisfaction survey, Focus Group Discussion, and workshop. This research is aimed to gain understanding on public health services, i.e.: dominant factors affecting health services, patients’ need, issues related to disappointed or dissatisfied patients who were shifted to other hospitals.Results showed that there is inadequate satisfaction experienced by patients on health services provided by hospitals. The service is perceived by patients as slow; having low level of accuracy; having complicated services schedule and procedures; having low level of doctors’ understanding and skill in diagnosing illness. Patients’ satisfaction was influenced by patients’ personal and situational factors. Therefore, in order to increase patients’ satisfaction, it is recommended that a model of hospital services based on socio-economical characteristics of the community be adopted.

Abstract

Agricultural sector in a wide perspective (food crop, animal husbandry, mixed farming) is very potential in helping Indonesian people cope with the effects of global and national economic crisis. The optimization of agricultural potential can lead people in rural areas to food sovereignty and at least reduce hunger. The concept of gender and family empowerment is seen as an entry point to poverty eradication a family is the smallest institution in a society and partnership cooperation between male and female in a family is a foundation for the achievement of family prosperity. Public prosperity is achieved when family prosperity is. Therefore, this study was done in order to assess the characteristics of farmer families seen from various aspects. Results showed that most proportion of husband-wife groups were middle-aged and had highest educational level of elementary school. More than half of husband respondents (61.3% in Tasikmalaya Regency and 60.0% in Ciamis Regency) worked as farmers. More than half of wife respondents (61.3% in Tasikmalaya Regency and 60.0% in Ciamis Regency) were housewives. The highest percentage of respondents (64.0%) had 1-4 family members with total income of less than Rp500,000 per month and an average income of Rp766,421. The highest proportion of respondents spent Rp 183,289 (in Tasikmalaya Regency) and Rp157,857 (in Ciamis Regency) per month for household appliance repair. The highest percentage of respondents (29.3%) stated that individual as source of loan. The most common problem faced by respondents in Tasikmalaya and Ciamis Regencies was financial problem and the least common was food availability. Respondents in Tasikmalaya Regency faced family problems more often than those in Ciamis Regency. The strategy most commonly applied by families in both regencies to save expenses was buying cheaper food. There was a positive relationship between wife age (r = 0.204; p = 0.012), husband age (r = 0.240; p = 0.003), and wife education (r = 0.212; p = 0.009) and family problems. A positive relation was also found between husband education and coping strategy applied (r = 0.163; p =0.046). Number of family member had a positive correlation with amount of debt (r = 0.243; p = 0.003) indicating the more members a family had, the more debt the respondent had.

Abstract

Pajak adalah iuran rakyat kepada Kas Negara berdasarkan Undang-undang, yang dapat dipaksakan dengan tidak mendapat jasa-jasa timbal balik (kontra prestasi). Sementara zakat berarti "tumbuh", "berkembang", "menyucikan", atau "membersihkan". Secara terminologi syari'ah, zakat merujuk pada aktivitas memberikan sebagian kekayaan dalam jumlah dan perhitungan tertentu untuk orang-orang tertentu sebagaimana ditentukan. Sebagai mekanisme pengumpulan uang, pajak dan zakat memiliki kesamaan dan perbedaan dalam pelaksanaannya. Pajak sebagai mekanisme pengumpulan uang ditujukan untuk membiayai pembangunan; sementara esensi dan tujuan pengumpulan zakat adalah untuk distribusi kekayaan di kalangan umat Islam dengan anggota masyarakat yang kurang beruntung. Namun demikian, berdasarkan Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pajak Nomor Kep-163/PJ./2003, zakat dapat dianggap sebagai pengurangan terhadap kewajiban pembayaran pajak penghasilan. Kebijakan ini selain memberikan kemudahan bagi ummat Islam Indonesia untuk beribadah sekaligus memenuhi kewajiban sebagai warga Negara, juga menimbulkan keraguan apakah zakat yang digabungkan dengan pajak dapat memenuhi persyaratan syariah. Kesimpulan tulisan menunjukkan bahwa ditinjau dari perbedaan sasaran pemberian pajak dan zakat, maka terdapat perbedaan besar dalam penerapan pajak dan zakat.
