Abstract

Cryptography is used to protect the contents of information from anyone except those who have the authority or secret key to open information that has been encoded. Along with the development of technology and computers, the increase in computer crime has also increased, especially in image manipulation. There are many ways that people use to manipulate images that have a detrimental effect on others. The originality of a digital image is the authenticity of the image in terms of colors, shapes, objects and information without the slightest change from the other party. Nowadays many digital images circulating on the internet have been manipulated and even images have been used for material fraud in the competition, so we need a method that can detect the image is genuine or fake. In this study, the authors used the MD4 and SHA-384 methods to detect the originality of digital images, by using this method an image of doubtful authenticity can be found out that the image is authentic or fake.Keywords: Originality, Image, MD4 and SHA-384

Abstract

Al-Quran is a holy book that contains instructions and instructions for the life of Muslims. In the Al-Quran there are interpretations quoted from the previous verse and have an implied meaning, so to be able to obtain these verses textually and contextually it is necessary to classify the interpretation of the Al-Quran to facilitate Muslims in finding topics in theAl-Quran. In this study, it is proposed to classify the topic of Al-Quran verses in English translation which consists of three classifications, namely commands, prohibitions and others. In this research the system design is done by collecting datasets, preprocessing to get clean data, selecting features using gain information, classifying using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method, and testing the system. The results of the tests conducted resulted in a value 64,10% for accuracy, 63% for precision, and 62.68% for recall using the value of k = 17 and the dataset containing data testing and data training of 1:9, respectively.Keywords: classification, topics of Al-Quran, K-Nearest Neighbor, Information gain.

Abstract

The selection process for Student Language Ambassadors at the North Sumatra Language Hall is still subjective in that the assessment may not be based on established criteria or without looking objectively so the selection process is less precise and the resulting decisions are less satisfactory for the students' Language Ambassador participants.  In this study, the authors used a decision support system with the Exprom II method to find the value of weights and criteria, and to find the final grade or to find the value of the Student Language Ambassador ranking. Thus the Decision Support System is needed so that it can help the North Sumatra Language Office in determining Student Language Ambassadors. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to build a decision support system application for selecting Student Language Ambassadors using the Exprom II method so that it can help and facilitate the North Sumatra Language Hall in making decisions choosing Student Language Ambassadors and the decisions determined are satisfactoryKeywords: Decision Support System, Student Language Ambassador, Exprom Method II

Abstract

In this study, the authors used a decision support system with the Promethee II method to find the value of weights and criteria, and to find the final score or to find the finalist ranking of the North Sumatra Language Ambassador. Thus the Decision Support System is needed in order to help the North Sumatra Language Office in determining the Finalists of the North Sumatra Language Ambassador. Abstract

Education is an effort specifically by  goverments  to provide the generation with appropriate academic potentials through which the successors attain the required capabilities to survive the natiions. .The process this transfer of information is carried out in school. But still, every thing does not run as smoothly as expected. The purpose of this research is to identify the problems serving as barrcades affecting the students to achieve the goals of learning.For a solution, the writer suggests the use of algorithm ELECTRE II as calculation to  discover  the best alternative. This method is implemented  into an application of  Vb Net 2010. The  result obtined is A03 having best alternative while the biggest average is friend.Keywords: Decision Support System, Electre ii, Vb Net, Concentration, Students.

Abstract

Higher education is an education level that includes diplomat, undergraduate and doctoral programs. The purpose of higher education is to improve the quality of the workforce, to help improve the quality of the workforce each university must have the facilities needed in teaching and learning activities. This study discusses the Analysis of the K-Means Method in the Grouping of Universities by Province Based on the Facilities of the Village. Sources of data obtained from data collected based on documents from 2003 to 2018 through the website of the Indonesian Statistics Agency. Data is processed into 2 clusters, namely the highest facility level cluster (C1) and the lowest facility level cluster (C2). So that obtained from 34 provinces 3 provinces are grouped in high facility level clusters (C1) and 31 provinces are grouped in low facility level clusters (C2). This can be input to the government for provinces that have higher education institutions that still have inadequate facilities in each village and are of more concern to the government based on the cluster that is being conducted.Keywords: K-Means, Higher education, Grouping, Facilities

Abstract

Currently, in the world of abundant and sustainable data, it can be utilized in data mining in order to better manage the feasibility analysis of Medium-Scale Micro Enterprises (UMKM) for the kraside products at Pt. A more effective pawnshop this research was conducted to utilize existing court ladies as a source of strategic informationfoUMKM In processing UMKM data and classifying the feasibility period for krasidan products to use data mining techniques. The eligibility period for UMKMrecruitment uses the J48 method. the attributes used consist of business groups owned by prospective nassabah, the high or low number of sales in the future is the average needed by UMKM.In this thesis the software used is Weka. Thus the interpretation of the results of the study indicates that the variables that need to be used as considerations are analyzed for the feasibility of UMKM.Keyword : Datamining, UMKM, Krasida, Method J48, Weka

Abstract

At PT. JUI SHIN INDONESIA Medan Deli is checking the sales of ceramics once a year. The amount of ceramics needed at PT. JUI SHIN INDONESIA Medan Deli is so big. The lack of good sales interactions has resulted in ceramics sales and the quality of service to the council going down. This research expects to analyze the general operating picture, ceramic sales of PT. JUI SHIN INDONESIA Medan Deli. The problem often faced is that goods are not neatly arranged and cannot be utilized for system development and are only used as archives at PT. JUI SHIN INDONESIA Medan Deli. To find out the pattern of ceramics sales, ceramics sales have so far been ineffective because the data stored in Microsoft Excel is still not good so it requires a long time if at any time the warehouse of PT. JUI SHIN INDONESIA Medan Deli and other company administrations do data checking. For that we need a system that can facilitate the warehouse in analyzing the sales data of ceramics. This algorithm is one part of association rule mining. This method aims to obtain the rules of association or relations between groups of items. by using the Tanagra tool application method for testing data on ceramic sales transactions.Keywords: To Know the Pattern of Ceramic Sales Using the Aryri TID Algorithm

Abstract

Pneumonia is an infectious disease that attacks the lungs, causing air sacs in the lungs to become inflamed and swollen. This health condition is often called a wet lung. The condition of a wet lung can be experienced by anyone caused by bacteria, viruses, and fungi that are easily transmitted through the air in sneezing or coughing conditions. But pneumonia in children can be very dangerous and cause death. This study aims to create a grouping model using the K-Means algorithm. The method used is Datamining Clustering K-Means. By using this algorithm the data that has been generated can be grouped into clusters based on these data. The data is sourced from the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2017. The number of records used is 34 provinces divided into 2 clusters namely high and low clusters. From the calculation of K-Means, there were 3 provinces as the highest cluster and 31 provinces as a low cluster. The implementation process using the Rapidminer 5.3 application is used to help find accurate values. It is expected that with this research can be used as a reference to the government in tackling pneumonia especially in infants to be able to improve health services, supply drugs, and equipment for treatment and anticipate against pneumonia in provinces in Indonesia.Keywords: Pneumonia, K-Means Algorithm, Data Mining

Abstract

This study aims at what factors influence the value of Student GPA in StikomTunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar. Data used is obtained by giving questionnaires to students of STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar. With alternatives used, namely curriculim, intelligence, absenteeism, and value. While the criteria used are the names of respondents who answer a question. The method used in this study is Electre II. From the results of the ELECTRE II calculation, the third alternative A3 is obtained as the first rank, A2 as the second rank, A4 as the third rank, and A1 as the last alternative. It is hoped that this research can be used by the education as teaching material for the students' academic success and progress.Keywords: Students, GPA,  Decision Support System, ELECTRE II
