Abstract

Augmented Reality is a technology that involves graphics on a computer in the real world, which in the virtual world of three dimensions is brought to the real-world environment in real-time. The application of Augmented Reality technology is currently growing rapidly, including in the field of promotional media. IT Telkom Purwokerto is a private university in Central Java engaged in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). In introducing the campus environment, IT Telkom Purwokerto still uses the manual given to students when PKKMB is also rarely read, and the introduction of buildings uses 3D miniatures by utilising styrofoam where these miniatures are displayed. Based on a survey conducted by researchers to find out the level of difficulty in finding a room at IT Telkom Purwokerto, 70% of respondents obtained that IT Telkom Purwokerto students agreed that they had trouble finding a room for the first time at IT Telkom Purwokerto. This recognition media is made using Augmented Reality with marker-based tracking technology; in the manufacturing process uses Unity and Vuforia a container for storing markers or markers. Development for this software uses the Agile model. Testing is the final stage before the application is presented to the user, using black-box and system usability testing. The test results on this application obtained results for black-box testing of 97.7% and System Usability Scale of 83.6, which can be concluded that users can use the application easily. Based on these results, it can be supposed that it is also included in the Excellent category with a B rating

Abstract

In computer science, specifically in the field of image processing, many reliable algorithms have been found. Previously it was introduced that the YOLO (You Only Look Once) V.3 algorithm. In this case, the application of the YOLO algorithm that we carried out was applied experimentally by utilizing image preprocessing techniques. In this study, image preprocessing was carried out. The image of the Microsoft COCO dataset that was preprocessed in this study used the method of image dimension reduction and image quality improvement. The Microsoft COCO dataset image dimension reduction method used is the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method and to improve the image quality of the Microsoft COCO dataset using Gaussian Smoothing. Then after the fine-tuning process, there is an increase in the mAP value by an average of 8.99% so that the five models can have an mAP above 80%. The highest mAP value is owned by the model using the schema after the fine-tuning process. From the results of experiments carried out in this study, obtained detection results that have fairly good accuracy in the dataset results. Irregular transformations of position, dimension, composition and, direction can still be captured as the same feature. YOLO's ability in feature engineering is an acknowledgment that has been successfully proven in this research. Although not all the results of using this algorithm are perfect on all data, the results tend to be good. This is related to the services available in the form of a convolutional layer on YOLO reducing downsample or reducing image dimensions by using anchor boxes, this algorithm can also improve accuracy

Abstract

Face recognition is a highly active research topic in pattern recognition and computer vision, with numerous practical applications. Face recognition can provide the most natural interaction experience similar to the way humans can recognize others. This paper presents a performance comparison of various machine learning approaches and feature extraction algorithms. The feature extraction algorithm used is Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), and a combination of PCA-LDA. The method used is to take a dataset sample and then evaluate and compare machine learning algorithms to analyze accuracy in recognizing faces. We also use feature extraction techniques on facial image capture to speed up data processing. The classification algorithms measured are k-nearest neighbor, naive Bayes, support vector machine, random forest, and gradient boosting. The results showed that the random forest classification algorithm was the most accurate face recognition method. On the other hand, the PCA-LDA combined feature extraction algorithm has lower false-negative and false-positive rates than PCA and LDA. In addition, the PCA feature extraction algorithm has the fastest performance in the process of recognizing faces

Abstract

Currently, retail business competition in Indonesia is very tight, it is proven that it is easy to find retailers around, and in almost every region of Indonesia. To provide satisfaction to customers, companies must be able to sell goods or services of the best quality, at reasonable prices and improve service quality. This research was conducted by distributing 100 questionnaires and calculating using the Customer Satisfaction Index (Csi) method which aims to determine the overall level of customer satisfaction and then calculating the Service Quality (Sq) to determine the GAP value or the gap in customer perceptions and expectations. From the results of calculations using the Customer Satisfaction Index (Csi) MajuBersama method gets a score of 90.74%, which means that customers are very satisfied with MajuBersama's services and must continue to be maintained and improved for Alfamart to get a score of 78.32% indicating that the level of satisfaction Alfamart customers in general are in the satisfied category, which means there is one more level, namely the range of 81 to 100. So it can be said that the performance of Alfamart is good, but Alfamart must continue to improve the quality of service, especially on attributes whose service value is less than satisfactory and can maintain or improve attributes that are very important and very satisfying in order to increase satisfaction with Alfamartservices

Abstract

A securities company has a purpose as an intermediary for stock trading between investors and the stock company to be purchased. Securities companies must be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and supervised by the Financial Services Authority. The limited information that potential investors can receive regarding the criteria for selecting securities companies causes potential investors to have difficulty comparing each company. And no system supports decisions in this election. Based on the research, obtained eight assessment criteria in the selection of securities companies, as well as determining the weight of each criterion by calculating the Likert scale and determining the cost or benefit attribute for each criterion, as follows: initial deposit fee (15%) cost, transaction fee (12%) cost, stock recommendation fee (12%) cost, registration process time (12%) cost, support application rating (12%) benefit, company establishment (9%) benefit, customer service response (15%) cost, and features (15%) ) benefits. In this study, the authors use five alternatives. The calculation process results in a ranking, and the top-ranking is a highly recommended alternative based on existing criteria and weights. Then a website-based decision support system is made with the SAW method, which can assist in selecting securities companies based on the desired criteria and weights. Users can also view information on the value of each criterion given by each securities company
