Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest number of people with internal medicine. One of the many internal diseases suffered by people is pancreatitis. Pancreatitis is an inflammatory disease or inflammation of the pancreas which is generally caused by alcoholic beverages. The high increase in the number of sufferers of this disease has caused the need for medical personnel to increase. But the number of medical personnel such as experts in internal medicine is currently still low. Therefore researchers designed a system that could be used to help experts. Expert system is a system that can be used to help experts. This system is made like an assistant by adopting knowledge from experts. The expert system is able to diagnose the disease by providing value for each symptom. One method that is widely used in designing expert systems is the Certainty Factor method. The Certainty Factor method is very suitable to be used to measure the certainty of disease based on the value of hypothesis and evidence. The results of this study are the formation of an expert system application design that is able to diagnose pancreatitis based on symptoms chosen by the user

The lungs are one of the important organs in the human body. Because the lungs are one of the holders of control in the circulatory system in the human body. According to some internal medicine specialists, the lungs are the most vulnerable internal organs to damage, this is due to lung function that comes in direct contact with the outside environment such as inhaled cigarette smoke, vehicle fumes, or is allergic to something. So that the lungs are hollow and eroded. Therefore detection of human lungs is needed. To find out damage to the lungs, a CT scan image process is needed. In CT-Scan images there is information that is used to analyze and know the shape of an object from the lung itself. To obtain this information, it is necessary to do a segmentation process. In this study using the Active Contour method. Active Contour is a segmentation method that is often used because this method uses a closed curve model that can move wide or narrow. The purpose of this study was to segment the lungs on CT-Scan images by using the active contour method to determine the value of the area and perimeter of the lung section that was good and to find the accuracy value of the method used for a CT-Scan image. The results of lung segmentation were carried out a system trial carried out on 15 CT-Scan image data obtained an average accuracy of 80%

The development of data storage technology is growing rapidly, the more evolving times, the more a person's ability to collect and process data is growing. Data collected with large sizes can be used for analysis, the results of which are valuable information for the future. One of the institutions that can not be separated from data accumulation is universities. RI Ministry of Health Poltekkes Medan is a higher education program that has midwifery and nursing studies. With so many students, academic achievement and student ethics must be in line so that the achievements and ethics of students can be in line with both. Because there are so many data of students who have different academic achievements and ethics, research needs to explore data held by the Indonesian Ministry of Health Polytechnic in Medan. The data used is the final GPA of students and student ethical values from final year students. This research is considered very necessary so that the relationship between student achievement and ethics can be in line. A classification technique is needed which is one of the techniques of data mining to analyze the data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health Polytechnic in Medan. By applying this technique a FP-growth algorithm will be built where the data we input is made into an FP-tree and gets the emergence value so that the data entered can be interconnected.

In paw fish cultivation, fish growth conditions will be optimal if the pH is in the range 7 - 8 for its own temperature is in the range 25 - 30 0C and for (Dissolved Oxygen) has a minimum concentration of oxygen dissolved (DO)> 4 pmm. Unstable conditions of temperature, pH and Dissolved Oxygen can cause water degradation, even in breeding of pomfret can cause fish to die. Therefore, it is necessary to do a periodic check on the pond to maintain the stability of temperature, pH and DO. To maintain the temperature stability of the pond water using LMH35 as a temperature sensor, then to maintain the pH stability of the water using the Electrode Eutech Instrument pH Meter Kit as pH sensor and while to check the minimum concentration of oxygen using Gravity sensor: Analog Dissolved Oxygen Sensor. The output of temperature, pH and DO water measurements in the process using fuzzy logic is displayed on the LCD screen and on the monitor in graphical form making it easier for the pomfret to monitor the condition of the fish pond water.

Decision Support System is an interactive system that provides information, modeling and manipulating data. The system is used to help make decisions in situations that are semi-structured and unstructured situations, where no one knows exactly how the decision should be made. Decision Support Systems are more intended to support management in carrying out analytical work in situations that are less structured with unclear criteria. The selection of the best Lowrider bikes greatly determines the final results of the lowrider bicycle contest. For this reason, the organizers of the lowrider bicycle contest contest need to formulate an alternative for choosing the right lowrder bicycle. The definition of ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realite) is one method of determining ranking sequences through pairwise comparisons between alternatives and appropriate criteria. ELECTRE method is one of the effective methods for MADM (Multiple Attribute Decision Making) with qualitative features, so that it can improve the ability to make decisions.

Orthochromatic imagery is made using a visible spectrum from blue to partly green (0.4-0.56 micrometers). The object will appear clearer so this image is useful for coastal studies considering the film is sensitive to objects below the surface of the water to a depth of approximately 20 meters. The capture power of orthochromatic image recorder is almost the same as the sensitivity of the human eye when taking an image or image when using a camera often experiences noise in the image caused by a bad camera lens or camera position when taking an image that can cause noise in the resulting image . Noise or image greatly influences the clarity of an image where the results of the image are less clear when seen by the eye, so that noise in the image must be removed so that the image can be clearer and has a much better quality. Arithmetic Method The Mean Filter replaces the pixel value at position (x, y) with the average pixel value in the surrounding neighbor. The number of pixels about you is determined as a masking / carnel / window that is sized for example 3x3, 5x5, 10x10, and so on. Then the mean filter will be carried out for M images using the kernel matrix (5x5). Pixels also have a weighted filter approach. The ArithmeticMean Filter method for removing noise in orthochromatic images so that noise in orthochromatic images can be reduced using the Arithmetic method which has a good role in reducing speckle and salt and pepper noise.

The aim of the Best Midwife is to find a midwife who is truly responsible for serving patients in a hospital or carrying out their duties in accordance with the legislation. The selection of the best midwife has a problem, namely the best bida selection system that is still manual as long as it is selected in the collection file to apply as a midwife in a hospital. So that the chosen midwife is not in accordance with what is expected, both in terms of ability, responsibility or others. To overcome this, a decision support system is needed using the MOORA method (Multi Object Optimization On The Base Of Ratio Analysis) that can help General Ridos Hospital in the selection of the Best Midwives.

The number of tourist attractions on Belitung Island that can be reached makes it difficult for travelers to find the optimum route, both in terms of distance, time, and costs incurred to travel from one tourist spot to another. One of the factors that influence the amount of expenditure when traveling is transportation costs. The thing that is closely related to transportation is the distance traveled, too much waste of time on the way to the tourist attractions due to the wrong choice in the route taken. Based on the existing problems, optimization is needed in finding the optimum route from the initial position to the destination position using the Bee Clony Algorithm.

Expert system is an Artificial Intelligence program that combines the knowledge base with inference machines. This is a part of high-level specialization software, which seeks to duplicate the functions of an expert in a particular area of expertise. The expert system for diagnosing peanut plant disease aims to diagnose swine flu in humans, so that appropriate treatment can be carried out and does not cause outbreaks in the community. Swine flu is a disease that is very dangerous to humans, because it can cause death. For this disease, a very fast diagnosis is needed because it can be transmitted between humans to animals or vice versa and this disease can spread to an age group. Medical implementers, especially doctors, are still very limited when compared to the population that continues to increase. This makes people suffering from swine flu difficult to consult with doctors, as a result of this swine flu disease is increasingly widespread due to slow handling. Of these problems raises the idea of making an application that can diagnose swine flu disease and can help people affected by swine flu to get fast treatment. The methodology used in making this application is the Hybrid Case Based method. which is a combination of case based reasoning (CBR) with rule based reasoning (RBR). Basically CBR is one method that uses the previous case solution to solve a new case. While the RBR technique checks the input data based on the rules that have been stored in the rule base, both of which have their advantages and disadvantages.
