Abstract

A number of studies about bankruptcy prediction have widely applied the Data Mining technique to find useful knowledge automatically based on an assessment of the management's assessment of the risks that exist in a company. In the process of risk assessment the actual knowledge of experts is still considered an important task because the predictions of experts depend on their effectiveness. This study aims to extract information from qualitative bankruptcy data sets so that they can be used as a useful learning resource for improving the management of a company. The technique used in this study is classification using the Naive Bayes algorithm. Naive Bayes uses probabilistic predictions to classify data.

Abstract

Software cost calculation is an activity carried out to determine the value of a software using a quantitative approach. Seeing that there are various measurement methods and there are still no standards in assessing software, this measurement process is ignored, even though this process has a strategic role in software development. This research intends to calculate the size of the business of developing academic information system software with the Function Point (FP) method. The steps taken are (1) calculating the amount of function points, (2) calculating the software development effort, and (3) distributing the amount of effort to each activity. The results of this study are efforts to develop an academic information system is 1,460 people / hour and the nominal amount is IDR 177,917,997.

Abstract

Risk is a danger, the consequences or consequences that can occur due to an ongoing process or a future event. Risk always confronts individuals and various institutions, including business organizations. In the business world, risk can be interpreted as an external or internal factor that can cause uncertainty in the effort to achieve the desired goals. Therefore, we need a management called risk management. Risk management is a process of identifying, analyzing, evaluating, controlling, and trying to avoid, minimize, or even eliminate unacceptable risks. In a company, risk management is a process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling the activities of an organization to minimize the risk of corporate revenue. The application of risk management usually uses ISO in accordance with risk analysis and the area to be focused. The stages of risk management analysis itself are, 1. Risk Collection, 2. Determining Scale, and 3. Risk Matrix. The results obtained from the risk management analysis will be in the form of suggestions, recommendations and mitigations.

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology in Indonesia, several companies and government institutions have begun to implement IT in their systems, as well as the Gresik Regency Regional Library. Information Technology is a field of technology management and covers various fields including but not limited to things such as processes, computer software, information systems, computer hardware, programming languages, and data construction. In short, what makes data, information or knowledge felt in any visual format, through any mechanism of multimedia distribution, is considered part of Information Technology. Regional Library of Gresik Regency is one of the institutions from the government that has implemented Information Technology in their system. Gresik district library has about thirty thousand books consisting of novels, magazines, school textbooks, literature, and others. The Regional Library of Gresik Regency is now using the INLIS LITE application, this application is used by the library, from the collection of books to the list of library members

Abstract

Cancer is a disease that can cause human death in various countries. According to WHO in 2018, cancer causes 9.6 million human deaths worldwide. Globally, about 1 in 6 deaths is due to cancer. Therefore, we need a technology that can be used for cancer detection with high acuration so that cancer can be detected early. Microarrays technique can predict certain tissues in humans and can be classified as cancer or not. However, microarray data has a problem with very large dimensions. To overcome this problem, in this study use one of the dimension reduction techniques, namely Partial Least Square(PLS) and use Support vector Machine (SVM) and K-Nearest Neighbors as a classification method, which will be used to compare which is better.The system built was able to reach 98.54% in leukemia data with PLS-KNN, 100% in lung data with KNN, 66.52% in breast data with PLS-KNN, and 85.60% in colon data with PLS- SVM. KNN is able to get the best in three data from four valued data.

Abstract

Blood donation is a process of taking blood from donors that is declared feasible, in terms of various factors including age, weight, blood pressure, hemoglobin levels, and donor status which are taken into consideration during the feasibility test. This study was conducted to find the most appropriate method with high accuracy and Area Under Curve (AUC) values using 3710 blood donor datasets from the Bekasi City PMI, processed using the Naïve Bayes algorithm method, K-Nearest Neighbors and Decision Tree C4.5. The analysis shows that the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm shows higher accuracy of 93.83% compared to Naïve Bayes algorithm which shows an accuracy value of 85.15% and the K-Nearest Neighbors algorithm with an accuracy value of 84.10%. In addition to these values, Decision Tree C4.5 is also visually superior where the Decision Tree has an output model tree that shows attribute relationships and has an AUC value of 0.978, Naïve Bayes with an AUC value of 0.927 and K-Nearest Neighbors with an AUC value of 0.816.

Abstract

The use of information technology (IT) now has experienced a very big change, from merely a tool to interact, now turning to the forefront in community service, especially in Government Institutions. Increasingly the issue of Smart City is encouraging every city in Indonesia to continue to innovate in developing information technology. The Val IT Framework provides guidelines, processes and practical support that can help leaders of government agencies understand and carry out their role as determinants of IT application development. Val IT consists of 3 (three) main process domains, namely Value Governance, Portfolio Management and Investment Management. This research is expected to be able to assess the development of information technology applications carried out at City Government Institution X as a case study place, so that the institution's management can determine the best decisions in developing its information technology.

Abstract

In the field of E-Commerce website security is very necessary considering that many cyber crimes target commercial websites. Some that need to be secured are logins, because logins are confidential and important to access a website that has account access rights. In addition, customer data also needs to be secured data from people who do not have access rights, to prevent and avoid data changes and destruction. If customer data is known by parties who do not have access rights, the data can be misused and can lead to fraud cases. Therefore an algorithm is needed to secure the website. One of the algorithms that can be used to secure a website is cryptography. In cryptography messages or important and confidential data are encrypted and described using a symmetric key or asymmetric key that is only known by the authorities. There are several methods of cryptographic algorithm that can be applied to it, one of them is the AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) method. AES algorithm has a block length of 128 bits and is able to support key lengths of 128, 192, and 256bit, besides that AES algorithm is cheaper in cost and more easily implemented in small memory. The results of the application of the AES Algorithm make the website safer and it is hoped that customers will increase with increased website security and customer trust

Abstract

The practice of plagiarism in writing is quite common, both public and academic. Plagiarism is an act of abuse, theft, deprivation, publishing, statement, or declaring itself as a thought, idea, writing, or creation that actually belongs to someone else. For manual checking, whether a work is categorized as a work of plagiarism or a book is definitely a long time. Therefore, an application is needed that can detect the level of originality of a work more effectively, efficiently, and accountably. The application process is to find the basic words in the final assignment abstraction with the steaming method being tested. After obtaining the basic words of each word, formed gram and searched for hash values using the Rabin Karp algorithm. The final assignment abstraction hash value will be tested compared to the Final Task abstraction value in the database. It is expected to find out how much the level of plagiarism abstraction with the final task testing mechanism looking for presentation of final assignment similarity abstraction value compared to the final assignment abortion of the database and the comparison results in percent form, stored in the database and displayed in the system sequentially from the total presentation similarity of the biggest to the smallest.

Abstract

Current web-based administrative services are not only for government at the city or regional level, but now the village also needs it to support its government activities. According to Law No. 6 of 2014 the village is a legal community unit that has the territorial boundaries that are authorized to regulate and administer government affairs, the interests of the local community based on community initiatives, original rights, and / or traditional rights that are recognized and respected in the Republic of the Republic of Republic's government system. Indonesia. In the current technological era, there are many services for villages that use and utilize information technology so that the service process becomes easier, more transparent and faster. For this reason, in this study we had the opportunity to develop a web-based Village Service Information System in Leran village, in developing the system this time we used a prototyping method. This system will have several features, including: making independent reports, submitting a letter of introduction from the village and online, making a biodata of the village community, and also containing the profile of the village of Leran. The results of this research are a village service information system that can help the work of government officials in the village of Leran, and also facilitate the villagers in obtaining information about services or other information in the village of Leran.
