Abstract

Scabies is a type of disease caused by mites (Sarite) Sarcoptes scabies which is characterized by scab, baldness, and itching of the skin. This disease also spreads in a crowded environment of supporters, slums, environments with less hygiene scabies tend to be high in school-age children, adolescents and even adults. This is based on an interview with a dermatologist who said that, symptoms of scabies are itching between fingers and wrists itching on the outer surface of the elbows and when the disease is not cured, it can be an invection of the skin. Based on the above problems, it needs to be made an expert system that can help scabies and dermatologists in diagnosing scabies (Rabi). Because so far there has not been an application to handle this. The Ripple Down Rule method will calculate every symptom experienced by scabies by using the Ripple Down Rule calculation.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang Branch has many employees. Problems faced by the company PT. Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang Branch is in determining the promotion of a large number of employees for each division of the company. Of all the many employees who are entitled to a promotion, certainly not all of them are chosen or only a few will keep the position. Complexity occurs in determining employees who rose from the number of employees who are entitled in the determination stage. An effort is needed to make complicated decisions in determining promotions in PT. Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang Branch. Determination of a complex decision can use the Mamdani Fuzzy Logic Method. Fuzzy Logic The Mamdani method is a logic for resolving values that have obscurity or blurring. PT.Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang Branch conducted an election for its employees who deserve a promotion. In this case the method used for decision support systems is the Mamdani method.

Abstract

Dots coloring is coloring all points in graph 𝐺, so that each pair of directly connected points has a different color. Point coloring can be used to help solve the problem of preparing class schedules. One algorithm for solving graph coloring problems in college scheduling is the vizing algorithm. The results of graph coloring using the taboo search algorithm are used to arrange class schedules, so that there are no conflicting schedules meaning that no two courses taken by a student are carried out at the same time. Thus, time and space can be determined to carry out lectures so that a class schedule can be made. To make it easier to solve these problems, a program with vb2008 was created. The data entered in the form of courses, lecturers and student classes will be represented as point graphs. The coloring process starts from 𝑘 = 1 so that the minimum color is obtained. The output produced by the program is in the form of class schedules that have been determined by time and space

Abstract

Cellphone technology (handphone) as a means of communication at this time has changed the way people perceive communication. Communication is conveyed in various ways to interpret it, namely in the form of digital images, sound and text. Therefore, we need an application that can assist users in dealing with many people, namely the Short Message Service. This is an input to make things easier for people in a positive way. Short Message Service (SMS) is a basic service that allows the exchange of short text messages between subscribers. SMS at this time is outdated compared to other messenger applications. But there are still some people who still use SMS, especially those who live in rural areas or remote areas because of their limited internet network. Because the cost of sending a single sms is relatively expensive, it is necessary to compress the sms. Compression is the process of minimizing the size of data or files by reducing repetitive data without reducing the quality of the data. Where in this compression it will be linked into an Algorithm, namely the Punctured Elias Code Algorithm. Punctured Elias Code algorithm is an algorithm that consists of the original data plus a number of check bits. If several check bits are omitted, to shorten the series of code, the resulting code is designated punctured.
