Abstract

Since the implementation of regional autonomy, the term village can be called by other names, for example in West Sumatra called the villages, and in Papua and West Kutai, East Kalimantan, called the village. Similarly, all the terms and institutions in the village can be called by other names in accordance with the customs of the characteristics of the village. This is one of recognition and respect to the origin of the Government and local customs.According to Law No. 32 of 2004 and Government Regulation No. 72 of 2005 on the village, mentioned that the village is a unit of community that has boundaries with the authority to regulate and manage the interests of the local community, based on the origin and the local customs are recognized and respected in the administration system of the Republic of Indonesia.The village is not subordinate districts, because the sub-district is part of the district / city, and the village is not part of the area. Unlike the village, the village has the right to regulate the wider region. But in its development, a village can be converted into a village status.That in an effort to realize the implementation of democratic governance in the village to be able to mobilize the community to participate in the development and the administration of the village, then any policy decision taken into account local conditionsKeyword : Village, Local Community, Policy Decision Taken.

Abstract

Developments in science and technology today have a wide impact on the level of human reliance on the information, tools and systems that can help facilitate human to solve problems in the work. Abstract

In the process of decision-making objective, effective, fast, precise and accurate in the preparation of an organization's management of the company is not easy, because the decisions are not objective, of course will affect existing systems. Therefore, we need a system that is able to handle decisions objectively in a relatively fast and effective.The system used in the case of staffing management applied in PT. Abstract

Fuzzy logic is a methodology of solving the control system to be implemented in a system, ranging from a simple system, small, large, networks, multi-channel PC or workstation. Besides that, it can be implemented in hardware, software or a combination of both. Fuzzy logic provides a simple way to get definitive conclusions based on ketidaksamaran, ambiguity, imprecision, vagueness, or missing information. Fuzzy logic approach is to control the problem impersonation of someone who will make a decision.Linear programming is a way to establish a fast arrangement of a problem with a simple solution. Set of linear programming gives two reasons: (i) a lot of practical problems which can be formed as a linear programming problem, and (ii) no efficient way (eg simplex method) for solving linear programming problems. Linear programming problems is to find the values of a variable that is not known as a linear objective function that dimaksimasikan under the constraints described by linear equations.On fuzzy linear programming, will look a Z value which is the objective function to be optimized so that is subject to the restrictions are modeled using fuzzy sets. Linear programming is solved by fuzzy logic gives more precise results dibandingakan if without using fuzzy logic. Abstract

Damage components of digital cameras is a case that requires the help of a specialist (technician). In solving the problem, experts rely on its knowledge, obstacles often experienced when relying on the services of an expert are the costs relatively little and is also an expert will not always be available to serve the client at all times.        The main discussion in this study is to design and manufacture of an expert system to. The development of this expert system uses forward chaining inference method, which is a process of inference that initiates a search of symptoms or data to the conclusion.          Expert systems are systems that try to adopt human knowledge to computer, so that the computer can solve such problems is usually done by experts.          The purpose of this software is to create an expert system that is used to diagnose damage to the hardware on a laptop that can do early prevention.
