Abstract

ABSTRAKTidak semua siswa memaksimalkan potensi mereka karena prestasi belajardipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal seperti minat dan motivasi,sedangkan faktor eksternal salah satunya adalah metode pembelajaran. Penelitian inibertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat, motivasi dan metode belajar denganprestasi belajar mahasiswa.Desain penelitian adalah cross-sectional. Populasi adalah semua mahasiswakeperawatan A6 Program Studi Keperawatan Universitas Gresik. Sampel diambil dengantotal sampling diperoleh sebanyak 39 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner,data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah dan diuji dengan Chi Square dengan tingkatsignifikansi 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar mahasiswa keperawatan A6 ProgramStudi Keperawatan Universitas Gresik memiliki minat, motivasi dan metode pembelajaranyang cukup. Sebagian besar prestasi belajar mahasiswa sangat memuaskan. Hasil ujianalisis menunjukkan ada hubungan antara minat, motivasi dan metode belajar denganprestasi belajar mahasiswa keperawatan A6 Program Studi Keperawatan UniversitasGresik.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mahasiswa diharapkan menumbuhkan minat yanglebih dan meningkatkan motivasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar.Kata kunci: Minat, Motivasi, Metode pembelajaran, Prestasi Belajar, MahasiswaKeperawatanABSTRACTLearning achievement, not all students maximize their potential because of thelearning achievement was influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factors suchas interest and motivation, while external factors one of which was a method of learning.This study aims to determine the relationship between the interests, motivations andmethods of learning with nursing student's achievement.The study designs was cross-sectional. The population was all nursing students A6Nursing Program Study GresikUniversity. Samples were taken with a total sampling ofrespondents obtained a total of 39 people. Data collection using questionnaire, furtherdata have been collected processed and tested with Chi Square with a significance level of0.05.The results showed most nursing students A6 Nursing Program Study GresikUniversity has enough interest, motivation and learning methods. While the student'sachievement very satisfying mostly. The test results indicate there was a relationshipbetween the interests, motivations and methods of learning with student's achievementnursing students A6 Nursing Program Study Gresik University.Based on the results of the study are expected to foster student interest and increasemotivation to academic achievement can be increased, for nursing program Studi toexplore and use a proportional method of learning the existing methods. Abstract

ABSTRAKStroke adalah penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan di Indonesia. Pada pasienstroke untuk mengurangi kebutuhan oksigen otak pasien pasien dilakukan tirah baring.Tirah baring yang lama dapat menyebabkan konstipasi, mobilisasi tiap 2 jam mengurangikejadian konstipasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh mobilisasi setiap duajam terhadap kejadian konstipasi pasien stroke.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimental pre-post test. Populasiadalah pasien stroke infark di ruangan Gardena RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik. Sampel yangdigunakan 20 responden yang diperoleh dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Variabelindependen adalah mobilisasi miring kanan dan miring kiri setiap dua jam dan variabeldependen adalah konstipasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi. Analisis datadengan menggunakan Mann Whitney dengan nilai signifikansi α<0,05.Hasil penelitian dengan uji Mann Whitney Test mendapat p= 0,028 yang berartiada perbedaan dari kelompok kedua. Dengan demikian ada pengaruh yang signifikanmobilisasi setiap dua jam untuk kejadian konstipasi pasien stroke.Pasien stroke infark diharapkan mobilisasi awal untuk mencegah timbulnyakonstipasi dan rumah sakit harus membuat standard prosedur operasional mobilisasi miringkanan dan miring kiri setiap dua jam untuk perawatan pasien lanjut pasien stroke infarkdengan tirah baring lama.Kata kunci: Mobilisasi setiap dua jam, Konstipasi, Pasien StrokeABSTRACTStroke was a main cause of mortality and disability in Indonesia. In stroke patientsto reduce the oxygen cerebrum demand required bed rest therapy. Bed-resting therapy cancaused constipation, so for mobilization therapy has not the writen solution to preventconstipation gived nursing action mobilization right nd left oblique every two hours but theeffect is not know. The purpose of this research to know effect of mobilization every twohours to incidence of constipation stroke patients.This research used quasy experiment pre-post test design. Population was patientsof stroke infarct in Gardena Wards RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik. The sample used 20 obtainedrespondens to inclusion criteria and exclusion. Variable independent was mobilization ofright and left oblique every two hours and variable dependent was constipation. Datacollecting use observation. Technique analysis the data by using Mann Whitney with α0,05 .The result of research with test of Mann Whitney Test got p=0.028 which meansthere was difference from group both. Thereby there was significant effect of mobilizationevery two hours to incidence of constipation stroke patients.Patient of stroke infarct are expected to mobilization an early as posible to preventincidence of constipation and for hospital should make a standart operation prosedurmobilization therapy right and left oblique every two hours for patien stroke infarct withbed rest.Keywords: Mobilization every two hours, Constipation, Stroke Patients

Abstract

ABSTRAKInfeksi nosokomial adalah infeksi yang didapat pasien saat proses pelayanankesehatan di rumah sakit. Salah satu cara untuk mencegah infeksi nosokomial denganmencuci tangan. Mencuci tangan adalah proses secara mekanis melepaskan kotoran darikulit/ tangan menggunakan sabun dan air bersih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untukmenjelaskan hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap perawat tentang pencegahan infeksinosokomial dengan pelaksanaan mencuci tangan.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian iniadalah perawat di ruang Flamboyan, Gardena, dan Wijaya Kusuma di RSUD Ibnu SinaGresik, dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, diambil 36 responden berdasarkankriteria inklusi. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi.Setelah data yang ada ditabulasi kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji korelasirank spearman dengan nilai signifikan α< 0,05.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan perawattentang pencegahan infeksi nosokomial dengan mencuci tangan, dengan tingkat signifikan0,246 (α)> 0,05. Sikap menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara sikap perawat tentangpencegahan infeksi nosokomial dengan mencuci tangan, tingkat signifikan 0,285 (α)> 0,05.Pengetahuan dan sikap positif perawat tentang pencegahan infeksi nosokomialdiperlukan untuk meningkatkan pelaksanaan mencuci tangan di ruangan. Jika tujuan itutercapai, itu bisa mengurangi infeksi nosokomial di rumah sakit.Kata kunci: pengetahuan, sikap, infeksi nosokomial, cuci tanganABSTRACTNosocomial infection was the infection which is gotten by the patient, on theprocess of nursing in hospital. The one way to prevent nosocomial infection was washinghands. Washing hands was the process which mechanically release debris from hands skinused body soap or pure water. The aim of this research was to explain the connectionbetween knowledge and nurse attitude about the prevention of nosocomial infection withwashing hands in RSUD Ibnu Sina Gresik.This research used a cross sectional design. Population in this research was nursesin the Flamboyan Ward, Gardena Ward and Wijaya Kusuma Ward in RSUD Ibnu SinaGresik. With using purposive sampling, 36 respondents taken based on inclusion criteria.This research data is taken by using questionnaire and trough observation. After tabulatedexisting data, it is analyzed by using test of rank spearman’s correlation with significantstandart 0.05.Results of research showed there were no correlation between nurse’s knowledgeabout prevented nosocomial infection with washing hand, with level of significant 0.246(α)>0.05. And also with the attitude was showing there was no correlation between nurse’sattitude about prevented nosocomial infection with level of significant 0.285 (α)>0.05.From the result of this research, knowledge and nurse positive attitude about theprevention of nosocomial infection needed to increase in order the washing hands implementation could be running. Abstract

ABSTRAKAnak prasekolah adalah mereka yang berusia antara 3-6 tahun. Pada masa kanakkanakketerampilan motorik berkembang sejalan dengan perkembangan kemampuankognitif anak. Anak-anak berusia 4-6 tahun memiliki banyak keunggulan dalam hal fisikmelalui motorik bila dilakukan dengan permainan atau modifikasi permainan. Salah satupermainan yang dapat meningkatkan motorik halus dan perkembangan kognitif anak-anakprasekolah adalah terapi bermain: origami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisispengaruh terapi bermain: origami pada motorik halus dan perkembangan kognitifprasekolah (4-5 tahun).Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimental dengan satu kelompokpretest-posttest. Populasi sebanyak 25 anak, sampel direkrut menggunakan purposivesampling didapatkan besar sampel 24 anak usia 4-5 tahun dari kelas A2 TK Aisyiyah 24BP Wetan pada bulan Maret 2012. Variabel bebas adalah terapi origami dan variabelterikat adalah pengembangan baik motorik dan kognitif. Data dikumpulkan denganmenggunakan lembar observasi dan data tersebut dianalisis uji Wilcoxon dengan tingkatsignifikansi p <0,05.Hasil uji statistik dari motorik halus dan perkembangan kognitif anak-anakprasekolah (4-5 tahun) sebelum dan sesudah terapi origami (p = 0,001). Ini berarti bahwaterapi origami memiliki efek yang signifikan terhadap motorik halus dan perkembangankognitif anak prasekolah (4-5 tahun).Lembaga pendidikan, terutama anak-anak TK keperawatan dapat menggunakanterapi origami untuk meningkatkan motorik halus dan perkembangan kognitif anakprasekolah.Kata kunci: Origami, motorik halus, kognitif, anak prasekolahABSTRACTPreschool children are those aged between three to six years. On childhood motorskills develop in line with the development of children's cognitive abilities. Children aged4-6 years through the preschool has many advantages in physical terms through the motorwhen it's done with the games or game modifications. One game that can improve finemotor and cognitive development of preschool children is origami therapy. The researchwas aimed to analyze the effect of origami therapy on fine motor and cognitivedevelopment of preschool children (4-5 years).This researched used a pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest design.Population of 25 children, the sample were recruited used purposive sampling with asample of 24 children aged 4-5 years from A2 class kindergarten Aisyiyah 24 BP Wetan onMarch 2012. The independent variable is origami therapy and the dependent variable wasthe development of fine motor and cognitive. Data were collected using observation sheetand those data were analysed Wilcoxon signed rank test with significance level p <0,05.The results of statistical tests of fine motor and cognitive development of preschoolchildren (4-5 years) before and after origami therapy (p = 0,001). It means that origamitherapy had significant effect to fine motor and cognitive development of preschoolchildren (4-5 years). Based on the results, educational institutions, especially the kindergarten nursingchildren can use origami therapy to improve fine motor and cognitive development ofpreschoolers.Keywords: Origami, Fine motor, Cognitive, Preschool child
