Abstract

Abstract : The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in secondary education demands teachers to enhance their digital competence to design adaptive and interactive learning experiences. However, preliminary observation at MAN Surabaya indicated limited AI literacy and minimal exposure to H5P-based interactive tools.This training aimed to enhance the digital competence of MAN Surabaya teachers in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and H5P platform for developing interactive learning media. Using an ADDIE model-based capacity building approach, the training consisted of four phases: (1) needs assessment through pre-test, (2) conceptual training and hands-on practice, (3) mentoring for media development, and (4) outcome evaluation. Participants included 72 teachers from various subject backgrounds. Results demonstrated significant technological proficiency improvement: AI understanding increased by 11% (from 56% to 67%), while H5P awareness surged 58% (from 8% to 66%). Teachers successfully produced diverse interactive media including physics quizzes with instant feedback, visual-based 4P marketing materials, and psychology content using storytelling techniques. Keywords: AI; digital literacy; H5P; interactive learning media, teacher Abstrak : Perkembangan pesat Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pendidikan menengah menuntut guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital mereka guna merancang pengalaman pembelajaran yang adaptif dan interaktif. Namun, observasi awal di MAN Surabaya menunjukkan bahwa literasi AI masih terbatas serta paparan terhadap perangkat pembelajaran interaktif berbasis H5P masih minimal. Pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru MAN Surabaya dalam memanfaatkan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan platform H5P untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif. Melalui pendekatan capacity building berbasis model ADDIE, pelatihan meliputi empat tahap: (1) asesmen kebutuhan melalui pre-test, (2) pelatihan konseptual dan praktik, (3) pendampingan pengembangan media, dan (4) evaluasi hasil. Peserta terdiri dari 72 guru dengan beragam latar belakang mata pelajaran. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam penguasaan teknologi: pemahaman AI meningkat 11% (dari 56% menjadi 67%), sedangkan pengenalan H5P melonjak 58% (dari 8% menjadi 66%). Abstract

Abstract: Food safety is an essential aspect of ensuring the quality and health of food products, particularly for vocational students who will become future workers in the culinary industry. Understanding and maintaining positive attitudes toward hygiene and sanitation should be developed during the learning process to build appropriate food safety practices. This community service program aimed to strengthen students’ knowledge and attitudes regarding hygiene and sanitation through Good Processed Food Production Methods (CPPOB) education using a CPPOB Snakes and Ladders interactive learning media. The activity involved 52 culinary students of SMKN 4 Madiun, consisting of 10 males and 42 females. The program was conducted in three stages: interactive material delivery, discussion and Q&A sessions, and an educational game session. Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test to measure changes in knowledge and attitudes. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge score from 93 to 99 and attitude score from 88 to 93 after the intervention. These findings indicate that interactive educational media effectively enhance students’ conceptual understanding and foster positive attitudes toward hygiene and sanitation practices. This program can serve as an innovative learning model to improve vocational students’ competencies in culinary education. Keywords: CPPOB; education; hygiene and sanitation; snakes and ladders media; culinary students Abstrak: Keamanan pangan merupakan aspek penting dalam menjamin mutu dan kesehatan produk makanan, khususnya bagi siswa kejuruan yang akan menjadi tenaga kerja di bidang kuliner. Pemahaman dan sikap positif terhadap higiene dan sanitasi perlu ditanamkan sejak masa pendidikan agar terbentuk perilaku kerja yang sesuai dengan prinsip keamanan pangan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan membentuk sikap positif siswa jurusan kuliner SMKN 4 Madiun melalui edukasi Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik (CPPOB) berbasis media permainan ular tangga. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 52 siswa, terdiri atas 10 laki-laki dan 42 perempuan. Pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu penyampaian materi interaktif, sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta permainan edukatif. Evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap siswa. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan dari 93 menjadi 99, serta sikap dari 88 menjadi 93 setelah edukasi. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media edukatif interaktif efektif dalam memperkuat pemahaman konsep sekaligus membentuk sikap positif siswa terhadap penerapan higiene dan sanitasi pangan. Abstract

Abstract: The 2024 Bureaucratic Reform Index (IRB) of Jayapura City, categorized as "CC", reflects sub-optimal civil servant management and public service quality, rooted in weak work culture and organizational capacity. This Community Service activity aims to enhance civil servants' understanding of the strategic position of Mental Revolution in bureaucratic reform through the lens of Public Value Governance. The method used is participatory advocacy through material presentation and Focused Group Discussion (FGD) involving the Government Division, Inspectorate, and Organization and Management Division of the Jayapura City Regional Secretariat. The results showed an increase in collective understanding among civil servants regarding the importance of behavioral transformation for substantive public services. The concrete output of this activity is the presentation of strategic recommendations containing proposals for the 2025-2030 Mental Revolution roadmap and the reorientation of training curricula based on local competencies. In conclusion, strengthening integrity, work ethic, and mutual cooperation through this approach serves as a strategic foundation to reinforce governance and increase public value in Jayapura City. Abstrak: Indeks Reformasi Birokrasi (IRB) Kota Jayapura tahun 2024 yang berada pada kategori "CC" mencerminkan belum optimalnya manajemen ASN dan kualitas pelayanan publik, yang berakar pada lemahnya budaya kerja dan kapasitas organisasi. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman ASN mengenai posisi strategis Revolusi Mental dalam reformasi birokrasi melalui lensa Public Value Governance. Metode yang digunakan adalah advokasi partisipatif melalui paparan materi dan diskusi terfokus (Focused Group Discussion) yang melibatkan Bagian Pemerintahan, Inspektorat, dan Bagian Organisasi dan Tata Laksana Sekretariat Daerah Kota Jayapura. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman kolektif ASN mengenai pentingnya transformasi perilaku untuk pelayanan publik substantif. Output nyata kegiatan ini berupa paparan rekomendasi strategis terkait roadmap Revolusi Mental ASN 2025-2030 dan reorientasi kurikulum diklat berbasis kompetensi lokal. Kesimpulannya, penguatan integritas, etos kerja, dan gotong royong melalui pendekatan ini menjadi fondasi strategis untuk memperkuat tata kelola dan meningkatkan nilai publik di Kota Jayapura. Abstract

Abstract: This Community Service Program (PKM) activity aims to provide socialization and practical implementation of QRIS-based cashless donation services for the administrators and congregation of the Hidayatul Islamiyah Mosque in Madong Village. In the current digital era, there has been a change in congregation behavior, and people are increasingly accustomed to conducting non-cash transactions through digital platforms such as mobile banking. However, the donation system in mosques is still dominated by conventional methods, such as using cash donation boxes, so congregations that do not carry physical cash experience obstacles in distributing donations. Furthermore, BKM also does not have an adequate understanding and infrastructure to manage the digital donation system optimally. This PKM activity was attended BKM administrators and congregation representatives. The methods used were participatory socialization, mentoring, and direct implementation. The activity results showed a knowledge transfer from the implementation team to the mosque management regarding the benefits and governance of digital donations. The main output of this activity is the realization of the implementation of digital donation services through the provision of QRIS codes connected to mosque accounts, equipped with standing banners placed in strategic areas of the mosque to facilitate the congregation in making donations practically and efficiently. Abstrak: Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan implementasi praktis mengenai layanan donasi cashless berbasis QRIS bagi pengurus dan jemaah masjid Hidayatul Islamiyah Kampung Madong. Di era digital saat ini, terjadi perubahan perilaku jemaah yang semakin terbiasa melakukan transaksi non-tunai melalui platform digital seperti mobile banking. Namun demikian, sistem donasi di masjid masih didominasi oleh metode konvensional menggunakan kotak amal tunai, sehingga jemaah yang tidak membawa uang fisik mengalami kendala dalam menyalurkan donasi. Selain itu, pengurus masjid (BKM) juga belum memiliki pemahaman dan infrastruktur yang memadai untuk mengelola sistem donasi digital secara optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis bagaimana donasi digital mampu meningkatkan kemudahan dan partisipasi jemaah. Kegiatan PkM ini dihadiri oleh para pengurus Badan Kemakmuran Masjid (BKM) dan perwakilan jemaah. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi-partisipatif, pendampingan, dan implementasi langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya transfer pengetahuan dari tim pelaksana kepada pengurus masjid terkait manfaat dan tata kelola donasi digital. Output utama dari kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya implementasi layanan donasi digital melalui penyediaan kode QRIS yang terhubung dengan rekening masjid, dilengkapi dengan standing banner yang ditempatkan di area strategis masjid untuk memfasilitasi jemaah dalam melakukan donasi secara praktis dan efisien. Abstract

Abstract: Community empowerment is essential for fostering independence and improving the quality of public services at the village level. Tanjung Baru Ranau Village, located in South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, is known for its rich natural beauty. However, this potential has not been fully utilized by the village government due to the absence of digital media for promoting local tourism. To address this challenge, an empowerment program was carried out through digitalization initiatives, including socialization on the use of the village website, website management training, and the handover of the newly developed Tanjung Baru Ranau Village website. The website was designed to support administrative services, publish village information, and promote tourism potential. The implementation method consisted of initial observations to identify village needs and potentials, followed by program socialization, technical training on website operation, and ongoing assistance in implementing technological innovations. The results of the training show that the Tanjung Baru Ranau Village website was successfully developed and that village officials gained the necessary skills to manage it effectively. This improvement supports the realization of transparent and accountable governance and enables the optimal development of village potentials. Overall, the empowerment program successfully increased village officials’ understanding of the importance of digitalization in governance systems by 48%. Keywords: digitalization; village information system; village website Abstrak: Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan kunci dalam mendorong kemandirian dan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di tingkat desa. Desa Tanjung Baru Ranau merupakan salah satu desa yang termasuk dalam Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan yang dikenal dengan potensi alamnya yang indah. Keindahan alam tersebut belum dapat dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal oleh pemerintah desa karena belum menggunakan media digital untuk mempromosikan wisata lokal yang ada di Desa tanjung Baru Ranau. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan program pemberdayaan melalui sosialisasi digitalisasi melalui website desa dan pelatihan pengelolaan website seta penyerahan website Desa Tanjung Baru Ranau. Website ini dirancang untuk mencakup layanan administrasi, publikasi informasi desa, serta promosi potensi wisata. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi tahap observasi awal guna mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan potensi desa, dilanjutkan dengan sosialisasi progra, pelatihan teknis pengelolaan website serta pendampingan implementasi inovasi teknologi. Hasil dari pelatihan pembuatan dan pengoperasian Website Desa Tanjung Ranau adalah terciptanya website desa dan keterampilan perangkat desa dalam mengelola website desa dengan baik dan benar agar dapat menyelenggarakan pemerintahan yang transparan, akuntabel dan mampu mengembangkan potensi desa secara optimal. Abstract

Abstract: This community service program aimed to improve adolescents’ knowledge of balanced nutrition guidelines through an interactive educational program at SMPN 28 Jakarta. The identified problem was the low level of students' knowledge regarding the “Isi Piringku” concept, which may affect nutritional status and eating habits among adolescents. The method was conducted through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The intervention consisted of nutrition education delivered using PowerPoint media, followed by a practical activity involving the arrangement of the Isi Piringku puzzle. The evaluation employed a pre-test and post-test design involving 30 seventh-grade students to assess changes in knowledge before and after intervention. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test, which showed a significant difference between pre-test and post-test scores (p=0.003). The proportion of students with good knowledge increased from 6,7% to 26,7% after the intervention. Monitoring conducted three days after the education session indicated that some students had begun applying the “Isi Piringku” concept, although food availability at home remained a challenge. This study concludes that education using visual media and interactive practices is effective in improving adolescents' nutritional knowledge; however, support from families and schools is necessary to optimize sustainable behavioral changes. Keyword: adolescent knowledge; balanced nutrition education; community service Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja mengenai pedoman gizi seimbang melalui program edukasi interaktif. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah masih rendahnya tingkat pengetahuan siswa tentang konsep Isi Piringku, yang berpotensi memengaruhi status gizi dan kebiasaan makan remaja. Metode kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Intervensi berupa edukasi gizi menggunakan media PowerPoint dan praktik penyusunan puzzle Isi Piringku. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test pada 30 siswa kelas VII. Analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara nilai pre-test dan post-test (p=0,003). Persentase pengetahuan kategori baik meningkat dari 6,7% menjadi 26,7% setelah intervensi. Monitoring tiga hari pascaedukasi menunjukkan sebagian siswa mulai menerapkan konsep isi piringku, meskipun masih terdapat hambatan pada ketersediaan pangan di rumah. Abstract

Abstract: Introducing the maritime world to early childhood is an approach to developing awareness and knowledge of the role of the sea as a natural resource in Indonesia. This can be accomplished, for instance, by introducing different types of ships and using coloring pages and images as an engaging way to learn. The activity was carried out in one of the day care located in Surabaya, with the par-ticipation of young children between the ages of 1 to 3 years old. The method applied in this community service activity is an educational method using a participatory approach. The activity was carried out in a number of phases, including preliminary observation and partner coordination, the creation of educational materials in the form of illustrations of various ship types, brief explanation of ship introduction, and ship coloring activities. Based on the activities that have been done, the children gave a positive response to learning and coloring activities. Using pictures and hands-on activities, the children tend to remember the shape and name of the ship that has been explained previously more easily. Coloring activities encourage fine-motor skills development and children's creativity. Keywords: coloring; early childhood; maritime; ship Abstrak: Pengenalan dunia maritim pada anak usia dini penting untuk menumbuhkan pengetahuan tentang peran laut sebagai sumber daya alam di Indonesia. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui pengenalan jenis kapal dengan memanfaatkan media gambar dan aktivitas mewarnai sebagai bentuk pembelajaran visual yang menarik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di taman penitipan anak yang berlokasi di Surabaya dengan melibatkan anak usia dini berusia 1–3 tahun. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode edukatif dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi beberapa tahapan, yaitu observasi awal dan koordinasi dengan mitra, persiapan media pembelajaran berupa gambar jenis-jenis kapal, penyampaian materi pengenalan kapal secara singkat, serta aktivitas mewarnai gambar kapal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak memberikan respons positif terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan. Dengan bantuan media visual dan aktivitas langsung, anak-anak lebih mudah mengenali bentuk dan nama kapal. Abstract

Abstract: The community service program was conducted at Sekolah Kampung Alam in Dutohe Village, Bone Bolango Regency, with the primary objective of enhancing children’s skills, creativity, and ecological awareness through the utilization of agricultural waste. The main problem faced by the school is the lack of integration of environmental potential into the curriculum, resulting in limited opportunities for children to gain direct experience in processing local resources. The activities were carried out through socialization, teacher and student training, implementation of simple technologies, mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The training materials included compost production, handicrafts made from agricultural waste such as dried banana leaves and corn husks, and digital promotion through social media platforms. The results of the program indicate improvements in three main aspects. First, teachers and students demonstrated increased knowledge regarding the concepts of ecotourism and waste management. Second, there was a positive shift in attitudes, reflected in stronger environmental concern and higher interest in entrepreneurship. Third, skills in processing agricultural waste developed, although they still require continuous improvement. Furthermore, community involvement contributed to the establishment of a holistic, empowered, and sustainable educational ecosystem. This program underscores the role of Sekolah Kampung Alam as both an environmental-based ecotourism education center and a medium for community empowerment. Keywords: agricultural waste innovation; community empowerment; educational ecotourism; nature school Abstrak: Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Kampung Alam Desa Dutohe, Kabupaten Bone Bolango, dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan, kreativitas, dan kesadaran ekologis anak melalui pemanfaatan limbah pertanian. Permasalahan utama sekolah adalah kurangnya integrasi potensi lingkungan ke dalam kurikulum, sehingga anak-anak belum memperoleh pengalaman langsung dalam mengolah sumber daya lokal. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan guru dan siswa, implementasi teknologi sederhana, pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Materi pelatihan meliputi pembuatan pupuk kompos, kerajinan tangan dari limbah pertanian seperti daun pisang kering dan klobot jagung, serta promosi digital melalui media sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada tiga aspek utama: pengetahuan guru dan siswa meningkat terkait konsep ekowisata dan pengelolaan limbah, sikap menunjukkan perubahan positif berupa kepedulian lingkungan dan minat berwirausaha yang lebih tinggi, serta keterampilan dalam mengolah limbah pertanian berkembang meskipun masih perlu ditingkatkan secara berkelanjutan. Selain itu, keterlibatan masyarakat turut memperkuat terciptanya ekosistem pendidikan yang holistik, berdaya, dan berkelanjutan. Program ini menegaskan peran Sekolah Kampung Kawan Alam sebagai pusat edukasi ekowisata berbasis lingkungan sekaligus media pemberdayaan masyarakat. Abstract

Abstract: Urban household food security is still constrained by limited land availability and a high dependence on external supply. A community service program conducted in Berkah Family Village Housing, Kubang Jaya Village, aims to enhance food self-sufficiency through vertical hydroponics, organic waste processing, and e-commerce–based digital marketing training. Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, the program increased hydroponic knowledge from 30% to 85%, assembly skills from 15% to 80%, plant maintenance understanding from 25% to 78%, and e-commerce skills from 0% to 75%. A single hydroponic tower produces 7.2–14 kg per cycle, with potential income ranging from IDR 435,000 (pakcoy) to IDR 1,400,000 (lettuce). Kale can be harvested continuously for more than one year every 7–10 days, yielding an average of 105 grams per plant and generating up to IDR 1,100,000 per harvest. Additionally, 20 households are able to process kitchen waste into liquid fertilizer. Overall, the program has proven effective in strengthening household food security and economic resilience while supporting the achievement of the SDGs. Program pengabdian di Perumahan Berkah Family Village, Desa Kubang Jaya, bertujuan meningkatkan kemandirian pangan melalui hidroponik vertikal, pengolahan limbah organik, dan pelatihan pemasaran digital berbasis e-commerce. Dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan hidroponik dari 30% menjadi 85%, keterampilan perakitan dari 15% menjadi 80%, pemahaman perawatan tanaman dari 25% menjadi 78%, serta kemampuan e-commerce dari 0% menjadi 75%. Satu unit tower hidroponik menghasilkan 7,2–14 kg per siklus dengan potensi pendapatan Rp. 435.000 (pakcoy) hingga Rp. 1.400.000 (selada). Tanaman kale dapat dipanen berkelanjutan sampai lebih satu tahun, tiap 7–10 hari dengan rata-rata 105 gram per tanaman dan potensi Rp.1.100.000 per panen. Sebanyak 20 keluarga juga mampu mengolah limbah dapur menjadi pupuk cair, sehingga program ini efektif memperkuat ketahanan pangan dan ekonomi rumah tangga serta mendukung SDGs. Abstract

Abstract: This Community Service Program was carried out with the Gemilang II Women Farmers Group (KWT Gemilang II) to enhance digital capacity in marketing Mocaf flour products. The main problems faced by the partners were low digital literacy, the absence of a systematic marketing strategy, and limited skills in promotional content creation. The implementation method included an initial survey to map needs, preparation of training materials, digital literacy socialization, creation of social media accounts, and assistance in producing promotional content. The results showed that the partners began to understand the role of social media and e-commerce, established official promotional accounts, and were able to independently produce simple content. The conclusion of this program is that the improved digital capacity of KWT Gemilang II provides a foundation for more sustainable online-based marketing management while supporting local economic development through alternative food products. Keywords: digital marketing; entrepreneurship; KWT Gemilang II; MOCAF; UMKM Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Gemilang II dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas digital dalam memasarkan produk tepung Mocaf. Permasalahan utama mitra adalah rendahnya literasi digital, ketiadaan strategi pemasaran yang sistematis, dan keterbatasan dalam produksi konten promosi. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui survei awal untuk pemetaan kebutuhan, penyusunan materi, sosialisasi literasi digital, pembuatan akun media sosial, serta pendampingan pembuatan konten promosi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mitra mulai memahami fungsi media sosial dan e-commerce, memiliki akun resmi untuk promosi, serta mampu menghasilkan konten sederhana secara mandiri. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kapasitas digital KWT Gemilang II menjadi fondasi dalam pengelolaan pemasaran berbasis online yang lebih berkelanjutan, sekaligus mendukung pengembangan ekonomi lokal berbasis pangan alternatif..
