Abstract

The movement of broadcasting the Indonesia Lawyer Club (ILC) program, which was originally through conventional media channels, has now switched to the YouTube digital media platform with the name Podcast Karni Ilyas Club (KIC) to revive democracy and opportunities for citizens to channel their ideas and opinions discursively. In this era of disruption, video talk show content seems to respond to social needs that are faced with the pressure of market tastes and today's business competition. This has an impact on the quality of content production that moves quickly, effectively and efficiently. Therefore, on the one hand, the Karni Ilyas Club as a creator because it utilizes this digital media platform, produces more discursive video content and invites contacts which of course has a more promising advantage. On the other hand, the high access of the Indonesian people to Youtube not only attracts the interest of companies that are advertisers, they are even in a subject position to build a community of creators on their platform. Researchers saw that the Karni Ilyas Club YouTube video content has occurred in the creators' creative process that has taken advantage of the negotiation of values ??between the creativity space, the self-expression of the audience and the creator as well as the company's interest to activate it on the KIC Podcast. However, it should be noted that openness in the context of this society, direct monitoring of Youtube media as a social platform for monitoring its existence to continue to benefit from the speed of capital rotation based on capitalist interests.

Abstract

In recent years PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) has received a lot of complaints from its customers regarding the very long delivery of goods, this incident has led to negative reviews from other JNE customers on various online media platforms, therefore the goal from this research to find out or find the reputation of the JNE company through the company based on complaints or complaints from its consumers on various online media platforms, based on the elements of Online Reputation Management, including Review Sites, Blog Posts, Social Media, Forums, Competitors. Websites and Press Releases, through the theories and concepts of reputation and Issues Management. This writing was compiled by observing through the news on various online media platforms. In responding to the news, JNE responded with positive things, namely by providing an explanation of the problem and also providing facilities for submitting complaints or asking questions about JNE and making various efforts such as showing various kinds of CSR, Campaigns, Positive Programs on Social Media. . The efforts made by JNE are by always showing the company's commitment and social responsibility, being able to understand customers so as not to make negative complaints, which of course if these negative complaints are continuously made can damage the reputation of JNE itself. Abstract

The Korean Wave fever is very influential for the people of Indonesia. The Korean wave has its charm to be used as a reflection of national pride. So that in this era many Indonesian companies want to attract South Korean artists. One of the things that the Korean wave is interested in Indonesia is the pop music industry, also known as K-POP. This study discusses the role of the Korean Musik Group BTS as Tokopedia's Brand Ambassadors. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of BTS as Tokopedia's Brand Ambassador, to find out the level of sales of the Tokopedia company, and why BTS was chosen by Tokopedia. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method that seeks to describe the citation of facts systematically. This research approach uses a phenomenological approach. The phenomenological approach, according to Polkinghorne (1989) in Creswell (2014: 452), describes the meaning of a life experience of several people about a concept or phenomenon. The data collection process was carried out through online observation and interviews. The results of the study showed that the role of the South Korean male musik group BTS became Tokopedia's Brand Ambassador. To create a brand company, Tokopedia considered that BTS had a purpose and was in harmony with Tokopedia so Tokopedia made them Brand Ambassadors. This is supported by the fact that the majority of Indonesian people Currently, they have switched to using Tokopedia compared to other E-commerce

Abstract

The 0% DP (down payment) policy for housing purchase loans (KPR) issued by Bank Indonesia was able to restore the property industry in Indonesia, including Tangerang area, which experienced the highest price change index of 6.8%. One of the property development areas in Tangerang Region is Citra Raya which located in Cikupa, Tangerang Regency. Citra Raya uses Instagram social media to carry out property promotion activities in accordance with the target market for property sales and has managed to get the highest number of followers when compared to competitor Instagram accounts in the Tangerang Region. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Instagram social media marketing strategy carried out by Citra Raya in promoting property. The research method used descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, documentation, observation, and literature study. The results of this study were analyze using the theory of social media marketing success according to Gurnelius (2019) in the form of Content sharing, Content Creation, Connecting, and Community Building. The conclusion of this research is that the difference in product prices determines the content approach created, the use of Instagram Ads is the main focus of Citra Raya's social media marketing activities which are able to generate sales and expand the online audience. However, the lack of human resources at Citra Raya makes the communication process with the audience and the use of features on Instagram not optimal, as well as the lack of diversity in types of content.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to make the phenomenon gap interesting for researchers and will be used as a focus of research in a semiotic perspective to understand the meaning of hardcore cultural representations. The object of this study shows that music with the metal and rock genres can also influence patterns of symbolic communication (moshing) and traditions in a culture, and the subjects of this research are the band Soloensis as a band with the metal genre, and teenagers who do moshing. The phenomenon of the development of genres in music and the existence of subcultures of several genres, one of which is the hardcore subculture in the metalhead community in the metal music genre and the like, which is marked by the large number of music concert events (gigs). Quoted from the Indonesiana.id article, after the post-pandemic period, there have been many lively music concerts and national music concerts, namely the Synchronize Festival, which mostly features bands with the metal or rock genre, and have many fans. Differences in styles, trends and traditions carried out by this subculture are among metalheads who have their own culture and traditions, where metalheads enjoy concerts by carrying out moshing actions. This study focuses on using Ferdinand De Saussure's semiotic perspective on symbols and meanings in hardcore culture performed by metalheads in concerts with interpretation communication theory. From the semiotic perspective in this study there are 2 conclusions, namely the meaning of the signifier and the meaning of the signified.

Abstract

Social inequality in society is a social issue that is rarely realized by the community because they feel used to it and even cultured with it, even though this social class division is also not an ideology that is embraced and believed by the community. The film Enola Holmes 2, which is a continuation of the first series, has become one of the best-selling films on the Netflix platform with a different storyline compared to other trending films. The purpose of this study is to look at other phenomena that occur apart from the mystery or love story in a film, which is related to the division of social classes and surplus values ??that occur in films where the entire scene is not explained. The research method that is used by researchers is a method with a qualitative approach, John Fiske's semiotics. The researcher assumes that the Marxist movement as socially critical of the capitalists is a breakthrough for the proletariat (workers) not to be complacent in the surplus value that is carried out either openly or covertly.

Abstract

The phenomenon of LGBT behavior in Indonesia today is not only focused on community associations but has also become a vigorous movement of ideology and real action. LGBT is a form of sexual orientation deviation committed by a person who loves each other with the same sex. Currently, LGBT people in Indonesia have dared to show themselves openly through social media digital platforms, and other mass media. Film as one of the mass media also raises topics related to LGBT, one of which is a film entitled 'Perfect Stranger' which indicates the body language and behavior of one of the characters named Tomo which leads to homosexuals (gay). The purpose of this research is to find out how the body language and behavior of sexual deviants, especially gays, interact and communicate with those closest to them so that people can anticipate their further involvement in socializing. The method in this research is qualitative, with John Fiske's semiotic analysis approach consisting of three levels, namely the level of reality, representation, and ideology. The results show that there is body language and behavior of sexual deviants shown by Tomo's character who acts as a gay individual. The reality of body language is shown in the form of hugging, embracing hips, limp wrists, and waving. In addition, it is also represented through the characteristics of the costumes used. At the level of representation, the movie uses a lot of medium shots and J&L cut techniques that focus on strengthening Tomo's character as gay. The ideology concluded in Perfect Strangers is the ideology of liberalism
