Abstract

Cooperatives provide financing assistance in the form of credit or installment payments and have multiple systems, procedures andrequirements to be met by the prospective customer. Nonetheless, there is the problem that many cases lending arrears return ofcredit. For this reason the study was conducted in an effort to develop a decision support system that can help the credit in taking adecision. This decision support system using Fuzzy Logic method application. This study will produce a prototype system whichfunctions which resulted in the decision creditworthiness and alternative decisions based on nominal submission. On the other handwith this system can also assist the cooperative in minimizing non-performing loans with an effort to provide loans based on thelowest value.

Abstract

Implementation of national examinations in junior high, high school / vocational equivalent is implemented by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia is always changing, both in terms of benefits, technical implementation, the number of package models matter up with ways of correcting the results of the exam. Along with the technological development of national examinations now begin to be implemented by means of a computer on-line or better known as Computer Based Test (CBT). The purpose of this study was to examine the effect: the experience of the perception of usefulness and ease; complexity to the perception of usefulness and ease; the suitability of tasks to perception of usefulness and ease; perceived ease the perception of usefulness; perceptions of the usefulness of the attitude of users; perceived ease of the attitude of users; perceptions of the usefulness of the behavior of interest; user attitude towards the behavior of interest; behavior towards the use of real interest in the use of CBT. The approach used in this study is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) I think Davis (1989) with SEM method PLS program to test the hypothesis in this study using SEM Based Component Analysis or Partial Least Square (PLS). Abstract

Listeno is the first application audio books in Indonesia so that the users can get the book in audio form like listen to music, Listeno have problems in a feature request Listeno offline mode that have not been released, a security problem mp3 files that must be considered, and the target Listeno not yet reached 100,000 active users. This research has the objective to evaluate user satisfaction to Audio Books with research method approach, Nielsen. The analysis in this study using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is combined with the index of User Satisfaction (IKP) based on the indicators used are: Benefit (Usefulness), Utility (Utility), Usability (Usability), easy to understand (Learnability), Efficient (efficiency) , Easy to remember (Memorability), Error (Error), and satisfaction (satisfaction). The results showed Applications User Satisfaction Audio books are quite satisfied with the results of the calculation IKP 69.58%..

Abstract

Useful image compression to compress the file size of the image thus saving storage and speed up the transfer process. This study aims to measuring on the quality of the image as compressed by instant messenger application by comparing the initial image or the input image with the image compression results. The assessment is based on objective criteria by using research methods of comparative research. The objective criteria used is the compression ratio, PSNR, the quality index, and SSIM. From this research it is known that each - each instant messenger applications have a compression ratio that varies. In addition, PSNR, SSIM, and quality index are different too. Abstract

College is a provider of higher education, both public and private sector. Information is a strategic resource as one factor in determining success university management, the implementation of information systems become an integrated part of the overall academic process engineering. But the reality is not so. This study examines the causes of conflict between actors in the implementation of the information system of higher education in the context of stakeholder theory, the causes of conflict, due to the conflict and a solution to the conflict. The method used in this study is the interpretive method is to look for an explanation of eventsthat are based perspectives and experience of the actors studied. Data collection techniques in this study is a direct informer interviews with semi-structured approach. The analysis shows there are two kinds of conflict between actors ie technical and non technical factors. Technical factors are relatively easy to find a solution that is suitable software application. This non-technical factors concerning human resources associated with stakeholders around the core of the problem. This is an actor stakeholder policy makers, so the need to search root of the problem as the solution appropriate and more focused on the problems of each actor. In the implementation of the information system of universities need to consider aspects of demand and supply, only mendevelop of culture and characteristics that match the user culture

Abstract

The contract is designed to manage the relationship between suppliers and retail. This coordination is needed in order to improve the performance of all actors in the supply chain including through savings in total cost. Small and Medium Industries (SMI/IKM), which maximizes to grow and evolve requires a culprit relationship management in order to compete in the marketplace. In this research, the implementation of buy-back contracts on IKMBatik Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study along with the purpose of implementation of the buy-back contracts is maximizing profits and their involved supply chain participants’ profits. This contract is done because IKM Batik Sidoarjo runs the mechanism where the retail is able to resell his or her goods amount at agreed price. The results showed that the implementation of the buy-back contracts for suppliers and retail on IKMBatik Sidoarjo are more profitable than ever before. This contract encourages retailers to buy products from suppliers in larger amounts at lower costs. Expectations of profit supplier, retail and supply chain increase along with the increase in the value of the repurchase.
