Abstract

هذه الرسالة تبحث عن كتاب التفسير التوحيدي لمؤلفه الدكتور حسن الترابي. يثير الكاتب إلى بحث هذا الكتاب لما فيه من المنهج الموضوعي البنائي الذي سماه مؤلفه بالمنهج التوحيدي في محاولته لإعادة إظهار هدى القرآن على شكل موحد لسياقات القرآن ككلية لا جزئية. ومن هذا البحث اكتشف الكاتب نتيجتين أساسيتين: أما (النتيجة الأولى) فهي أن الطرق التي سلك بها حسن الترابي في كتابة هذا الكتاب هي (1) أن يذكر اسم السورة التي سيفسرها مع الإتيان ببيان اسمها، و(2) أن يبين نوع السورة مكية أم مدنية، و(3) أن يوضح ما تحتوي عليه السورة من تعليق الآيات بجميعها على وجه الأكمل بحيث يتحد غرض الآيات الواردة في السورة، و(4) أن يبين تفاصيل المعاني من الآيات مع تفصيل قضية موضوعاتها إن كان الوضوع في السورة أكثر من موضوع واحد، و(5) أن يبين مجملات المعاني في كل قضية الموضوعات مع بيان ما يوحّد ويعلّق ما في قضية واحدة وقضية آخر. وأما (النتيجة الثانية) فهي أن ما جاء به الدكتور حسن الترابي من المنهج التوحيدي ليس فيه شيئ من التجديد لأنه لا يزال داخلا في استخدام تيار النظريات السابقة وهي نظرية المناسبة بل ولا يعطي منهجا جديدا في بناء المنهج البنائي الذي ذكره المؤلف بالمنهج التوحيدي إضافة إلى أن ما جاء به الدكتور حسن الترابي من المنهج التوحيدي كان مماثلا لما جاء به محمد محمود الحجازي من منهج الوحدة الموضوعية في القرآن الكريم في أن كلا من هذين المنهجين يعين أن هناك سورا يقتضيها موضوع أساسي واحد وتندرج تحته موضوعات كثيرة مكملة للموضوع الأساسي وأن هناك سورا يقتضيها كثير من الموضوعات ثم تتعلق قضية كل من الموضوعات بقضية أخرى على شكل يوحدها.

Abstract

The author focuses on a discussion to the practices of reading certain selected surah of Qur'an in boarding schools pondok pesantren putri Daar al-Furqon Janggalan al-Furqon and its meaning in these boarding schools. The author uses social theory offered by Emile Durkheim and Karl Mannheim, religious feelings and the theory of meaning.

Abstract

This study is an effort to find general moral-social in the Qur’an, which focused on the issue of social inequality in social class (patronage, economic class, and race). This research will inspect interweaving between text and context because of comprehensive interpretation not only accepted from text but also must accepted from the context, which appear surrounding the text. From this reason, the double movement will used to analyze every verse of the Qur’an which talking about social class issue with socio-historical approach. More extent, there are three questions will be answered in this research: 1. How did the problem of social class after Qur’anic era? 2. How did the problem of social class in the revelation era? And 3. How does the Qur’anic concept about social class?

Abstract

This article discusses about the five of sunna of fithrah namely khitan (to circumcise), to shave the hair of penis (istih}dād), shave the hair of armpit (natf al-ibt}), cutting the nails (taqlīm al-az}āfīr) and cutting the moustache (qas} al-syārib) in six hadith books (al-kutub al-sittah). These five of sunna of fithrah did by Muslim society although they did’nt know the evidence or hadith. This article also explained about the chain of transmitter (sanad/isnad) and content of the hadith (matn) so we know who and where the hadith of sunna of fithrah. Besides that, this article tried to explains briefly about thats depend on the modern sciences. The modern research of sciences found that if we always do this five sunna of fithrah we will free from the disease, especially cancer, etc.

Abstract

The study of the sanad is very important in hadith studies. This article attempts to analyze and criticize Syuhudi Ismail theory of the ittisal sanad (the connectedness of hadith chain). The author comes to two conclusions. First, a chain hadith is considered muttasil (unbroken) if each narrator to the previous nearest narrator validly existing under the provisions of tahammul wa 'al-ada’  al-hadis and according to historical provisions. Second, the credibility, religious commitment, and  cleverty (s}iqah, ‘adalah, d}âbit}) are not something that are essential in determining ittisal sanad. The ‘adalah (religious commitment) (without cleverty) should be sufficient, as long as it does not fall on mudallis narrators category.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu organisasi yang memiliki masa besar di Indonesia, Muhamamdiyah memainkan peranan penting dalam setiap event puasa dan lebaran. Dua tahun belakangan (2011, 2012), sikap Muhammadiyah yang mendahului pemerintah dalam menetapkan awal Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, maupun Idul Adha sering mendapat respon beragam. Ada yang merasa bangga akan kemampuan Muhammadiyah dalam ‘meneropong’ datangnya Ramadhan/lebaran, terutama bila hasil hitungan hisab Muhammadiyah ‘tepat’ (sama dengan penetapan pemerintah). Namun banyak pula kecaman datang bila Muhammadiyah itu tidak sama dengan pemerintah. Hingga sekarang perdebatan ini belum selesai dan selalu muncul setiap kali momen puasa/lebaran.

Abstract

This article tries to criticize the term ‘adalah al-shahabah by elaborating the work of Abu Rayyah titled  Adhwa` Ala Al-Sunnah Al-Nabawiyyah. For him, ‘adalah shahabah is not a final concept and taken for granted. Then he deconstructs this concept and makes a new conception. In sum, Abu Rayyah ideas that place shahabah under criticism is one of the idea  to refresh Islamic thought where in Shahabah era, it was common to criticize a shahabah to another.

Abstract

Peace is a dream of all religions. There is no religion that teaches violence. However, in practice, there are still a lot of tragedies caused by both religious fanaticism and misunderstanding of religion. In this article, the author wanted to examine the ethics of peace in the Qur'an. By observing a few verses, although not as a whole, the Qur'an appears to have peace ethics from the smallest scope like a small family up to the most extensive scope of the inter-countries relation.

Abstract

Human as caliph on earth, God entrusted the earth to maintain and preserve it, whether at sea, on earth and in the air. God gave humans an important role and hand over full land and surrounding environment to create in accordance with its role as a representative of God. The problem that arises is that the human representative of God on earth as it does not implement the mandate to protect the environment, such as illegal logging, global warming damage that arises is in the heavens and on earth, in the sea and on land. The picture is already contained in the Quran about the damage this natural phenomenon caused by human hands. Thus, the existence of man as a vicegerent on earth stake to keep this planet.
