Abstract

The existence of a BUMN is expected to be a development agency, precisely as a state instrument to meet certain development objectives, such as providing essential products for the state and society, stabilizing the prices of goods, absorbing labor, as contributors to state income through dividends, taxes, and others. Therefore, it is necessary to know the implementation of GCG principles referring to the Regulation of the Minister of SOE Number PER-01 / MBU / 2011 on the Implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in SOEs. SOEs have corporate social responsibility in the form of reducing the number of unemployed, reducing the number of poor and increasing economic growth. SOEs in producing high quality goods and / or services at affordable prices through the management and supervision of SOEs require the application of GCG principles. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance / GCG, SOE, social responsibility, economic growth

Abstract

Economic benefits are increasingly seen as important in the relations of two States. Economic diplomacy is understood here as a factor supporting the increasing bilateral trade and investment between the two countries. The law has evolved to support the activities of countries to achieve their national goals. This paper does not use descriptive techniques to illustrate the superiority of diplomatic programs and the performance of foreign ministries in carrying out diplomatic programs. Economic diplomacy as an instrument has been used by Indonesia to improve its export performance to partner countries this is because Indonesia is increasingly dependent on the international market, not only the average ratio of exports to GDP is increasing, but also the average import ratio that shows increase. Diplomacy is also useful to boost cooperation opportunities in order to open markets for food and agricultural products. Indonesia's diplomatic performance has shown strengthening, both in bilateral, regional and multilateral terms. The subsequent multilateral and regional diplomacy efforts to be undertaken by Indonesia should continue to be strengthened by strong bilateral diplomacy. Keywords:Economic diplomacy, multilateral diplomacy, foreign policy

Abstract

The effort to put good governance in development in Indonesia is basically not new. Since the Reformation, the transformation of closed government into an open government (inclusive) has begun to be pursued. Highlighting the conflicts in the land sector that tend to strengthen lately, there are some issues that have intensified conflicts in the field, such as the lack of guaranteed land rights in various legal and policy products. In this paper, a descriptive method is considered important in identifying the applicable issue and methodological framework for addressing governance issues in Indonesia. To reduce such agrarian conflicts between farmers and the government, and as an effort to increase farmers' income, all farmers are incorporated into agricultural cooperatives. Agricultural cooperatives are structured down to the National Level. Thus, farmers participate in good access to the marketing of agricultural produce. Keywords:good governance, agrarian conflict, agricultural cooperative
