Abstract

Pia business feasibility analysis is conducted to assist SMEs kusuma son to see the feasibility of pia business so feasible to be developed. This research aims to analyze: 1) production cost structure of pia business in Ukm Putra Kusuma, 2) business income of pia in Ukm Putra Kusuma, 3) Feasibility of pia business in ukm kusuma son. This research was conducted at Kecamatan Sipatana Kota Gorontalo, from september until november 2017. The method used in this survey is survey method. The data collected includes secondary data and primary data. Primary data were obtained by direct interviews with employees while secondary data were obtained from books and BPS. Analysis of data used is the analysis include the cost structure of pia business production, business income pia, pia business feasibility in SMEs kusuma son in Kecamatan Sipatana City Gorontalo. The results showed that the production cost structure of business per month with fixed costs Average of Rp. 2.980.000 Monthly variable cost Average Rp. 10.760.000, the average value per month from the income of pia business is Rp. 25,000,000. while net income per month pia business in SMEs kusuma son is Rp. 11.260 million. the feasibility of pia business in SMEs Putra Kusuma street Kecamatan Sipatana City Gorontalo can be said worthy to be cultivated With the value of R/C ratio 1,81.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) identify amount of production cost in laying hens business in Village of Ulapato A, Sub-district of Telaga Biru, District of Gorontalo, 2) analyze profit of laying hens business in Village of Ulapato A Subdistrict of Telaga Biru, District of Gorontalo, 3) analyze business suitability of laying hens in Village of Ulapato A Sub-district of Telaga Biru, District of Gorontalo. The research is conducted in company of PT Naga Peternakan in Village of Ulapato A, Sub-district of Telaga Biru, District of Gorontalo. The applied data analyses are financial suitability analysis, NPV, IRR and PBP. Research finding confirms that production cost in laying hens at PT Naga Peternakan comprises fixed price for IDR 133.268.299 and variable cost for IDR 2.143.548.714 and its total cost is IDR 2.276.817.013. Meanwhile, revenue of this business is IDR 3.553.420.000 with profit for IDR 1.276.602.987. Financially, livestock business of laying hens of PT Naga Peternakan is suitable to be developed and be run with value of NPV of 2,82 billion, IRR of 20,10 % and Pay Back Period of 3 years, 2 months and 24 days.

Abstract

This study aims: 1) to determine the effect of factors on the income of fishermen in the Village Bongo Batudaa District Beach. 2) to analyze how the income of fishermen in Bongo Village, Batudaa Pantai District. The research method used in this research is survey with data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear analaisis. The results of this study show: 1) Capital, labor, experience and mileage to sea together have real effect on the income of fishermen in Bongo Village, Batudaa Pantai District. While partially only capital and mileage of the sea that influences very real, while the labor and experience have no effect. 2) The average income of fisherman respondents in Bongo Village, Batudaa Pantai District is Rp. 7,473,852 every three months.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) investigate attitude and behavior of farmers in adopting information of extension man related to legowo row planting system in Sub-district of Dungaliyo; 2) identify internal and external factor which influence farmers in implementing legowo row planting system in Sub-district of Dungaliyo; and 3) compile strategy of counseling and agricultural communication in the implementation of legowo row planting system in Sub-district of Dungaliyo. The research applies survey method and it is conducted from April to May 2017. The aplied data analysis are descripteve and SWOT. Research samples are 54 respondents that are determined by purposive sampling. Research finding reveal that 1) implementation of legowo row planting system achieves positive response from majority of farmers in Sub-district of Dungaliyo, District of Gorontalo. Ther are 34 respondents or 62,97% out of 54 have implemented also this as it is profitable while the rest 20 respondents or 37,03% have implemented also the system only for trial; 2) internal factors are age, status of land, knowledge of farmers about advantage of legowo row planting system while external factors are role of counseling institution, support of government, alsintan aid and production facility; 3) strategy of counseling in the imlementation of legowo row planting system is through diagram of SWOT analysis which elaborates that its strength is greater than its weakness, it creates X axis in diagram SWOT and it is in quadrant I which means that it supports aggressive strategy or SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, very profitable situation since it has strength and opportunity that can be used as good and as much as possible.

Abstract

This reseacrh aims at analyzing: 1) the sources of corn growers’ income in Tolotio Village Tibawa Sub district Gorontalo District, 2) houshold income of corn grower in Tolotio Village Tibawa Sub district Gorontalo District, and 3) household comsumption of corn grower in Tolotio Village Tibawa Sub district Gorontalo District. This research is conducted in Tolotio Village Tibawa sub district Gorontalo district staring from April to May 2017 with 50 corn growers as the samples. The method applies survey method. Data analysis applies descriptive analysis, farm income analysis, and household incoe analysis. Finding show that sources of corn growers’ income in Tolotio Village Tibawa Sub district Gorontalo District come from two sources which are the agriculture sectorand outer agricuture sector encompassing to artisan, driver, tradesman, and civil servant. The household income of corn grower in Tolotio Village Tibawa Sub district Gorontalo District is IDR. 5.881.173,92. Based on the farm income is IDR. 1.140.000. the household consumption is clustered into food and non-food consumtions. The average of household consumtion in Tolotio Village Tibawa Sub district Gorontalo District is IDR. 5.832.940/season.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) To know the cost structure of hybrid corn farming in Daenaa Village, West Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency, 2) Analyze the income of hybrid maize farm in Daenaa Village, West Limboto District, Gorontalo Regency. This research was conducted in Daenaa Village, West Limboto District, Gorontalo District from July to August of 2017. The method used was survey method that is data collection based on interview and observation. The sampling technique was done by using systematic sampling method. Namely sampling technique from a sequence of lists in a particular order where in this study the population consists of 750 people and taken from a multiple of 25 so that the results obtained as many as 31 people. Types and data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used is farming analysis by calculating cost, revenue, and income. The results showed that 1). the cost structure of the maize farm in Daenaa Village is a fixed cost of Rp. 1.092.074 / farmer or Rp. 868.058 / ha and variable cost Rp.5.492.886 / farmer or Rp.4.366.139 / ha. 2). The average revenue received at the maize farm in Daenaa Village is Rp. 10.134.667 / farmer / ha. While the average income received is Rp. 3,549,718 / farmers or Rp.2.821.57 / ha.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) Onion farming cost structure in Lenyek Village, Luwuk Utara District, Banggai Regency, 2) Onion farming income in Lenyek Village, Luwuk Utara Sub-district, Banggai District. The study was conducted in Lenyek Village, Luwuk Utara District, Banggai District from April to July 2017 with a sample of 37 farmers. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis and income analysis. The results showed that the cost structure of onion farming in Lenyek Village, Luwuk Utara Subdistrict, Banggai Regency consist of fixed cost and variable cost. Average number / farmer for fixed cost of Rp. 577,388.08 and average amount / hectare of Rp. 712.111.98. While the average / farmer for variable cost of Rp. 49.806.351.35 and has an average / hectare amount of Rp. 61,427,833.33 with total average cost / farmer of Rp. 50,383,739.45 and the total average cost / hectare is Rp. 62.139.945,32. The average income level / onion farmers in Lenyek Village, Luwuk Utara District, Banggai Regency is Rp. 71,427,071,37 and farmer's income with average / hectare is Rp. 88.093.388.02.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of management of rice field paddy farming business at Gapoktan Serumpun, City of Gorontalo and the relation between management of rice field paddy farming business with level of successfulness of Gapoktan Serumpun, Village of Dembe Jaya, Sub-district of Kota Utara, City of Gorontalo, Province of Gorontalo. This research is conducted at Gapoktan Serumpun, Village of Dembe Jaya, Sub-district of Kota Utara, City of Gorontalo from April to June 2017 with 48 farmers as research samples. This research applies survey method. Research data are analyzed by descriptive analysis with percentage formula and Pearson Correlation analysis. Research finding reveals that based on assessment of farmer group and farmer as individual, management of rice field paddy farming business Gapoktan Serumpun, Village of Dembe Jaya, Sub-district of Kota Utara, City of Gorontalo remains in Very Good category with percentage value of 87% and 85%. Meanwhile, success of Gapoktan Serumpun, Village of Debe Jaya, Sub-district of Kota Utara, City of Gorontalo as learning unit, cooperation unit and production unit as well as enterprise unit shows good category with value of percentage of 81%. Then, finding of research about relation between management of farming business with level of successfulness of Gapoktan Serumpun shows there is relation of 0.70 at level of failure for 0.01 and it is included in category of strong relation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know Characteristic of SME coffee ginger mania in Langi Village, West Bolangitang District, BolaangMongondow Utara Regency. This research was conducted from August to September 2017, using case study method. Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique is then obtained with a sample of 1 respondent is the owner of SMEs Coffee Ginger Mania. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study are: 1) SME Coffee Ginger Mania as a whole employees have a productive age and can increase the production of more businesses. Furthermore, based on the level of employee education in accordance with the results of research that the level of employee education in SMEs Coffee Jahe Mania is in high school (SMA) as much as 3 (three) people. 2) The Business Capital of this SME that consists of investment capital (long-term equipment), Working Capital (raw materials) and Operational Capital (employee salary and electricity costs). 3) For every production can reach ± 50 pack / month with size 1gr with price 15.000 perbungusnya. In fulfilling the results of production here still see from the market demand. Meanwhile, for the marketing area of this product spread in District of West Bolangitang, BolangitangTimur, Kaidipang and Bintauna.
