Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Digital Marketing on Brand Advocacy with Perceived Service Quality and Customer Engagement as intervening variables. Data analysis techniques include path analysis quantitative methods using questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents using certain criteria, with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study are digital marketing has a positive effect on brand advocacy, digital marketing has a positive effect on perceived service quality, digital marketing has a positive effect on customer engagement, perceived service quality has a positive effect on brand advocacy, customer engagement has a positive effect on brand advocacy, Digital Marketing has an influence Brand Advocacy through Perceived Service Quality as an Intervening variable and Digital Marketing influences Brand Advocacy through Customer Engagement as an Intervening Variable

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer preferences for the implementation of halal supply chains in food and beverage franchise firms in Mataram City. Customer preference theory is measured using the hierarchy of effect model. The object of research is the society of Mataram City. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis and partial test (t-test) to answer the research hypothesis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method with a total of 384 respondents determined based on the Krejcie and Morgan table. Research data management was carried out using IBM SPSS 25. Data collection was carried out using an online questionnaire. The results of this study reveal that the variables of customer awareness, customer liking, customer preference have a significant effect on the implementation of halal supply chains in food and beverage franchise companies. Meanwhile, customer purchase has an effect but not significant halal supply chain implementation in food and beverage franchise companies. Meanwhile, customer knowledge and customer conviction / intention to buy have no effect on the implementation of the HSCM in food and beverage franchise firms. The results of this study will be useful for food and beverage franchise companies, knowledge for readers and can be a source of information and reference for further research.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the impact of job rotation on staff performance, the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, and whether there is a combined influence of job satisfaction and rotation on performance within the Batam Customs and Tax Chief Office Type B. This research employs a quantitative approach utilizing SPSS version 20 and the multiple linear regression analysis method for hypothesis testing. The sampling technique applied in this research is convenience sampling, and the sample size was determined using the Yamane formula. Out of a total population of 368 employees, 192 were selected as respondents for the research. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of questionnaires using Google Forms, as well as through interviews and documentation. According to the research, there is no statistically significant relationship between the rotation variable and employee performance. Staff performance is significantly influenced by job satisfaction. Additionally, both internal mutation/rolling and job satisfaction have an impact on officer performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how customer satisfaction, service quality, word-of-mouth, and store atmosphere affect consumers' decisions to buy at the Global Cell Phone Store in South Labuhanbatu Regency. The research employed observation, documentation, and Likert scale questionnaires as data gathering methods. Customers of the Global Mobile Shop in South Labuhanbatu Regency made up the study's population. There were 110 customer samples in all in this study. Multiple linear regression, assessed using partial (t), simultaneous (F), and coefficient of determination tests, is the analytical tool employed in this study. At the Global Mobile Shop in South Labuhanbatu Regency, partial and concurrent research results demonstrate that customer contentment, shop atmosphere, word-of-mouth, and service quality have a favorable and significant impact on purchase decisions.

Abstract

Nowadays, technological developments have an impact on business transactions, including payment systems. One of the tangible proofs of the technological development of this digital payment system is a digital wallet or e-wallet. This study aims to determine, test, and identify the extent to which the variables perceived ease of use, security, perceived usefulness, and trust have an influence on ZXY Polytechnic students in using the DANA e-wallet. This study uses a quantitative approach with the number of samples taken as many as 96 respondents and the population comes from ZXY Polytechnic students who are determined by nonprobability sampling techniques using the quota sampling method. The data collection technique is by literature study and distributing questionnaires. Data processing techniques using SPSS version 29.0. The results of this study indicate that the variables perceived ease of use and security do not have a significant effect on interest in use. While the variables of perceived usefulness and trust have a significant effect on interest in use.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how brand hate and negative electronic word-of-mouth affect consumers' intentions not to buy. This study focuses on a particular category of food product from the American brand McDonald's (McD). In this study, which included 123 respondents from Jabodetabek, the methodology was quantitative. Responses have to be both male and female, between the ages of 17 and 55, and have to be up to date on the terms of Israel's and Palestine's conflict. By using Google Form as a intermediate platform to distribute questionnaires, the data source uses primary data. Leveraging the SmartPLS version 4.1.0.0 tool, the partial least squares data analysis technique is used. The first finding of the study is that brand hate significantly and favorably affects consumers' intentions not to buy. Second, non-purchase intention is positively and significantly impacted by negative electronic word-of-mouth.

Abstract

Public accountants are very important to increase the credibility and transparency of financial information. This study was conducted to analyze the impact of professional recognition and labor market considerations on student interest in a career as an accountant with financial rewards as moderation. The population of this study amounted to 220 active accounting students class of 2021 at Halu Oleo University. Using purposive sampling technique, obtained 205 people as research samples. The results of the analysis found that professional recognition and labor market considerations affect students' interest in a career as an accountant. As a moderator, financial rewards can strengthen the influence of professional recognition and labor market considerations on student interest in a career as an accountant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how investment decisions in technology businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are influenced by factors such as leverage, cash flow, profitability, sales growth, and liquidity. By gathering annual reports and financial report data, this study was carried out on technology companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population of this research is 44 technology sector companies listed on the IDX. The sample was determined using the Purposive Sampling method using criteria. There are six companies that meet the criteria, and this research was conducted for five years, so there is a total of 30 data in this research. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of financial reports and annual reports of technology sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period, which is secondary data from this research. The data analysis method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive analysis method with Multiple Linear Regression analysis using the SPSS ( Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) statistical tool. The findings of this research are that leverage influences investment decisions . The sales growth variable has a positive effect on investment decisions . The liquidity variable has a positive effect on investment decisions with value significant of 0.041 . Meanwhile, the profitability and cash flow variables partially have no effect on investment decisions, with significance values of 0.112 and 0.113 respectively .

Abstract

Organizations that pay attention to work productivity are organizations that in human resources have succeeded in making good use of all the capabilities of their human resources effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to prove the effect of Recruitment and Selection and Human Resources Quality on Work Productivity of increasingly dynamic organizations. The number of samples is 100 samples. The data collection technique was carried out by providing a list of questions or questionnaires online google form with sampling techniques that qualified this research was purposive sampling with SmartPLS data analysis. The results of the research hypothesis test that Recruitment and Selection do not affect Work Productivity both positively and significantly. Other test results of HR Quality variables have a decent significance on Work Productivity. Finally, this study succeeded in providing information that between Recruitment and Selection with HR Quality has a very strong correlation

Abstract

This study examines the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at XYZ Company, with a specific focus on the role of customer service. Using quantitative methods, the study sampled 100 respondents. The research involved testing the validity and reliability of questionnaire instruments, and data analysis included multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests. The findings reveal that, overall, service quality significantly affects customer satisfaction. Specifically, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and tangibles have a significant impact, while empathy does not. This research contributes valuable insights for developing marketing and service management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and offers data-driven guidance for gaining a competitive edge.
