Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed the way we work, but it has also brought new challenges such as a toxic digital culture, which can negatively impact organizational behavior and employees' intentions to leave their jobs. This research aims to analyze how unhealthy digital culture affects employee motivation, engagement, and the desire to leave the organization. This research uses qualitative methods, with data analysis based on literature review and documentation studies from various relevant sources. Unlike previous research that heavily relied on interviews and observations, this study explores the phenomenon of toxic digital culture through conceptual mapping and theoretical analysis. The research results show that digital overload, lack of work-life balance, and high work pressure due to instant communication expectations can increase employee stress and decrease job satisfaction. As a result, employees become less productive, experience conflicts within teams, and are more likely to have a desire to leave the company. The conclusion of this research emphasizes that toxic digital culture is an important factor that needs to be addressed in digital organization management. Companies need to implement healthy communication policies, support employee well-being, and create a more balanced work environment to reduce the negative impact of digital culture on employee retention.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate employee performance at Wisata Alam Gosari (WAGOS) using the Balanced Scorecard approach. This approach provides a comprehensive overview of organizational performance through four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that overall employee performance at WAGOS is satisfactory, particularly in visitor satisfaction and internal process effectiveness. However, improvements are still needed in providing safety and health equipment for visitors, as well as training programs to enhance employee professionalism. This study is expected to serve as a reference for other tourism managers in conducting comprehensive and sustainable performance evaluations

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the Wedding Expo as a promotional medium for attracting potential clients of CV. Affection Group. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation, the research identifies how wedding exhibition events support interest, trust, and client conversion. The findings show that experiential promotional activities—such as photobooths, food testing, decoration showcases, and interactive visuals—successfully increase visitor attention and engagement. Strong branding preparation before the event further enhances the company’s image and encourages on-site consultations. Field results indicate that one Wedding Expo can generate up to 700 new prospects, demonstrating the higher impact of event-based promotion compared to non-interactive digital methods. Overall, the Wedding Expo is considered an effective and competitive promotional strategy to strengthen brand visibility and client conversion for CV. Affection Group.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of product quality, promotion, and price on purchasing decisions for Implora cosmetic products in Surabaya. The sample size was determined using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The study involved 100 respondents selected based on specific criteria: consumers aged at least 17 years who had purchased and used Implora cosmetic products from cosmetic outlets in Surabaya. This research used a quantitative approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of several written questions distributed to respondents. The collected data were measured using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that product quality, promotion, and price have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that better product quality, more effective promotional activities, and more affordable pricing strategies can increase consumers’ purchasing decisions for Implora cosmetic products in Surabaya. This study provides useful insights for cosmetic businesses in developing more effective marketing strategies.
