Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan masalah kritis karena mempengaruhi kualitas eksistensi manusia. Upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan dilakukan agar masyarakat dapat hidup lebih baik. Tujuan dari kajian ini diharapkan dapat meneliti dampak dari Regional Bruto (PDRB), dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia terhadap Angka Kemiskinan Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2016-2020. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan regresi data panel yang menggabungkan data cross section dan time series dengan data tahun 2016-2020 dan Fixed Effect Model (FEM) sebagai model terpilih. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Jawa Timur terbukti tidak berhubungan dengan jumlah penduduk, akan tetapi secara signifikan berkorelasi dengan pendapatan domestik regional bruto dan indeks pembangunan manusia.

Abstract

Catering Dapoer Laziid is a catering company that makes food for everything from daily meal catering to catering for large parties and events.Catering Dapoer Laziid handles a lot of orders, so it needs to break down production costs in detail.Medan City's Medan Johor neighborhood is home to Dapoer Laziid Catering. The data research technique in this study is a qualitative research method. Dapoer Laziid Catering may be able to assist MSMEs in calculating production costs after conducting research and analyzing how it calculated the cost of production using the variable costing method. Production costs and non-production costs, also known as fixed costs or factor costs, are distinguished using the variable costing method. A number of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) have not included marketing and electricity costs in their production costs. Even though they are not included in the direct costs of production for the catering process at Dapoer Laziid, these costs also include expenses incurred. Due to this, the selling price of Dapoer Laziid's catering calculations and variable costing differed. The production cost incurred by Dapoer Laziid Catering under the variable costing method is higher, at Rp, as shown in the table above. 15,457 more than the Rp cost of production that was generated by Dapoer Laziid Catering employing the variable costing approach. 12,510, with a variance in Rp production costs. 2.947.When computing the expense of creation, contrasts in the worth of production line above costs bring about the distinction. This is because the variable costing method makes it easy to define the costs of raw materials, labor, and factory overhead

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of internal marketing, emotional intelligence, servant leadership on job satisfaction at Bank BCA Kelapa Gading. This study used respondents obtained according to the criteria with the census sampling method (saturation sampling) of 124 respondents. This study used cross-sectional and data processing using multiple regression analysis with SPSS software version 25.0. The results of this study indicate that internal marketing has a positive effect on Job satisfaction, emotional intelligence has a positive effect on job satisfaction, servant leadership has a positive effect on Job satisfaction. From the results of this study it is hoped that it can provide input for company management to pay attention to emotional intelligence which has the smallest influence in this study, to improve emotional intelligence, management can provide skills and knowledge training, provide additional bonuses and appreciation so that employees feel satisfied in their work so that they can have a positive impact on the progress of the company

Abstract

Human resources contained in a company is one of the most valuable assets owned by an organization, because humans are the only resource that can drive other resources. So it is necessary to do the management or development that aims to create productive human beings. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of human relations, emotional intelligence and work environment on the performance of LPD employees in Kerobokan Traditional Village, Badung. The population in this study were all employees of the LPD in the Kerobokan Traditional Village, Badung. Sampling in this study using the census sampling method, obtained 56 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, research instrument test, classical assumption test, determination analysis and t test.The results of the study show that human relations, emotional intelligence and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kerobokan Traditional Village LPD, which means that the better the human relations, emotional intelligence and work environment, the higher the employee's performance. The leadership of the LPD in the Kerobokan Badung Traditional Village should improve work quality, such as establishing good communication among fellow employees, controlling employee awareness of their own emotions about moods and thoughts and improving a conducive work environment to increase employee work efficiency.

Abstract

COVID-19 primarily spreads through close contact between humans and has affected retailing industries extremely hard. To manage the situation retailers have turned to service innovation to change their operations to make consumers feel safe while shopping. This research focuses on the role of service innovativeness in retailing firms during the COVID-19 pandemic through an empirical study of almost 6000 consumers of 28 retailing firms. The results suggested that retailers with high service innovativeness performed COVID-19 imposed innovations better to improve their relative attractiveness. For retailers with physical stores, changes to the servicescape and the offering were found to be the key antecedents of service innovativeness. The findings on COVID-19 imposed service innovations demonstrate the importance of service innovativeness in successfully changing retailing services to adjust to the restrictions from governments and safety needs of customers.

Abstract

Planners are one of the State Civil Apparatuses who spearhead the progress of an institution because it relates to the main tasks and functions of development planning. In this regard, ASN performance management is regulated using the Regulation of the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2022 concerning Management of the Performance of State Civil Apparatus Employees, but the implementation of these rules will cause obstacles both personal ASN planners and institutional constraints in fulfilling work unit targets. The purpose of this writing is to analyze and formulate the performance management of the ASN of the Ministry of Religion in accordance with the characteristics of employees so that they can meet the targets set in the work plan. This analysis was carried out using a qualitative approach, with descriptive data analysis. The results of the analysis for solving the problem are as follows. 1) Implementation of performance management rules not only requires increasing the competence of subordinates but also improving the function of leaders in terms of organizational communication. 2) Leaders must be able to take a personal approach appropriately according to the characteristics of employees. 3) The development of two-way communication in the performance dialogue. 4) All performance dialogs made must meet the SMART elements. 5) To avoid the subjectivity of the leader's assessment, the planner needs to make a DUPAK report. 6) There is an additional budget for performance guidance or performance counseling. Conclusion: performance management is the task and collaboration of all elements of employees in the institution

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether motivational factors affect the performance of the apparatus in Martapura District, Banjar Regency, in addition to knowing which factors are the most dominant, as well as how much variance the contribution of motivational factors to the performance of the sub-district apparatus. Data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and interview results and supported by documentaries. Because the population is relatively small, the technique used is total sampling. Data analysis using the help of the SPSS program through multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that simultaneously and partially the motivation variables were shown to have a significant effect on the performance of the apparatus, and the variance of contributions showed 90.8% on the performance of the apparatus, while 9.2% was determined by other factors outside this study. While the most dominant variable is the need for awards with a value of 2,207.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether service quality (X1) and digital marketing (X2) affect the level of customer satisfaction (Y), and find out whether the two hypotheses (X1 and X2) affect the level of customer satisfaction (Y). The population in this study is all existing clients at Alterra Groupi with a total of 100 people. Sampling in this study using non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. With the results of the research that hypothesis 1 The results of the analysis show that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (probability value (sig.) t-count (0.000) < Level of Significant (0.05)), hypothesis 2 The results of the analysis show that Digital Marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (probability value (sig.) t-count (0.006) < Level of Significant (0.05)). And in hypothesis 3 the results of the analysis show that Service Quality and Digital Marketing have a simultaneous effect on Customer Satisfaction (probability value (sig.) t-count (0.000) < Level of Significant (0.05).

Abstract

Changes in the development of technology to digital, forcing companies to make adjustments to the technology itself. Digital competence is a need for companies today to be able to fulfill their functional responsibilities, without closing the possibility of obstacles from some parties who cannot keep up with this development quickly. This study aims to analyze the use of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and MyDAMRI applications as a support system for the DAMRI Public Company (Perum) staffing database. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out using 2 (two) ways, namely: 1) observation and 2) data collection in the form of images and writings. The results of this study show that this data-based application provides many benefits for employees and companies and facilitates work for the human resources division in the company.
