<![CDATA[Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 variabel yang terdiri dari: 1 variabel Independen yaitu Kepemimpinan Transformasional, 1 variabel Mediasi yaitu Efikasi Diri Kreatif dan 1 variabel Dependen yaitu Kreativitas Karyawan yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kreativitas Karyawan yang dimediasi oleh Efikasi Diri Kreatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan di Jakarta Selatan. Rancangan penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik Non Probability dan menggunakan metode penelitian menggunakan convenience sampling pada karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software AMOS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap Kreativitas Karyawan yang di mediasi oleh Efikasi Diri Kreatif. Jika melihat peran Efikasi Diri Kreatif sebagai variabel mediasi, cukup memberikan pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kreativitas Karyawan bagi karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Maka kesimpulan yang dapat dikemukakan adalah adanya dukungan dan motivasi dari pimpinan bagi karyawan agar kreativitas dalam diri karyawan terus meningkat sehingga membuat karyawan memberikan kinerja yang baik bagi perusahaan]]>

<![CDATA[Todays, technological developments are developing rapidly and indirectly affecting business activities, especially during Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in many people choose to doing something as online. This study aims to see the effect of the Use of Facebook Virtual Community as promotion media of culinary products during the Covid-19 pandemic, used a quantitative research method and the AIDA concept analysis. Sources of data in this study are members of two groups Facebook that specifically sells culinary products that consists of 7,700 populations with using Slovin method. The results said that the used of the Facebook virtual community as a promotional media is declared "Very Effective", but there are several things that need to be considered by the seller, especially in order to pay attention to the behavior of consumers]]>

<![CDATA[The success of national development is influenced by various factors including taxes as a source of state revenue, but the level of tax compliance in Indonesia is still low even though micro, small and medium enterprises continue to increase every year. This research aims to determine the perception of tax rates on MSME taxpayer compliance. This research uses quantitative research methods, while data collection techniques are carried out using questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this research is MSMEs in Indonesia, while the sample used in this research is 100 samples using random sampling technique. The research results show that the perception of tax rates has a positive and significant effect on MSME taxpayer compliance. This is because individual perceptions of tax rates focus on the fairness of the tax burden that society bears, so that if individuals have a perception that is commensurate and or appropriate to the tax rate charged, it will encourage individuals to complete their tax obligations]]>

<![CDATA[In the current era of globalization, science and technology (science and technology) has a significant influence on various developments in the field of employment, so that competition between companies cannot be avoided. To obtain this requires control and support from leaders and balanced work in order to produce better performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership Style, and Work-life Balance on Employee Performance at the Customs and Excise Service Office of Type C Sintete. This research is an associative research and the type of data used is quantitative, as well as primary data obtained from interviews and distributing research questionnaires to the Office of Customs and Excise Customs and Excise Type C Sintete. The sample in this study amounted to 60 employees of the Office of Customs and Excise Supervision and Services Type C Sintete with saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Transformational Leadership Style and Work-life Balance have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Customs and Excise Service Office Type C Sintete, while partially each variable shows Transformational Leadership Style and Work-life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Office of Type C Sintete.]]>

<![CDATA[Watching movies in the cinema has often been done by the people in the city. there are many cinema places that people visit to watch movies. This study aims to determine the influence of Film Quality, Brand Image, Attractiveness, Word of mouth on the intention of watching movies in batam city. In quantitative research, 400 respondents will be taken and 30 respondents for qualitative research. In this study, disproportionate random sampling and multiple regression methods were used. The application used for data processing is IBM SPSS statistics 24. From the test results on the hypothesis that states that there is a significant influence on the results obtained by the variables Film Quality, Brand Imagery, Attractiveness, and Word of mouth have a positive effect on viewing interest in the batam community.]]>

<![CDATA[Fulfillment activities in the adjustment of standards and procedures applicable in Indonesia, auditors need time in completing the audit. If the auditor does not have the accuracy, accuracy and expertise in auditing. This affects the length of audit completion which is getting longer. This also has an impact on the publication of the company's financial statements which results in the quality of the financial statements will decrease, especially the reliability and relevance of the information. This study aims to determine the effect of the company's age, profitability and audit engagement period on the speed of publication of financial statements. The research model used in the preparation of this thesis is a descriptive quantitative method. This research was conducted on companies registered in 2016-2022. The data is obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study state that the age of the company does not affect the speed of publication of financial statements in food and beverage subsector companies in the 2016-2021 period, because the length or absence of a company is established cannot be a reference that the company can present financial statements on time]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of Work Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment with Work Engagement as a mediating variable. The population in this study were credit marketing staff employees in the Jabodetabek area banking. The sampling technique used a census of 100 respondents. Data analysis used the variant-based structural model equation method with the partial least squares approach using the SmartPLS version 3.2.1 application. The results showed that Work Satisfaction had an effect on Work Engagement, Work Satisfaction had an effect on Organizational Commitment, Work Engagement had no effect on Organizational Commitment and Work Satisfaction had no effect on Organizational Commitment through the Work Engagement variable. The managerial implications of this research are first, to increase work satisfaction, employees should be placed according to the educational background, work experience, and competency of the worker. Second, to increase Organizational Commitment to banking employees, companies retain employees by providing career path certainty in the company. Third, to improve Work Engagement, ideas from employees for the betterment of the company can be considered so that employees feel involved in their organization]]>

<![CDATA[The aims of this research are: (1) to examine and analyze the effect of Apparatus Competence on Performance Accountability of Government Agencies, (2) to test and analyze the ability of Organizational Commitment to moderate the relationship between Apparatus Competence and Government Agencies Performance Accountability. The research was conducted at 29 OPD in the Government of Serang Regency using quantitative methods through data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Model (SEM) method, while a sample of 145 people used the census method. This study obtained the results that Apparatus Competence has a positive and significant effect on Government Agencies Performance Accountability, Organizational Commitment is also able to moderate the relationship between Apparatus Competence and Government Agencies Performance Accountability.]]>

<![CDATA[Education & Training Research (Training), Leadership and Motivation are factors that are thought to be relatively large in influencing the Performance of Military Staff General Staff of the Jayakarta/Jayakarta Regional Military Command in East Jakarta. To prove this effect, this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Education & Training (Training), Leadership with Motivation as an Intervening Variable on Military Personnel of the General Staff in East Jakarta. The object of this study was taken from the General Staff Military Personnel population in East Jakarta. With a total sample of 107 out of 146 populations calculated using the Slovin formula at a 5% error margin, data collection used a closed questionnaire and there were 5 rating scales. Data analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), double linear registration was used as an analytical tool while hypothesis testing was carried out by t-test and F-test and path analysis was used to test the effect of intervening variables. The results of this study indicate that Education & Training (Training) has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Training has a positive and significant effect on performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Training has no effect on employee performance through motivation. And leadership has no effect on employee performance through motivation.]]>

<![CDATA[Training, motivation, and discipline are Three factors that are thought to be relatively large in influencing the performance of employees at PT. Unlock Main Techniques. to prove the influence of the three, and this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Training, Motivation, and Discipline on the work environment as an interference at PT. Main Bukaka Engineering Tbk. This research was conducted at PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk. Located on Jl. Raya Narogong. took 84 students as a research sample, calculated using the Slovin Formula from a total population of 630 employees at 10% margin error. Data was collected using an online questionnaire instrument with five rating scales from strongly disagree to agree strongly. The research was conducted by analyzing data assisted by statistics (SPSS Version 25). Quantitative, namely by describing research data and conducting inference analysis. Instrument variables include validity and reliability tests as well as classical assumption tests. Multiple linear regression analysis methods is used as an analysis tool while the hypothesis is made by t-test and F-test. The research yielded two main findings per the proposed hypothesis: 1) Training has an effect on employee performance 2) Motivation has an effect on Voting Decisions 3) Discipline influences impressions on employee performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that efforts be made to improve Training, Motivation, Discipline, and Employee Performance to improve Voting Decisions]]>
