Rumah Sakit tidak lagi sebagai lembaga yang berfungsi sosial mengfasilitasi pelayanan kesehatan saja, tetapi juga bergeser menjadi usaha bisnis sosial ekonomi. Manjemen Rumah Sakit telah berusaha mengubah paradigma manajemen dalam menjalankan bisnis menjadi lebih efektif, bertahan dan bekembang dalam lingkungan bisnis yang telah berubah. Rumah Sakit semakin berinovatif dalam membuat strategi pemasaran dengan memberikan pelayanan yang dapat menciptakan kepuasan pasien.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi bauran pemasaran terhadap loyalitas pasien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Petrokimia Gresik. Penelitian ini berjenis eksplanatif atau eksplanasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dengan teknik Convenience Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang terkait dengan masalah penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner.Hasil penelitian dari 120 responden, menunjukan bahwa strategi bauran pemasaran terhadap loyalitas pasien. Dari hasil perhitungan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 18.00 for windows, diperoleh pada variabel Strategi Bauran Pemasaran nilai F hitung sebesar 79,346 dengan tingkat p value sebesar 0,000. Dengan menggunakan batas signifikansi α = 0,05 didapat F tabel sebesar 2,103. Dari hasil tersebut maka hitung > t tabel yang artinya Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Berarti variabel Strategi Bauran Pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk,harga, distribusi, promosi, SDM, Bukti fisik, dan proses secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dalam menentukan loyalitas pasien di Rumah Sakit Petrokimia Gresik. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3475711

This study aims to determine the effect of social media on sales turnover in outlets Central IT Gresik. This study uses explanative quantitative research approach by using survey as a means of data retrieval that aims to find out how a variable affects other variables. The population in this study were all employees and visitors outlets with the number of 527 people. Sampling method using non-probability sampling method is saturated sampling because taking samples from all total population, using Likert scale, this research is survey research where primary data collected through questionnaires spread, secondary data collected from Central IT outlet and literature study. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method with simple linier regression analysis technique Crosstab as a tool to calculate whether there is relationship or influence between social media to sales turnover. Result of hypothesis in this research proved that social media have positive and significant effect to sales turnover where t count equal to 6,708 bigger than t table equal to 1,990. From Adjusted R Square = 0,352 it can be said that the change of dependent variable (Y) is 35,2% to variable X, while the rest 64,8% is caused by other factor not found in research. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477654

Indonesian Institute of Accountants has issued accounting standard regarding Employee Benefits. These Standards contained in Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No.24 Revised 2015 about Employee Benefits. This research was conducted at the PT XYZ which would apply Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK 24) in the preparation of their financial statements. Employee benefit is an obligation which is owned any company that has a major influence on the company in terms of external stakeholders such as in this case the owner of the company or creditors and internal as workers will have a direct impact on corporate performance. Due to its major influence on the company in view of the need to conduct proper disclosure in accordance with accounting standards generally accepted. This study focuses on Post-Employment Benefits which is remuneration received by workers if the workers has stopped working. This study aimed to evaluate the accounting treatment in particular Employee Benefits PT XYZ whether in accordance with Statement of Financial Standards No.24 Revise 2015. The analytical method used is qualitative comparative which provides comparing what is applied by the company with what has been stipulated in Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No.24 Revised 201. Research in PT XYZ it can be concluded that the employment benefits at PT XYZ can be categorized into three categories based on PSAK 24 are employee benefit short-term, post-employment benefits, and severance and reporting are done on all three benefits are already in accordance with PSAK 24 2015. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3475721

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh persepsi konsumen dan budaya masyarakat terhadap keputusan pembelian produk obat nyamuk bakar di Desa Lowayu Dukun Gresik. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 8. 183 warga dengan sampel sebanyak 99 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode proportionate stratified random sampling dan mendapatkan ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 99 responden yang akan dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk mengukur pengaruh dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yaitu : Persepsi Konsumen (X1), Budaya Masyarakat (X2) sebagai independent variable dan Keputusan Pembelian (Y) sebagai dependent variable. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dalam pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dengan menggunakan uji-t bahwa variabel Persepsi Konsumen (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) produk obat nyamuk bakar di Desa Lowayu Dukun Gresik dan variabel Budaya Masyarakat (X2)berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) produk obat nyamuk bakar di Desa Lowayu Dukun Gresik. Serta pengujian hipotesis secara simultan dengan menggunakan uji-F bahwa variabel Persepsi Konsumen (X1) dan Budaya Masyarakat (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) produk obat nyamuk bakar di Desa Lowayu Dukun Gresik. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477656

This study aims To determine the competence and career development have an effect on the performance of employees performed in PT Surya Madistrindo is a business unit engaged in the field of Sales and Field Marketing Gudang Garam (GG) brand that is currently growing rapidly in Indonesia and various countries in the world of companies Is committed to provide the best service for the best customer to the customer, given the service is the main activity in Sales and Field Marketing, therefore needed a reliable and qualified human resources. In this research, the type of data used is primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques used are koesioner, interview and observation. Method of analyzing the data used is quantitative quantitative methods obtained from the results of respondents’ answers to the questionnaire. Then after analyzing the data need to be tested instruments so that the data obtained can be tested and reliable The result of this research shows F count> F table (34,639> 3,085), thus H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, it indicates that jointly competence and career development variables have an effect on employee performance which is dependent variable on employee PT. Surya Madistrindo Surabaya. While the competence variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) shows t count> t table (4.570> 1,983) then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, this indicates that competence significantly influence employee performance, career development (X2) on employee performance ) Shows t count = 4.760 means t count> t table (4,760> 1,983), m0unjukkan H0 rejected and H1 accepted which means career development has a significant effect on employee performance. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3475727

This study aims to identify and evaluate and evaluate the effectiveness of the application of revenue accounting information systems for health services of patients of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) in PT Petro Graha Medika, whether in accordance with the elements of accounting information systems. This research use descriptive method that is method analyze data which data collected, compiled and analyzed so as to give solution about problem faced.The object of this research is the application of revenue accounting information system in PT Petro Graha Medika. The data used in this study is qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the application of accounting information system on income for health services of patients of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) in PT Petro Graha Medika has been running well and quite effective. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of location to decision of choosing shipping service on PT. TIKI Jalur Nugraha Ekakurur (JNE Express) Gresik. This study is done in PT. TIKI Jalur Nugraha Ekakurur (JNE Express) Gresik., this study is explanatif with quantitative approach, sample is collected by sampling accidental technique with 90 respondents of sample data collected method that relates to the research question is done by using quistionnaire methode. The study result of 90 respondents show that the influence of service choosing decision based on regression calculation by using SPSS 18.00 for windows is resulted t value is 6,404 with p value is 0,000 by using significant limitation $=0,05 is resulted t table is 1,987 because of t value (6,404) > t table (1,987) thus variable location (X) influences significant on service choosing decission (Y). That result show that Ho rejected and H1 accepted. Thus it can be concluded that location has positive influences and significant on service choosing decision to PT. This research analyzing variables impact in the Theory of Reasoned Action/TRA (Ajzen 1980) its attitude, subjective norm, that perceived by tax staff to tax obligation compliance agency. This research is exam too how the attitude and subjective norm giving direct impact to tax obligation compliance behavior agency with not using behavioral intention. This research sample is tax company staff as Tax Payer that registered on the Tax Service Pratama North Gresik Office. Research design is survey and instrument that is questionnaire use. Sample total is 100 tax staff. The test equipment used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of hypothesis test showing is tax staff attitude giving negative impact and significant to tax obligation compliance behavior agency, that tax staff subjective norm giving positive impact and significant to tax obligation compliance behavior agency. This results same like with theory or research results from Hidayat (2010), Miladia (2010), Aini (2013), and Alvin (2014) that introduce of attitude and subjective norm influence with tax obligation compliance behavior. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3477661

Hakekatnya penerapan GCG dapat meningkatkan nilai dan mendorong Perusahaan untuk berkembang sehingga tujuan pendiriannya dapat tercapai.Profitabilitas sebagai alat dalam menilai kemampuan perusahaan memperoleh laba/ keuntungan merupakan tujuan pendirian perusahaan. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan data skunder dari observasi, studi lapangan/ studi dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan tahun 2009 sd 2015, pedoman GCG perusahaan dan data terkait lainnya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil PT SI memperoleh skor GCG yang terus menerusmeningkat dari tahun ke tahun dengan kategori sangat baik, kecuali skor asesmen pada tahun 2012 sedikit menurun karena adanya perubahan parameter tetapi kategori tetap sangat baik. Dalam laporan keuangan PT SI dari tahun 2009 sd 2015, laba, total asset, ekuitas dan price book valuenya terus menerus meningkat, tetapi rasio Profit Margin, Return On Aset (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) cenderung terus menurun dari tahun ke tahun. Turunnya rasio Profit Margin mencerminkan perusahaan kurang efesien dalam menekan biaya biaya dibanding pendapatan yang terus meningkat dalam setiap tahunnya.Rasio ROA yang menurun mencerminkan kekurangmampuan perusahaan memenfaatkan asset yang dari tahun ke tahun terus mengalami peningkatan. Rasio ROE mengalami penurunan dari tahun ketahun mencerminkan perusahaan kurang efektif mengelola dalam sumber dana untuk memperoleh laba bersih. PT SI telah menerapkan GCG dengan predikat “sangat baik“, tetapi belum sepenuhnya dapat menjadikan perusahaan lebih efektif dan efesien dalam beroperasi sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan menerapkan GCG. DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.3475707

This study aims to examine and prove the influence of work ethos and organizational culture on the performance of PT. Ananda Jataka Bayu Sejahtera (AJBS) in Gresik City. The research is imortant espectially on employee performance, to know work ethic of employee speed, accuract, efficiency and quality of employee kega how employee adapt to the internal environtment and internal regulations of the company made into written rules that are not in the labor law, this study uses quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, the number of samples taken is 60 respondent and data collection is done by questionnaire to obtain data.
