Abstract

This study aims: to describe the implementation of Integrated Marketing Communications that can increase the number of customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kcp Andi Djemma Palopo City. The type of research used by researchers is qualitative research with descriptive research types. The location of the research was carried out at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Andi Djemma, Palopo City. The subjects in this study were Marketing at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Andi Djemma, Palopo City. With the research instruments used, namely in the form of interview guidelines and observation guidelines. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study illustrate that: In the marketing process of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Kcp Andi Djemma, Palopo City, which applies an integrated marketing communication model, it can be said that it is able to increase the number of its customers, this is based on efforts to carry out marketing and other things, namely in terms of awareness self and society's perspective on religion by paying attention to sharia matters in life. This certainly has a positive effect on the development of Islamic banking in Indonesia, which in fact is one of the countries with the largest Muslim community in the world.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how customers perceive the service quality of people's business loans at PT BANK BRI Wasuponda unit. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. With a population of 250 customers by taking samples using probability sampling techniques and random research samples determined 50 customers. Data analysis used descriptive analysis with frequency distribution analysis tools.The results showed that the customer's perception of the service quality of KUR provision was in the good category with a percentage of 75 ≤ 100% and the affective indicator being the highest aspect with a yield of 1391. This variable was measured through the cognitive aspect with an acquisition percentage of 89.35%, affective with obtaining a percentage of 86.93%, conative with an acquisition of a percentage of 88.75%, tangible with an acquisition of a percentage of 88.16%., reliability with an acquisition of a percentage of 87.87%., Responsiveness with an acquisition of a percentage of 87.5%, assurance with an acquisition of a percentage of 90.12% and empathy with gain of 89.37%.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: to determine the effect of ujrah and pawn gold customer service simultaneously on satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri, Palopo City; The type in this research is quantitative. Then the population is 1949 customers who have pawned their gold at Bank Syariah Mandiri Palopo. Sampling In this study, Simple Random Sampling will be used (a simple random technique), namely a sampling technique that provides equal opportunity to the population to be sampled. Then the sample used is using the slovin formula so that the sample is 95 customers who use gold pawn products. The instrument used is a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The research results obtained are: 1) partially/t test, it is known that the ujrah variable (X1) has a calculated t value (4.165) and the service variable (X2) has a tcount value (5.848), while the t table value (1.986), so that it can be concluded that ujrah has a positive effect on the Y variable (customer satisfaction) is positive, and service (X2) has a positive effect on the customer satisfaction variable (Y) has a positive value. 2) Simultaneously the variable ujrah (X1) and service (X2) (test f) f count is 37.239 while f table is 3.09 (see table f), because f count > f table (37.239 > 3.09) or significance value of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that the ujrah and service variables simultaneously influence the satisfaction of gold pawn customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri, Palopo City.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Return on Equity (ROE) at PT. Mandiri Syariah Bank. The main problem in this study is that banking as a business entity engaged in finance or finance really needs the trust of its customers to support and expedite the activities it undertakes. One of the ratios to measure banking performance is profitability or Return on Equity (ROE). The variables that affect the profitability (Return on Equity) of a bank are the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR). Data were processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS 22 for windows. The results of this study indicate that the Financing to Deposit Ratio has an effect of 42.9% on Return On equity, the Capital Adequacy Ratio has an effect of 19.6% on Return on Equity, and the Financing to Deposit Ratio and Capital Adequacy Ratio together have an effect of 62.5%. on Return on Equity.

Abstract

This thesis is motivated by the existence of an internet site that refers to the act of luring internet banking users to visit fake websites designed by cyber-cybers that resemble the official website in such a way as to trick victims through fake emails (or instant messages) and then secretly take the victim's personal information. . Seeing this requires the precautionary principle regulated by banks to find out customer identities, monitor customer transaction activities including reporting suspicious transactions. The type of research used is the Quantitative Method with 30 samples using a nonprobability sampling technique, namely saturated samples. The instrument used is a questionnaire (questionnaire). Data were processed and analyzed using simple linear regression using SPSS 22 for windows. The results showed that the precautionary principle had a positive effect on the threat of phishing sites by 36.2% with t count (3.982) t table (2.048) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the precautionary principle variable partially has a significant effect on the threat of phishing sites on internet banking at Islamic banks in Palopo city. So it can be concluded that with the precautionary principle of the bank and for customers it can reduce the risk of phishing site threats and more guaranteed security of customer data on internet banking at Islamic banks in Palopo city.
