Abstract

Repetition of criminal acts or recidivists is a familiar phenomenon in Indonesia, especially acts of narcotics user recidivate, many factors cause a person to repeat his crime, such as economic interests, limited employment, low levels of education is a common problem someone takes a shortcut to get economic success. Correctional Institutions are expected to be able to become a place to return prisoners to become members of the community that are useful for themselves family and also the community but the reality is not as expected. The problem that will be discussed in the writing of this journal is to analyze the factors and how to deal with narcotics addicts so that they do not repeat their actions. Writing this journal uses qualitative methods and data obtained from Literature studies and Document studies. Based on the results of the Analysis of Literature studies and Document studies as well as previous research and discussion by the author emphasizes that the criminal process is said to fail when others commit the same and recurring crimes, and the factors that influence a person to become a narcotics addict to become recidivism are internal and external factors

Abstract

The study aims to determine the level of influence of viral marketing on purchasing decisions through customer trust in favehotel Hyper Square Bandung. The condition shows more eagerness on their business, the more enhancement on its services. The variables in this study are viral marketing as an independent variable, purchasing decision as a dependent variable, and customer trust as an intervening variable. The used method of this study was a quantitative method with the type of research of descriptive associative with a sample of 400 respondents. The used sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling. The used methods of data analysis in this research were descriptive analysis method and structural equation modeling (SEM). Data processing was performed by using SmartPLS 3.0 software for Windows. Research Result: (1) Viral marketing variable (X) has an influence significant with intervening variables of customer trust (Z). (2) The effect of intervening variable customer trust (Z)hasn an influence significant on purchase decision (Y). (3) The effect of viral marketing (X) has an influence significant on purchase decision (Y). (4) The indirect effect between viral marketing (X) and purchase decision (Y) through intervening variable customer trust (Z) has a positive indirect effect of 0.296 and t-statistics value of 9.950> 1.96, which means significant.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is important for a company. In an effort to meet customer satisfaction, many efforts can be done such as providing an unforgettable experience for consumers and creating a good brand image in the eyes of consumers. Garuda Indonesia is a company that applies the Garuda Indonesia Experience concept, which is a concept that is applied to provide a unique experience in an effort to gain customer satisfaction. This research method uses quantitative methods with purposive sampling and takes a total of 400 samples obtained through Google Form. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL. Based on the results of this study, the results show that experiential marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and experiential marketing and brand image have an effect on simultaneously customer satisfaction of Garuda Indonesia airlines.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology allows everything to accessed by the internet that causes many users of social media and one of the social media is Twitter. An interesting topic to discuss on Twitter is about new and fresh things that attract many users to get involved. One of the things that attract Twitter users is the construction of a new airport, namely Kertajati Airport, which has some problems with airport activities, such as the small number of visitors, lonely conditions of the airport, and decreased number of routes. This study aims to find out Twitter user sentiments towards Kertajati Airport in West Java to know the quality of Kertajati Airport. The method used in this study is sentiment analysis by looking at the calculation of how many positive and negative sentiment have been obtained with the most result so it can reflect the quality of Kertajati Airport and then there is a word cloud to see the spread of word related to sentiment. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the Kertajati Airport cannot be said to be good because the results of the sentiment analysis found that negative sentiments have more percentages than positive sentiments

Abstract

Employee performance, in general, is an embodiment of work carried out by employees who are usually used as a basis or reference for evaluating employees in an organization. Good performance is a step towards achieving organizational goals, therefore, performance is also a deciding tool in achieving organizational goals so it needs to be strived to improve employee performance. This study aims to study the Placement and Career Development of employee performance at PT. Jakarta Prima Cranes in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 53 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, evaluation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate the significance of the company's performance of 48.2%, the hypothesis test obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Career Development has a significant effect on employee performance by 59.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05. Career Placement and Development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 56.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.

Abstract

Human resources play an important role in company management. In this case that human resources are the main key that must be able to full attention to all their needs. Human resources are the driving force of the company. The progress of a company is very dependent on the human resources that exist in a company by giving authority and responsibility in managing activities. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Mitra Steel in Jakarta. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 82 employees. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study leadership have a significant effect on employee performance by 35.2%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 43.1%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Leadership and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 52.0%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05

Abstract

Organizational resources that have an important role in achieving its goals is human resources. Because of the importance of the role of humans in both short and long term competition on the business agenda, a company must have more value compared to other companies. PT. Mediatama Sejahtera is a company engaged in comprehensive services consisting of printing services (transactional printing service), electronic report making services (E-statement service), printing services (publishing printing service), document scanning services (document imaging service/scanner), Courier service, as well as customized business process management services, business process management services. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and training on employee performance at PT. Mediatama Sejahtera in Jakarta. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 86 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study have a significant effect on discipline employee performance by 46.3%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. The training had a significant effect on employee performance by 35.9%, the hypothesis test obtained a significance of 0,000 <0.05. Discipline and training simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. hypothesis-testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05

Abstract

Today's retail industry is experiencing rapid development along with technological advances and the construction of supporting facilities. Tangerang is one of the cities that is part of the Banten Province which is growing rapidly. rapid modernization affected the city, making it one of the largest cities in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing strategies and promotional activities on the marketing performance of Retail Business Actors in Mall Plaza Bintaro. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the marketing strategy has a significant effect on marketing performance by 38.2%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.625> 1.989). Promotional activities have a significant effect on marketing performance by 39.9%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.892> 1.989). Marketing strategy and promotion activities simultaneously have a significant effect on marketing performance by 48.9%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (44.464> 2,700)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and corporate image on purchasing decisions at Alfamart South Tangerang Hospital. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study the quality of service significantly influence purchasing decisions by 40.3%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.967> 1.986). The company's image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions by 37.2%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count> t table or (7.466> 1.986). Service quality and corporate image simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression equation Y = 11,931 + 0,380X1 + 0,332X2 and the contribution of influence is 48.7%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (44,091> 2,700).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions at Floris Florists in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study product quality significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions by 40.9%, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (8.069> 1.986). The promotion has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions by 39.3%, the hypothesis test is obtained t count> t table or (7.796> 1.986). Product quality and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions with a regression equation Y = 10.681 + 0.382X1 + 0.361X2 and an influential contribution of 50.2%, the hypothesis test is obtained F count> F table or (46.890> 2.700).
