Abstract

Teknologi informasi turut berkembang sejalan dengan perkembangan peradaban manusia Salah satu jenis implementasi teknologi informasi dalam hal bisnis adalah perdagangan elektronik (e-commerce) yang mengakibatkan tersedianya data harga produk secara online. Hal ini menimbulkan peluang baru untuk proses pengumpulan data harga yang lebih efisien dan efektif. Salah satu metode pungumpulan data secara online yang lebih efisien, murah dan mudah adalah web scraping. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem aplikasi yang mampu melakukan web scraping harga dengan mudah, membuat sistem basis data untuk menampung hasil web scraping serta membangun sistem yang dapat memberikan informasi harga dengan akurat dan real time. Selain informasi tentang harga, sistem aplikasi yang dihasilkan juga menyediakan informasi peramalan harga di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Design Oriented Research dengan hasil yang diharapkan berupa artefak sistem aplikasi web scraper data harga komoditas, dengan mengidentifikasi masalah yang terjadi serta usaha dalam penyelesaiannya. Selain itu, juga dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan pengujian blackbox testing, whitebox testing, dan system usability scale (SUS). Hasil dari pengujian aplikasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berjalan sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan dan dapat diterima dengan baik dengan skor SUS 75,5. Information technology develops in line with human civilization development. One type of information technology implementation in business is electronic commerce (e-commerce), which resulted in the availability of online price data. It raises new opportunities for more efficient and effective price data collection. One method of online data collection that is more efficient, cheaper, and more accessible is web scraping. This research develops an application system which can do web scraping of price easily, database system to accommodate web scraping result and a dashboard system that can give price information accurately and real-time. In addition to pricing information, the resulting application system also provides price forecasting. This research uses the Design Oriented Research method with the expected results in the form of a web scraper application system for commodity price data, by identifying problems that occur as well as efforts in their resolution. Also, testing is done by black-box testing, white-box testing, and system usability scale (SUS). The results of the application show that the use is acceptable with 75.5 scores and goes as expected result.

Abstract

Pemantauan kondisi air secara terus-menerus dan realtime menggunakan sistem terkomputerisasi sangat diperlukan oleh perusahaan air minum. Hal ini ditujukan untuk memantau kekeruhan dan ketinggian air pada bak penampungan air agar sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan rancang bangun purwarupa sistem pemantauan kondisi kekeruhan dan ketinggian air pada bak penampungan di PDAM Bone Bolango. Metode yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan prototyping dengan empat langkah yaitu: komunikasi, perencanaan dan pemodelan sistem secara cepat, membangun purwarupa, dan terakhir penerapan, evaluasi dan umpan balik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa purwarupa sistem pemantauan kondisi air yang dibangun dapat digunakan memantau beragam kondisi kekeruhan air sesuai dengan standar kondisi kekeruhan air, mulai dari kondisi air jernih (400 NTU). Hasil pemantauan tersebut kemudian disimpan sebagai riwayat dan divisualisasikan dalam aplikasi berbasis website, dan setiap perubahan kondisi air kemudian dapat dikirimkan kepada petugas dalam bentuk notifikasi SMS secara otomatis. Meskipun masih dalam skala laboratorium, purwarupa sistem pemantauan kondisi air yang dibangun sudah siap diterapkan pada lingkungan sebenarnya dengan memperhatikan penempatan sensor-sensornya. Continuous monitoring of water conditions and realtime using a computerized system is indispensable for drinking water companies. It is aimed at monitoring the turbidity and altitude of water in the water shelter to conform to the standards set. This research aim is to perform the design of the monitoring system of turbidity conditions and water levels in the body of Bone Bolango PDAM. The methods used are models of prototyping development with four steps are communication, planning, and system modeling quickly, building prototypes, and last application, evaluation, and feedback. The results showed that the prototype of the water condition monitoring system that was built can be used to monitor various turbidity conditions by accordance with water turbidity conditions, ranging from clear water conditions (< 100 NTU), murky water conditions (101-400 NTU), and very cloudy water conditions (> 400 NTU). The monitoring results are then saved as history and visualized in the website-based application, and any changes in the water condition can then be sent to the officer in the form of SMS notification automatically. Although still in the laboratory scale, the prototype of the built-in water condition monitoring system is ready to be applied to the actual environment concerning its sensor placement.

Abstract

The wireless communication is making it easier for smart devices to communicate with one another in terms of the network of the Internet of Things. Smart devices are automatically linked and built up a network on their own. But there are more obstacles to safe access within the network itself. Mobile devices such as smart home automation access point, smart washing machines, mobile boards, temperature sensors, color-changing smart lighting, smartphones, wearable devices, and smart appliances, etc. are widespread in our daily lives and is becoming valuable tools with wireless communication abilities that are using specific wireless standards that are commonly used with IEEE 802.11 access points. On the realism of the Internet, security has been perceived as a prominent inhibitor of embracing the cloud paradigm. It is resource storage and management that may lay in any since the cloud environment is a distributed architecture, which place of the world, many concerns have been raised over its vulnerabilities, security threats and challenges. The involvement of various parties has widened these concerns based on each party's perspective and objective. The Cloud point of view we mainly discuss the causes of obstacles and challenges related to security, reliability, privacy, and service availability. The wireless communication Security has been raised as one of the most critical issues of cloud computing where resolving such an issue would result in constant growth in the cloud’s use and popularity. Our purpose of this study is to create a framework of mobile ad hoc network mobility model using cloud computing for providing secure communication among smart devices network for the internet of things in 5G heterogeneous networks. Our main contribution links a new methodology for providing secure communication on the internet of smart devices in 5G. Our methodology uses the correct and efficient simulation of the desired study and can be implemented in a framework of the Internet of Things in 5G.

Abstract

Lack of students’ attention and interest to learn influence the learning process within the class. Thus, their learning achievement decreased. This study aims at designing a motion graphic, video animation learning media in Indonesian history subject. This study uses a research and development method based on the modified research model developed by Borg and Gall with five stages model namely, needs analysis, media design, product development, evaluation and product trial, and final product. This study reveals that the average pretest score before the implementation of the learning media is 57.60, whereas the average posttest score after the motion graphic, animation video learning media implementation is 79.20. The fitness of the media feedback from the media experts’ score is 88% with very appropriate criteria. Also, the material expert gives a score of 89% for the media appropriateness with very appropriate criteria, and users’ (students) feedback on the media is 87.9% with very appropriate criteria. It is concluded that the designed motion graphic, animation video learning media for Indonesian history subject positively influences students’ learning achievement and is appropriate to be applied in Indonesian history subjects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kesesuaian strategi bisnis dan strategi teknologi informasi (TI) di Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG) dengan best practice COBIT 5. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan bagaimana UNG melakukan perencanaan strategi bisnis dan TI kemudian dibandingkan dengan best practice COBIT 5. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang meliputi wawancara dengan pihak yang berkepentingan dan studi dokumen terkait strategi bisnis dan strategi TI. Model yang dipakai yaitu: COBIT 5 pada domain APO proses APO02 yang terdiri dari 31 aktivitas dan, SCAMPI (Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Proses Improvement) sebagai metode penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aktivitas penyelarasan strategi bisnis dan strategi TI di UNG telah mendekati proses aktivitas keselarasan strategi bisnis dan strategi TI pada COBIT 5. Hal penting lainnya yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah meskipun aktivitas perencanaan penyelarasan strategi bisnis dan strategi TI di UNG telah hampir medekati best practice COBIT 5 namun, tidak menjamin dalam keseluruhan aktivitas bisnis dan TI di UNG selaras, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan ditemukan 3 proses yang memiliki kelemahan utama karena tidak terdapat aktivitas atau bukti praktik-praktik yang dilaksanakan merujuk pada COBIT 5. This study aims to evaluate the suitability of business strategies and Information Technology (IT) strategies at Universitas Negeri Gorontalo (UNG) with COBIT 5 best practices. Researchers observe how UNG is planning business strategies and IT then compared with the best COBIT practice 5. The method used in this study is qualitative which includes interviews with interested parties and document studies related to business strategies and IT strategies. The model used is COBIT 5 in the APO domain APO02 process which consists of 31 activities and, SCAMPI (Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement) as a valuation method. The results showed that the alignment of business strategy and IT strategy in UNG had approached the process of alignment of business strategy and IT strategy in COBIT 5. Another important thing found in this study was that planning activities for aligning business strategies and IT strategies at UNG had almost approached. COBIT 5 best practice, however, does not guarantee that overall business and IT activities at UNG are aligned, this is evidenced by the finding of 3 processes that have major weaknesses because there is no activity or evidence of practices carried out referring to COBIT 5.
