Abstract

In this research, secang wood will be used as a cream using Sumbawa beeswax base. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best cream formulation with secang wood extract and beeswax. Cream formula is based on the concentration of secang extract 0.5-2.5 grams and beeswax 0.2-4 grams in 20 grams of the preparation. Determination of physical evaluation will be carried out several tests, namely organoleptic test, pH, adhesion, dispersal power and protective power. The results showed that all three formulas, Formulation 1 (F1) and F3 were homogeneous, while F2 was not homogeneous. In pH testing, all formulations 1,2 and 3 have an average pH of 6. And in organoleptic testing, F3 shows a score of 3.9 in form and is the highest compared to the two other formulations, F1 has a score of 2.8, F2 scores 2.2. Whereas in color organoleptic, the highest score is F3 with a score of 3.8, F1 score 2.8 and F3 score 2.2. And in odorless organoleptics, F1 has the highest score of 3.6, F3 score of 3.3 and F2 score of 2.7. In the scatter power test, F1 has an average value of 11.8, F2 with a value of 53.52 and F3 with a value of 11.68. F1, F2 and F3 adhesion tests have values ??of 2.3 seconds, 2.3 and 3.67, respectively. And in KOH protection testing all formulas show changes.

Abstract

The limited shelf life in a food requires a natural preservative so that the food used is not easily damaged and has a longer shelf life, namely by using lactic acid bacteria (BAL) using alternative media. By using lactic acid bacteria, the time in the storage period food products can be extended. The purpose of this study was to determine the viability of the Lactobacillus lactis bacteria on an alternative growth base media and a media on the media of bacteria. Lactic acid bacteria were rejuvenated and culture propagation of 5 ?l was inoculated into 5 mL of MRSB media. Formulation media used for bacterial growth such as whey tofu + 5% sucrose + 1% urea. The alternative media was incubated for 24 hours. Bacterial growth was observed at 0, 4, 8 and 16 hours using the TPC (Total Plate count) method. Various media Lactobacillus lactis bacterial deposition was grown on MRSB media and dried with freeze dry for 48 hours and the viability of Lactobacillus lactis was tested. The basic growth media that can be used are Lactobacillus lactis bacteria, namely whey tofu + sucrose 5% + urea 1% as well as Lactobacillus lactis viability results in various media which are grown on MRS media and various alternative media shows that the media has a 100% carrageenan composition able to maintain the viability of Lactobacillus lactis cells.

Abstract

This study aims to compile the financial statements of the Samsul Hidayah Mosque Moyo Village in accordance with the standards made by the Indonesian Accountants Association (IAI) namely Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No. 45. In this study, the authors analyzed the financial statements of the Samsul Hidayah Mosque with how to collect data, present data, analyze data, so as to produce conclusions about the actual picture, then compare with Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No.45. this type of research is qualitative with interpretive approach. The author uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation to obtain relevant data. The results of this study indicate that the financial report of Al-Iman Bukit Tinggi Mosque is only a simple record of cash receipts and cash disbursements and the final balance of the mosque. However, the mosque management did not make an inventory of the assets owned by the mosque. The financial statements of Al-Iman Bukit Tinggi Mosque are not in accordance with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) No.45 which consists of Financial Position Reports, Activity Reports, Cash Flow Statements, and Notes to Financial Statements

Abstract

Current Growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesiatend to increase and contribute significantly indevelopment. On the other hand, this has caused a degree of competition in the MSME sector as wellwill increase. One of the MSMEs that still exists in Eastern Indonesia such asOne of the districts of Sumbawa is a machete craftsman. The purpose of this study is1) Identifying internal and external factors faced by machete craftsmenin the village of Batu Alang. 2) Formulate an alternative machete marketing strategy inBatu Alang village obtained based on the results of the analysis. 3) Determine prioritiesthe right marketing strategy for machete craftsmen in Batu Alang Villagerun his business. This research was conducted in Batu Alang Village, Moyo DistrictHulu uses descriptive methods and data collection is done by techniqueobservation and survey. Determination of respondents is done by survey techniques. That resultobtained, on the IFE matrix, the average value of the IFE is 3.012 while the EFE matrixamounted to 2,704. These results place machete craftsmen in the village of Batu Alangin cell IV called the grow and build strategy. In this position, formaintain its existence is possible to carry out intensive and strategyintegrative strategy.

Abstract

This study wanted to find out more about the premarital sexual behavior of students at one of the universities in Sumbawa Regency and their handling efforts. This research is based on the rise of premarital sex cases by students that occurred at one University in Sumbawa Regency (interview with Bunga, one of the students). This becomes interesting because the University is a campus with a very thick religious nuances both among Lecturers and Students. The University's location in "remote" villages in the Sumbawa Regency and far from the hustle and bustle of big cities with all kinds of "glamor" makes the University can be said to be a "clean" campus of hedonism activities. However, premarital sexual behavior can still be found and become a conversation among students and some lecturers at the University. This study uses two quantitative and qualitative methods which are compared to make this research more extensive and in-depth. Quantitatively this study wants to find out how much the involvement of students in one University in Sumbawa Regency in sexual behavior outside of marriage and qualitatively want to know the causes. The tool used was a survey and in-depth interviews of the students concerned at the University with a random purposive sampling method where respondents or informants were selected in accordance with research criteria to obtain the desired information. The objects in this study were students in the age range of 17-25 years. At this age students are still in the juvenile category (MOH, 2018). This research will produce outcomes in the form of Be-ISSN National scientific journal publications, and posters.
