Any provision of public facilities and infrastructure should provide accessibility for elderly to create a more supportive situation and environment for them in carrying out their social functions and active roles in community life as naturally, state and nation. Accessibility in this case is the availability of public facilities and infrastructure that can facilitate the mobility of elderly in public places, such as wheelchair ramp, the path for stick users, doors, stairs, elevators for multi-storey buildings, and pedestrian crossing. This accessibility can be both physical and non physical. In this research what to be studied is how the implementation of the existing flats can provide accessibility to the elderly residents. Using descriptive exploratory method the condition of their perceptions of occupied flats will be described. This study is carried out qualitatively using interviews.

The rapid development of computer technology allows ease of access, yet lurking threats. Security in computer networks are categorized into two, namely the physical and non physical security. Physical security is a security that is more likely to focus to all things physical. This type of security can be avoided by more careful guarding of the thieves’ threats by putting in locked places and so on. As with the non-physical security, the more important issue involved is such as data security where its physical value may be less important. Therefore, this article discussed the safety factor especially on a computer network, vulnerable points on the computer network, techniques often used on attacks and some things you can do to ward off them.

NMF is one new developed method to make the part-based representation of non-negative data, such as human face image. NMF can reduce the dimension of high dimensional data such as multimedia data. In many researches,NMF can also used as a classification technique done by utilizing the extracted feature through NMF process. This article discusses about the classification technique of human face expression using NMF. This is done using NMF coeffisient and bilinear projection of face image. Some researches show the use of NMF coefficient in classification and some others use bilinear space projection. This research is conducted by simulating face espression recognition to the two available approaches and then comparing the accuracy and time efficiency aspect of the two methods. Through this research, it can be concluded that the use of NMF coefficient results in better accuracy compared to bilinear space projection, but bilinear space projection obtains better time efficiency.

Principal Component Regression (PCR) is one method to handle multicollinear problems. PCR produces principal components that have a VIF less than ten. The purpose for this research is to obtained PCR model using R software. The result is a model of PCR with two principal components and determination coefficients R(square) = 97,27%.

This article presents an application development of a Tactical Role-Playing Game based on AndEngine on an Android Gingerbread mobile device. The goals of the research are designing an entertaining application that implements artificial intelligence and AndEngine technology as well as presenting Indonesian cultures. The output of the research is a 2-dimension-based Tactical Role-Playing Game application implemented on Android Gingerbread mobile device and a game engine for creating items and skills of the characters for the game. On the application development phase, the research uses literature study, user requirement analysis, and similar game analysis. The research showed that the game application is developed using 2-dimension perception implementing artificial intelligence and AndEngine technology for having interesting control and appearance for users. In addition, it motivates other programmers for developing other game that presents Indonesian cultures, and uses conditional framerate for reducing battery usage on mobile device.

This paper is an idea to implement a knowledge management system for a real action for optimization efforts of private higher institutions due to the development of national human resources. Knowledge management is a technique of organizing knowledge within an organization. The goal is to accelerate the innovation by improving the effectiveness and efficiency of knowledge absorption through knowledge sharing process. Four activities underlying knowledge management system are using knowledge, finding knowledge, creating knowledge and packaging knowledge. These processes required to convert tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge that can be transferred to other people. Regarding to the background of the Consortium members who come from all corners of the archipelago, a web based knowledge management system is the best option. The system is built on many aspects, but can do a variety of simplifications that can be realized in the form of knowledge management portal. To make this system developed well, some attitudes need to be cultivated to create, capture, capture, store, process and disseminate knowledge.

Maintaining relationships with customers is an important factor to be the key to success of Hanifa kindergarten as a pre-school institution. It requires a precise strategy to be executed and a system to support the strategy. The design method begins with several analyses on the running business processes and the external and internal factors that affect the school. The analyses are then followed by a SWOT Matrix and Internal-External Matrix which produce several alternative strategies to be implemented. The strategy formulation results in a website-based application of E-Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) with features including three phases in Customer Relationship Management, which are acquire phase, enhance phase and retain phase. The analysis and system design is conducted using object-oriented analysis and design (OOA & D) as documented by notation Unified Modeling Language (UML).

PT XYZ received an offer of toll manufacturing services from its client as much as 360 units at a price of Rp14.000 for four years. To be able to fulfill the offer, the company must issue an investment of Rp1,3 billion for the plant expansion regarding to the limited capacity and specificity of the engine that must be purchased separately. There is also some additional operational cost for the company. Based on the analysis of costvolume-profit (CVP) the company realized that the price offered is far below the desired corporate profit by 27% so that the new price agreed upon in the negotiation is Rp16.000. Meanwhile, using the price agreement and macroeconomic assumption for the next four years, the company can finally concluded to accept the offer of its client with a value weighted NPV up to Rp306, 5 million based on the incremental analysis.

Several purposes of this research writing are to comprehend marketing activity at a private university in West Jakarta, the relationship between internet marketing with the brand, the relationship between internet marketing and performance of private universities in West Jakarta, and the relationship between the brand and the university's performance in West Jakarta. Data are taken from questionnaires to the management of the private university in West Jakarta and were analyzed using descriptive analysis as well as statistical analysis for non-parametric Spearman correlation. The results revealed that there was no significant relationship between neither internet marketing and brand nor internet marketing and performance. However, the internet marketing sub-variables, which proved to have a significant effect on brand or performance, is communication. Meanwhile, brand has a significant effect on performance. It canbe concluded that the internet marketing activities performed by the university’s management does not have a high impact to brand and performance eventhough it has a positive correlation. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the communication component and to make improvement especially on other four components (product, price, community, and distribution) which currently have not provided any significant influence.
