At certain moments, especially on national holiday transportation users greatly increase. The manual ticket booking system of inter-city buses is not very effective and efficient as indicated that it takes long time to book tickets and find information about ticket availability for a specific purpose on a certain day. Besides, inaccuracies often happen on synchronizing ticket availability with seat availability. Due to those problems, it needs to be made a model of ticketing information system of inter-city buses. The initial phase focused on booking tickets at a branch office. The next stage of development is integrating the information system of all branch offices to the central office. The purpose of this paper is to create a model of the system design if inter-city bus ticket reservation in inter-provincial branches can provide convenience for the branch to book tickets booked by customers. The methodology used in this research is a preliminary study by library research, followed by analysis on running systems through survey findings, then identification of information needs. From the results of this study it is found that a more specific design and implementation are expected to be made so as to provide more benefits to its users. The results of this study can be further developed and integrated with the central office.

To assist the performance of medical technicians in nursing patients effectively and efficiently, information technology appears as a dominant support. Utilizing information technology, patient?s diagnoses can be reported to a doctor as soon as possible, as well as the patient's condition which needs to be monitored regularly. It is necessary to build a monitoring information system of hospital that is able to present timely information regarding the patient's condition characterized by four vital signs which are temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration. For the four vital signs monitoring, fuzzy logic concept is implemented. If vital signs approach 1, the patient is close to recovery. Conversely, if the signs are 0, the patient still needs medical treatment. This system also helps nurses in order to provide answers to the families of patients who want to know the development of the patient's condition, as well as the recovery based on the average percentage of Fuzzy max of four vital signs. By Fuzzy-based monitoring system, monitoring the patient's condition becomes simpler and easier.

July 11, 2012 was chosen as an appropriate day in constitution terms to hold the election of Jakarta?s regional head for the next five years. There are many assumptions and opinions from some people about who would be elected as the governor of Jakarta. A lot of criteria from the candidates of governor and vice governor can be the parameters to be the success key in becoming Jakarta?s number one man. This research is discussing about decision making methods from many options by using AHP (analytical hierarchy process) method. Tthe case model is the election of Jakarta?s governor. The research utilizes two comparative components namely Jakarta?s governor and candidate of vice governor, as well as five criteria such as issues about flood, transportation, economic, public services and credibility. The result of this research is the candidate with number six that should be most chosen in the election.

Graphic Computers are widely used in various fields, especially in industries, companies, banks and hospitals. At hospital, computer graphics with leading edge techniques support images related to patient's needs. Graphic computer can also be used for shipbuilding and automotive design, as well as decision-makers in an institution, using pictures or images that can be analyzed to produce good forms which the accuracy is still investigated (CAD and CAM). The purpose of research is linking algorithms by creating the right picture or image to a form required by decision makers to associate algorithms Hermite, Bezier, B-Spline in harmonious function of each, so that the curves, images or images are produced better, and can be used in the field of engineering drawings. The purpose of research is to analyze the current marketing system at PT.Nordick Lift Truck in order to identify the existing problems faced by the company and to identify its weaknesses. Additionally, this research designs a web based Marketing system. The system has been designed to give facilitation for customer to get information abaut material of tutorial activity fast and efficient. The methodologies used are literature study, observation, interview, questionaire, analysis and design with 7-stages E-Marketing. It isconcluded that e-CRM system that has been designed supports information access easily and fast. The e-Marketing application consists of features such as Online Register, Contact us, Download, News, and Complaint. It is expected to help deliver and maintain customer satisfaction by building a close relationship to the customers.

Retail industry is the second largest industry after agricultural industry in terms of employment absorption in Indonesia. The situation of the quite dynamic retail industry is marked by the development of modern retail trade and it impacts on traditional markets and suppliers. PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, known as Alfamart is one of the best retail company in Indonesia. It already uses Supply Chain Management and B2B to support their operations. Alfamart also has its own website which provides information about products, outlets, services, and promo. This research discusses about IT improvement. The purpose of this paper is to improve Alfamart IT performance and make innovation on the IT to increase customer satisfaction. The methodology used is defining the problem, measure, analyst problem, improvement required by Alfamart, and control to monitor the implementation. Problems are identified using SWOT analysis, problem clarification, and business model canvas. Analyzing the problems, solution hypotheses and IT improvement are recommended for Alfamart.

Green Base transceiver station (BTS) or known as remote BTS is a special BTS with IP technology-based that has a small capacity and takes low power consumption with standard features suitable for use in rural areas. BTS utilizes 100% solar energy as a source of energy. The infrastructure Green BTS is composed of high-tech devices which is able to save energy, environmentally friendly, small and lightweight. The high rate service calls and SMS on green BTS is caused by the absence of competition telecom operators at a site. The solution to this problem needs to be done with system dynamics modeling approach with the aim to establish causality (cause and effect) between the variables. The standard target of model pattern which has been changed on system dynamics can be used to demonstrate the behavior of the model between the number of subscribers, the availability of network capacity and ARPU (average revenue per user) on the Green BTS site. On the changed standard target model, the actual revenue is placed as the actual event, the target revenue is as a target; the difference between the actual and target revenue is as gap, gap changes are as the pressure on the target and the corrective action taken against revenue as a corrective action. Based on simulation results, the standard model change targets can be developed by adding two negative loops (balancing loop) as an alternative solution towards the achievement of revenue targets that have been set.

This research purpose is to make easy the registration process of new students by personalizing the account page on admission online. Therefore, each user can manage their own needs and recognize the steps that must be taken to be a BINUS student. Analyses are performed towards the current working system and issues related to the system. Further is performing finding references related to the problem through literature study. Then, creating a UML diagram of the system design, user interface and database. Next is the programming phase and evaluation of the application . The results obtained is an online admission application with a personalized login page. It can be used to make easy the registration of new student or related issue at the many insttutions of Binus. It is suggested to create the mobile version of online admission for the future development.

Development of today's manufacturing systems leads to the getting shorter in product life cycle, more variety of products, as well as increasing in consumer demand for quality and timeliness. Thus the accuracy and speed of decision-making within the manufacturing system becomes important. This paper proposes an integrated model of batch scheduling and preventive maintenance scheduling, in assumption no non-conforming parts to the criteria of minimizing the total saving cost, setup cost, preventive maintenance cost in minimizing the actual flow time on a machine with increasing failure rate. An example is provided to show how the model and algorithm work.

Façade is the front of the building which is facing the street. It is one of the architectural elements of the city that can? speak out? the meaning of the building. In addition, façade is also a part of urban environment order which needs to be sustainable. The transformation of building function often impacts on changes in the composition of façade. Therefore, it is very interesting to be observed, especially along Pakubowono's street, which has distinctively Jengki architectural buildings. The purpose of this study is to explore the the extent of architectural transformation that occurs in Jengki style building by using descriptive methods. The result showed that Pakubowono area has undergone a change and assimilation of forms, although it is not very significant in the building typology. There are many changes that occur in materials and building elements which is an attempt to maintain its damaged parts.
