Competitive environment among investment firms encourage them to be able to conduct analysis related to investments activities with the potential failure of transfers’ funds. The purpose of this writing is to analyze the needs of the information required in the process of analysis the potential failure of funds transferring in a process of buying and selling stocks and using data mining techniques (Clustering) to support analysis process of the failure of fund transfrerring in a process of buying and selling stocks . Data collection methods used in this study consists of: Literature study, interviews and observations. While the implementation phase of data mining techniques consist of: Data Cleaning, Data Integration, Data Selection, Data Transformation, Data Mining, Pattern Evaluation and Knowledge Presentation. Data mining technique is used to analyze the data in order to know which transactions can lead to failed transfers funds and group them based on Receiving Failure. The clustering result will produce knowledge that is useful in the decision making especially to the top management level. The conclusions of this writing is using data mining techniques that have been designed in this writing, help the management take decisions with more precise so as to avoid losses for company.

This research was conducted based on the evaluation about the performance of Sales information system in current system in PT PKJ. General control and application control had contributed in reducing any risk that migh occur in daily operations. Some recommendations had been submitted to the management in order to prevent any fraud or leak in any financial control. To improve the security and control in every process in sales and operational, system should have a proper control in input and output. Standarizations must be implemented in every step in applications to reduce the treats and vulnerabilities. This research can be used as a model for small medium company to grow better with proper control using optimalization of Information System and Technology in every aspect in the management.

The form of Japanese residential architecture throughout its history shows its own uniqueness. The success of the Japanese government to provide housing for its citizens supports the study to know how Japanese residential architecture for the public society happened until today. The study of Japanese residential architecture for the public society was conducted by the descriptive approach. Data were collected through literature study from the history and development of Japanese residential architecture for public society and also done by field observations in Tokyo and surrounding cities. The study results the knowledge about many forms of residential architecture to public society since before the world war until now and provides knowledge relating to the successful provision of public housing so that it can be accepted by the occupants. The study is expected to provide inputs for the development of programs for public housing provision in urban areas in Indonesia.

TV broadcast systems are migrating from analogue to digital broadcasting system. Some countries in the world have completed this migration since a few years ago. America decided to stop broadcasting analog television in 2009. In Asia, Singapore launched this technology in 2004 and Malaysia implemented in 2006 (Depkominfo, 2009). With so many countries are migrating to digital broadcasting system, there are many business models that can be referred for organizing digital television broadcasts. In this writing, several business models that are used in the world will be reviewed and analyzed and the results can be a reference to determine the appropriate business model according to the organizers.

The purpose of the research is to identify and analyze the need of accounting information system for processes, procedures, and documents related to the production process at PT XYZ, which design the useful of accounting information systems to support business processes that occur. The design method used in this research is a method of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) with the UML notation, including: use case diagram, class diagram, and component architecture. Analyzes performed related to the organizational structure and business processes based on the theory of accounting information systems production processes and internal control theory. The result achieved by analysis and design of accounting information systems production process is a desktop based application that can assist in the activities of the production process, especially in the documentation and storage of transaction data, and produce reports in accordance with company requirements. Conclusions derived from the analysis and design is the implementation of a desktop based application that can help PT XYZ to improve systems and procedures, so it can obtain the required information on time and accurately.

Analysis and design of information system in PT. Maju Jaya Mulya is aimed to identify the organization needs in controlling and managing the data and information of operational transaction. They will be used as a base for developing a new integrated system that can meet company needs and to face the rivalry from the competitors. The activity in analysis and design is focused in production, inventory management and purchasing activities, as the main business of the company. The analysis and design of the company’s needs will be documented by using unified modeling language. With this information system, there is an expectation that this system will ease the company in doing their activity in production, inventory management and purchasing. This system will also minimize the data lost and human error, which is usually caused by the manual process and storage data of transactional data.

The development of information technology creates a new way of many aspects in life. Innovations in this technology affect toward business environment, especially banking, which makes the business run dynamically. All of the transaction of a bank will be processed easily with the presence of computer. A bank needs all of the changes in order to compete with competitors, and that includes changes in information technology. The more expanding and complex facilities applied in a bank, the more complex and diverse technology adopted by a bank. The implementation of technology information in banking is not simple, it needs a long term planning and maintenance system so that all of the technology information facilities could run well and give a significant impact. Technology monitoring or benchmarking is one of the options that is taken by a bank to maintain its existence in facing the tight competition. To create technology innovation in banking need a monitoring technology method that is named TW-CI. This method is used to fulfill business needs in facing a competition to get and choose information that can be used to support a decision, so that the innovation applied by a bank is efficient and finally give an added value and also create entanglement between a bank and its consumer.

Creating autonomous vehicle that can drive without a driver is a dream of the researchers who see the application of such a system will be needed in the future. Realizing such a system requires a dynamic model of the vehicle. It may be obtained by analytical method using dynamic equations. However, this way is rather difficult to do, especially in modeling the non-linear factors caused by tires, suspension, road conditions, etc. This study, in order to avoid difficulties in the analytical method, used artificial neural networks to model the dynamic system of the autonomous vehicle. It utilized data input from the camera sensor and vehicle speed.

In the operating process of electrical energy, economic planning is the main goal to be achieved. The goal of economic dispatch problem is determining the combination of optimal power distribution to a number of operating generator units so that the electricity demand in a certain area is fulfilled without ignoring the constraints that exist, so it is obtained a minimum total generation cost. Optimization method that is used is the Gaussian Particle Swarm Optimization (GPSO), while for the validation of the results, the obtained solution with the GPSO will be compared with the solution obtained by mathematical methods Extended Lagrange Multiplier (ELM) or the Lagrange multiplier method which its functions are expanded. The solution that is calculated is generation output in Megawatt of 23 thermal generating units system in Mahakam, East Kalimantan, which had a total cost of optimal generating (minimum).

In general automotive development, especially car, PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) continuously improves quality and service to supply vehicles in Indonesia. To support the improvement of quality and service, PT ADM continues to improve technology-based system to assist in providing vehicle parts of production process requirements. Therefore Purchasing division is very important in this process. Besides, supplier is a very important role in making and supplying parts for the company. PT ADM has a new system used to improve bidding process. Based on the discussion, price was not the only thing significant. There were other things to consider, especially in selecting the right supplier. Realizing the system does not cover all areas, therefore, it needs Decision Support System with AHP method to filter suppliers. So that, the company will automatically have good supplier. At least, the supplier meets company standard, especially purchasing department. This research concludes that using AHP Method is very effective for filtering supplier so that the company can make sure that only capable supplier or supplier which meets company standard may join the tender to supply the goods or parts. This paper combined AHP Methodology as the first selection using pairwise scoring and Analysis Sensitivity Methodology used to take decision which supplier is in line with project requirements.
