Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study feed supplementation source of protein and energy at basal feed pulp coffe and tumpi corn on feed comsumption, average daily gain, feed conversion, biological value and nitrogen balance. Six teen rams weighing on average 15 - 25 kg (approximately 10-12 month old) were panned individually in the wooden-slatted cage were use in this experiment, arrange in Random Block Complied Design 4 x 4 with 4 treatment and 4 block. Composition of basal feed were corn tumpi dan coffe pulp (ratio 80 : 20) and the feed supplement were dry onggok and consentrate (ratio 50 : 50) with crude protein = 22%. The treatments applied were R0 (Elephant grass : Basal feed : Feed Supplement = 30% : 30% : 40%), R1 (Basal feed : Feed Supplement = 40 % : 60%), R2 (Basal feed : Feed Supplement = 60% : 40%) and R3 (Basal feed : Feed Supplement = 30% : 70%). The variable observed in this research were the dry matter intake (DMI), organic matter intake (DMO), crude protein intake (CPI), average daily gain (ADG), feed convertion, biological value and nitrogen balance. Abstract

Organic manure of pregnant Supernasa of macro, micro nutriens and hormone grow able to be utilized by tomato crop to race growth process and result. Research aimed to study and knowing organic manure dose of Supernasa at various giving frequency on the growth and result crop tomato. The experiment used split plot design with 3 replications. Giving frequency (1, 2, 3 times) as main plots and dose fertilize Supernasa (1, 2, 3 g/l water) as sub plots. Variables observed to highly plants, leaves number, internode number, fruit number/plant and total fruit weight/plant. Result of research indicate that do not there are real interaction between treatment of dose fertilize Supernasa and giving frequincy to all variable observed. Abstract

The process of making fish ketchup used to take quite long time. There are many efforts to improve the technology; one of them is using proteolitic enzime as a catalist that has a function of breaking down protein into asam aminos. Anyway, the problem is that the pure proteolistic enzime costs very expensive. This research was trying to find the way to easily and less costly make proteolitic enzime, and highly to dissolve nitrogen as well. The extract of pineapples was then used in the hydrolisis process because it is known that it contains high quantity of bromelin enzime act as proteolitic enzime. A kind of fish called lemuru was choosen as a raw material of producing ketchup in this observation due to the high content of protein. The hydrolisis process is conducted in the room temperature by adding the extract of pineapples in some variety of concentration (6, 8, 10%) and using 8, 10, and 12 hours incubation time. The best result was at the concentration of 8% pineapple axtract and 10 hours incubation time. It produced totally 1,0233% nitrogen, contained of 0,86% dissolvent nitrogen, 27,5% dissolvent solid substance, 17% liquid volume and viscocity of 41,364%

Abstract

East Kotawaringin region is one of the areas, which has been supported natural condition for the growth, and developing of rattan. Habitat of rattan in this area consists of riverside, ex farm, forest, swamp, and underbrush. This research aims to learn the cost, revenue, profit, and economy feasibility of rattan farming. Location of research of purposifely determined in Terantang Hilir Village as one of the villages of rattan developing. The samples are 60 participants. Data is gained from primary and secondary data, by using farming analysis method. Result of research shows, rattan farming cost in Terantang Hilir Village is Rp 11.185.558,47/hectare in average, with in revenue in average of Rp 14.845.358,33/hectare. Revenue cost ration value is 1,32 gives meaning that rattan farming in Terantang Hilir Village, Baamang Area, East Kotawaringin Region, is economically feasible to be developed
