Abstract

One important instrument in regulating the traffic is a traffic light. the traffic lights that exist today help smooth and traffic controlBut sometimes the traffic lights into one of the causes accidents and the traffic congestion. This is can be occur because the the traffic lights, at work not to be adaptive and flexible so as to raises many accidents and traffic violations at traffic light.Research the purpose to design a smart traffic light control system. The basis the ideas results of this study created a good system and generate the traffic to adaptively setting that can reduce the number of offense in the traffic lights that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a traffic light itself. Keyword: lalu lintas, traffic light

Abstract

LINQ is new technology to create even window or web application. This research focus on how to implemented LINQ at Library application. The application is compiled by following a three-layer architecture rule, which is known as 'three tier'.  A 'Three tier' architecture is divided into three parts, they are data tier, business tier, and presentation tier. Data tier is  data in the form of a database, business tier is data in the form of  services which consists of different functions that consumes the data tier, and the last one is presentation tier which takes the form of  applications interface that consumes business tier.The stored information will be consumed through a special class called business logic class that will handle various operations, such as insert, update, and delete the data book. LINQ is needed to create this business logic class that allows data access and aims to facilitate query to all types of data such as Object, XML, databases, etc. This LINQ enables a programming language which is used on the Microsoft  NET framework has a native query capabilities towards the data. The LINQ statement is written using C#.net with Visual Studio 2010 and DevExprees 2012 with SQLServer database. The system design uses UML. The result is library application using LINQ framework. Kata Kunci : Library application, LINQ, LINQ to SQL, Web service, WCF, SOA, Prototype.

Abstract

Alumni search application STMIK Sinar Nusantara using fuzzy Model Tahani algorithm for processing crisp values into fuzzy. Alumni search parameters consisting of age, duration of study, the waiting period of work, the first salary, GPA, office waiting period now, the scale of the company where the alumni work and whether or not ever leave for college and liveliness of association for college.The objective of the application is to facilitate the search of alumni based on user criteria. Application design using Data Flow Diagrams, relational database and programming language used PHP and MySQL. The result of this system has produced alumni accurate information according to the search criteria entered by the user. Keywords: Alumni search, Fuzzy Tahani, Fuzzy Database.

Abstract

Many convenience obtained by using the computer as a tool or utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), but there are also effects. ICT is actually not environmentally friendly because the amount of energy used to operate the ICT equipment, rising energy costs, as well as the waste generated by the ICT equipment that is not properly processed, also the lack of peduliannya humans on the environment and this makes the earth where human life is getting damaged due to poorly-maintained and it is certainly can be detrimental to mankind. The purpose of the application of green computing is to minimize energy consumption in IT, purchasing energy-efficient equipment, reducing the use of paper and other consumables, optimize data center efficiency, and reduce impact on the environment. This study to determine whether the strategy is appropriate terapkannya green computing. After the SWOT analysis has found that the right to implement green computing SMK XYZ  even need the addition that the original purpose will be achieved. Keywords: green computing, SWOT, ITC

Abstract

Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKES) Duta Gama Klaten which has developed rapidly in 5 (five) years. Along with these developments, followed by an increase in Human Resources. At the end of each month STIKES Duta Gama Klaten do payroll for all employees. Payroll system includes several interrelated parts that public administration is responsible regarding the presence recap, responsible for financial administration of payroll management and Chairman Duta Gama STIKES Klaten in charge. The payroll system is still done manually so that the salary calculation process takes a long time.Payroll information system development process carried out by several phases : problem formulation, planning, problem solving, creation of information systems payroll and payroll information system testing. Of research by the author produced a program employee payroll information system applications in multiuser containing employee data report, the data position, the data class, presence of data, the data overtime, the data overtime and payroll reports. Abstract

The design of the automatic braking control system in the car city car manual transmission is applied to the car has a mass of 1090 kg empty and applied on a straight road with no twists and climbs as well as derivatives. The design of this system using ANFIS algorithm. The system implements momemtum formula mass force and acceleration are then applied in pascal law because the current legal system applying mechanical braking pascal. The system works triggered by several variables and the degree of membership of input variables are variables kecepaan, mass and distance, of the three input variables are obtained automatically from the sensor, the output generating braking pressure force that is triggered from the input variables. Variable output has berberda value corresponds to the value of input variables.Processing of input and output variables resulting from calculation pascal law, serve as training data for ANFIS, ANFIS processing using MATLAB. In this MATLAB rules and obtained a degree of membership value of the variable and variables derived from the FIS. From the results of FIS be tested by inserting some great input variables to determine the braking force that is done. Test data is applied in the CV AVR to do. CV AVR serves as a charging program for mikrokonroler using C language Results of CV AVR programs implemented in PROTEUS. Proteus serves as a prototype design of the system, there are several tools such as sensors and microcontrollers.Keywords: sensor, microcontroller, ANFIS, pressure, pascal law

Abstract

Image segmentation is a basic operation for the next image analysis process. Thresholding is  one of segmentations technique commonly used to separate the object with the background. Thresholding technique in this paper is used to detect the chicken embryo from the egg observation image (candling eggs) those are fertile or infertile. The main problem in the thresholding technique is to determine the threshold value. In the paper, we propose the use of k-means automatic thresholding method to determine the best threshold value, so that the maximum achievable object segmentation are reached. It is expected to support this process to determine whether the chicken egg hatching process is fertile or infertile. Keywords-component; image processing; automatic threshold, grayscale image, candling eggs;
