Abstract

PT. Sami Surya Indah has 7,100 employees who provide incentive issues, in addition to the current handling of obstacles in reporting and determination of employees who deserve incentives. The current system in the Company is still using manual process where the database used is still in paper form. For that will be designed and made a decision support system to determine the incentives for employees with the method Promethee in PT. Sami Surya Indah. The purpose of this study is to design and build systems that can assist in determining the feasibility of providing incentives to prospective employees. This study also aims to apply the Promethee method for determining the feasibility of providing incentives to employees. Methods of data collection include field study and literature study. Field studies include interviews and observations. While the literature study conducted by examining the relevant literature with the problem. Designing system design using CD (Context Diagram), DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and ERD (Entity Relation Diagram), Implementation program with PHP and database MySql. The results of the functionality test shows the application is running in accordance with its function and based on the validity test of the application has been declared valid. Abstract

Mohan Grosir Solo is a store engaged in the field of Sales and Sales Cooperation Sales with Credit Sales System. Sales of credit that runs from direct submission to the cashier by submitting identity cards only. Customers do the taking of goods in accordance with the value of the approved filing then the customer will pay in accordance with the applicable provisions. With the credit sales information system is expected small errors up to the large can be resolved, especially the problem of payment arrears and repayment payment. System design that includes: Diagram Context, HIPO, Data Flow Diagrams, Document Flow Diagrams, Database Design, Input Design, Output Design, Implementation of the program by using appropriate data stimulation. The purpose of this research is to create and design multi-level loan sales information system at Mohan Grosir Solo. Then the results obtained from this system are Input of Goods Data, Input of Customer Data, Input of Supplier Data, Input of Data of Department of Goods, Input of Cashier Data, Purchase Transaction, Purchase Return Transaction, Credit Sale Transaction, Sales Return Transaction, Cash Transaction, Customer Data Report, Supplier Data Report, Department of Goods Data Report, Cashier Data Report, Purchase Transaction Report, Purchase Return Report, Credit Sales Transaction Report, Sales Returns Report, and Cash Advance Report. System information created using Microsoft Visual Basic 6 and SQL Server database has been done blackbox testing with a design that is appropriate. Keywords: Information System, Multiuser, Credit Sales.

Abstract

Chili plants have a lot of pest and disease attacks. Pest and disease attacks potentially reduce the production of chilli and even cause crop failure. In addition, the limited number of extension workers and the lack of knowledge of practitioners / chili farmers inhibits efforts to control pests and diseases of chili plants. Therefore, the authors propose an expert system to diagnose pests and diseases in large chili plants using the Certainty Factor method. The Certainty Factor method is used to perform calculations by providing an expert's level of confidence. Expert systems relate symptoms and diseases as well as pest and disease control solutions of large chili plants. The data were obtained based on interviews with experts at the Organization for Industrial, Spiritual and Cultural Advancement (OISCA) Training Center Karanganyar. The data obtained was analyzed and expert system design application was made using UML diagram. The design is continued with the implementation of expert system application into PHP programming and MySQL database. The test results show that the system can diagnose pests and diseases of large chili plants like an expert. Keyword: certainty factor, expert system, pest and disease, large chili plant (Capsicum Annuum Longum).

Abstract

A lot of medication error toward patient due to pharmacist lacks of knowledge on the patient’s medical record and previously consumed medicines list. This may cause harm to the patient. Not to mention that most pharmacists does not know about the allergy the patient may have to certain medicines. Medical record is a file containing notes and documents that concern identity, examination, treatment, action, and other services that have been given to the patients. The aim of this research is to minimize errors in the administration of medicines toward patients and to maximize the role of pharmacists in monitoring public health by collecting society’s medical records using PMR applications (Pharmacy Medical Record). PMR is an information system based application that stores medical records of patients that can be used by health workers particularly pharmacists to take the right decision in supporting the health of the patient. This research is a non-experimental descriptive research with quantitative approach. Samples were taken in the region of Apotek Akmal Sehat and Apotek Sondakan of Surakarta. The results showed that PMR can assist the pharmacist in making decisions that are logical, right and focusing on the quality of the health of patients by monitoring the medical records of medicines.Therefore, the application of PMR based information system qualifies as a provider of data with quality which is accurate, right on time, and relevant. Keywords: Information System, Medication Error, Medicine Medical Record, Pharmacist, PMR

Abstract

This research is to make decision support system from student selection achievement in SMP Negeri 1 Polokarto Sukoharjo which still done manually. The method used is weighted product. System design using UML. Testing this system aims to find the level of validity of the system that applies the weight of algorithm products with MS.excel calculation with the same criteria and the same weight on each alternative for the results of calculating the distance relative to the ideal solution manual. Abstract

AbstractAlong later development of technology, 3D models are increasingly used almost in all circles and fields. With so a 3D model can be used as a medium of learning simulations and attractive arranged in such a way. Alongside the presence of 3D applications that can be used both free and proprietary, animators develop Karyana expected to support the learning of interest. The aim of this study as a learning medium and can be used as a computer program to create 3D models. In accordance with the proper sequence of steps, the process of making the object will be greatly facilitated. And supported by using a script program is expected to create objects in large quantities can be easily and vary in shape and size but they can be modified by the animator. Generator 3D model is a solution to create objects in large quantities. 3D models created as an instance is the object of the chili. Abstract

Stemming is a process to return a derivative word into its root word by eliminating the affixes. This is necessary to support a better information retrieval system. Some research on stemming algorithm, including algorithm Nazief & Adriani and Porter. Each stemmer has advantages and disadvantages of each. The purpose of this study is to compare the two stemmers, so it is known which algorithm is better to support information retrieval system. This research mostly applied literature study with reference to research conducted by Asian Jelita and Fadillah Z Tala. Test documents obtained from online news sites (detik.com). The process of analysis is done by calculating the number of correct results and experiencing stemming errors (over stemming, under stemming, unchanged, spelling exception), then comparing the result and time of the process, so it will be known which stemmer is better to support information retrieval system.
