Abstract

The study aims to document and determine the application of hygiene dan sanitation in nutrient installation Dr. M. Djamil Padang of the application which includes personal hygiene, environmentl hygiene, food hygiene dan sanitary facilities. This research uses a qualitative approaches, the technique collection technique of observation, interviews and documentation. Validity of data do creadibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and test confirmability. Analyzed the data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal conclusions or verification.The results showed that : overall Application of hygiene and sanitation in nutrient installation has not been done optimally viewed from of personal hygiene, of environmental hygiene food hygiene and the sanitary facilitiesKeyword: Hygiene and Sanitation, Nutrient Installation

Abstract

The purpose of research is the gues perceptions about the excellent service of reception employee in Axana Hotel Padang City. This research consists of six indicators are: ability, attitude, appearance, attention, action, accountability, This type of research is descriptive research using survey method. Population in this research is guest have stayed in Axana Hotel Padang on September 2014 until January 2015 amounted to 6.137 guest. Sampling technique is non probability sampling, using insidental sampling. Sample number in this research amounted to 93 guest. Data collection using a questionnaire based on a Likert scale that tested for validity and reliability. Based on the results of the study concluded that in general the gues perceptions about the excellent service of reception employee in Axana Hotel Padang City good less in mean 94,27 between range 73,5 -< 94,5. indicators about excellent service good less all.

Abstract

The research objective was to describe the decorative embroidery on SujiScarves Kotogadang Liquid in terms of design and decorative patterns, andmanufacturing techniques. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Theinformants are leaders Crafts Amai Setia Foundation, community leaders orbundo kanduang and craftsmen who were 8 people. The technique of collectingdata through interviews, observation and documentation using an interview guideand observation guides. Data analysis technique is data reduction datapresentation and conclusion. The results stated shape design is naturalisticdecoration with floral and leaf. Motifs arranged in a shawl with a size of 2m longand 50cm wide with symmetrical and asymmetrical arrangement. Keharmonisseen from the arrangement and color selection motif. Decorative pattern is a pattern encountered many fill the field. Embroidered making techniques suji cairembroider Kotogadang are: (a) The instrument used was pemedangan, wax paper,carbon paper, needles, and scissors. (b) The material used is a tissue fabric, silk,embroidery threads superior, and thread macau. (c) The process of making themanufacturing phase begins decorative pattern design, installation pemedanganthen proceed with the stitching process by using a variety of skewers.

Abstract

This article aims to determine the tendency of learningdiscipline and student learning outcomes in subjects productive. Thistype of research is a descriptive quantitative approach of Ex PostFacto. Population in this research is grade X, XI, and XII in BeautyHairstyling Subject of SMK Negeri 6 Padang that totaling 76 peoplesand samples taken for about 46 peoples from part of the population.Data were analyzed using the percentage of Achievement LevelRespondents (ALR), correlation analysis using Pearson ProductMoment Correlation and continued with T test. The results showedthat, the percentage of respondents' level of achievement in thediscipline of learning 57% with low category. While the results ofstudy subjects known to the average productive learning outcomeslowest is 65 whereas the highest learning outcomes is 95. Bivariatecorrelation analysis was obtained by 0.614 indicating a strongassociation occurs, the significance test of correlation shows the pricet count > t label (14, 548 > 2.021) which means that there aresignificant Ha who reads the discipline of learning to the learningoutcomes of students earning subjects Subject Tata Beauty SMKNegeri 6 Padang received the 95% significance level.Keywords: Discipline learning, learning outcomes, productivelesson, hairstyling.

Abstract

This research is conducted because the phenomenon of children who get less nutrientcalled malnutrition at Manggopoh Dalam Nagari Ulakan Tapakis Padang Pariaman Regency.The purpose of this research is to describe how the providing food of malnutrition children. Itis a kind of descriptive qualitative research which the source of the data is gotten frommothers who has the children in undernutrition. The sampling technique usedin this resesrchis snowball sampling. The data isi collected by doing observations, interviews anddocumentations. The result of the research shows that (1) there is no variation menu given tothe children and there is unbalanced food supply with the nutrition need (2) the frequent ofeating are breakfast about 8.am to 10.30 am, Lunch is about 1pm-3pm ang not all theinformantget dinner for the children (3) food supply consist of 100-200 gr of carbohydrate,50-100 gr protein, 50-100 gr vitamins and 200cc of mineralKeyword: Providing Food of Malnourished Children

Abstract

This purpose of research is to analyze the relation between meeting roomfacilities with buying decision by costumers in the Grand Inna Muara Padang. Thetype is the correlation. Populations in this study are goverment departments andprivate department which has been used banquet service in the Grand Inna MuaraHotel Padang period January-August 2014 about 135 departments which thesample about 78 departments which has been compare to 3 categories with takingsample sampling proportionate strafied random. Data collection based to likertscale. The result showed that: 1)Meeting Room Facilities are in the good category(56%); 2)Buying Decision are in the good category (42%); 3)Result correlationPerason Product Moment test with significance of 5%, showed that rhitung 0,457 inthe rtabel 0,25-0,5, although Ha received.Keyword: Meeting Room Facilities, Buying Decision of Banquet Service

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of research is to determine the tourist perceptions about the tourdestination of PantaiPasirJambak Padang City. This research consists of fiveindicators are: tour attraction, pre tool, tool, infrastructure and society, . This type ofresearch is descriptive research using survey method. Population in this researchamounted to 728 tourist. Sampling technique is non probability sampling, usinginsidental sampling. Sample number in this research amounted to 89 tourist. Datacollection using a questionnaire based on a Likert scale that tested for validity andreliability. Based on the results of the study concluded that in general the touristperceptions about the tour destinationofPantaiPasirJambak Padang City good enoughin mean 142,03 between range 126 -< 154.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the color (hue), dark light color (value) and flatness of color on silk dyeing results using waste water draining lymph gambier with mordant lotus (FeSO4). This type of research is the study eksperiment.Variabel this study is variable in pre-mordanting X1, X2 simultaneous-mordanting and post-mordanting X3 and Y differences dyeing results. The type of data is primary data sourced from the 15 panelists were analyzed using one-way ANOVA by SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 21.0. Based on research results without mordant color is yellow naples, pre-mordanting dark olive green, simultaneous-mordanting ie olive Darb and post-mordanting is dark olive green. Value is a pre-mordanting is dark, meta-mordanting quite bright, post mordanting very dark while the flatness of color in pre-mordanting and meta-mordanting is average while the average post-mordanting less. Hypothesis test for color light dark obtained F count = 42, 467 and F count flatness color = 17.899 while the value Ftabel = 0.514, if F count> F table = then Ho is rejected, so there is a significant difference to the light and the dark color pre flatness-mordanting, simultaneous-mordanting and post mordanting.Keywords: Mordanting, results of Immersion, Wastewater draining sap Gambir

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the interest of the students of SMK N 3Payakumbuh to continue their studies to the Department of Family Welfare FT UNP.Type a descriptive study using quantitative methods. The type of data in the form ofprimary data. Data collection through questionnaires to students of class XIIdressmaking at SMK N 3 Payakumbuh. The study concluded that the interests ofstudents of SMK N 3 Payakumbuh to continue their studies to the Department ofFamily Welfare scores acquisition of each of the indicators are (1) attention to thescore of 69% with the higher category, (2) the strength of the motive on the score of62% with the higher category, (3) The sense of excitement in the category score of66% is high, but if it is seen still many who responded with fairly low category ofeach indicator, hence the need for the information and motivation given to thestudent.Keywords: Interests, Continuing Studies, SMK N 3 Payakumbuh
