Abstract—. This research is motivated by the large percentage of students of Building Engineering Education Study Program who scored low in Mathematics Analysis Course. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is a contribution of learning independence toward student learning outcomes of the Mathematics Analysis Course in Civil Engineering Department FT-UNP. This research is a quantitative research. The number of research sample is all 63 students of Class 2015 Building Engineering Education Study Program registered in Semester July-December 2017. The instrument used is questionnaires to measure the learning independence variable. From the instrument test, 33 valid statement items were obtained with a reliability value of 0.873. The results of the research showed that there is a significant relationship between the learning independence and student learning outcomes of Mathematics Analysis Course in Civil Engineering Department FT-UNP with a strong enough relationship level (rPearson’s 0,594> rtable 0,248). Determinant Coefficient obtained from determinant test was 35,28%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the contribution of learning independence toward student learning outcomes in Mathematics Analysis Course in Engineering Department FT-UNP is 35.28% and the rest 64.72% is contributed by other factors. Abstract—This reseach aims to produce a valid video tutorial-based learning media on the subject of KPJR with material of new road planning at FT-UNP Civil Engineering department. The research employs descriptive method. The data analysis is aimed to 34 samples of the building (D3) study program who are taking KPJR subject by giving media in the form of video tutorial and learning evaluation question (10 items of objective and 1 essay question) related to the material. Before the media was distributed, the first thing to do was validationof content by 2 validator that was a KPJR lecturees and afterthat validation of media by a lecturer . The result are 0,933 in terms of media and 0,844 in terms of material. The result of the evaluation obtained with the average value of 71,82 (categorized well)that means the video can already be used and published as one of the media that can help students to understand the material. Abstract— The background of this research is various problems found in the implementation of PPLK, which are related to the teaching ability of PPLK students. The purpose of this study is to reveal the teaching ability of PPLK students according to the perceptions of supervisor teachersin Building Engineering Department of SMK in Padang City in academic year 2016/2017. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research. The population is all supervisor teachers in Building Engineering Department of SMK in Padang City amounting 28 teachers. The sample was taken by using total sampling technique. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through questionnaire about perceptions of supervisor teachers on the teaching ability of PPLK students that distributed to the respondents. Secondary data was the number of supervisor teachers obtained from the Head of Building Engineering Department. Data analysis techniques used are: (1) Data verification, (2) Data classification and tabulation, (3) Data processing by calculating frequency and mean value. The results showed that the teaching ability of PPLK students according to the perceptions of supervisor teacherin Building Engineering Department of SMK in Padang City is in fair category. Viewed per indicator, the perceptions of supervisor teachers towards 3 indicators (pedagogical, personality, and professional competency) are in fair category, while for social competencyis in good category.Keywords: Perception, Supervisor Teacher, Teaching Ability

Abstract This research is based on the lack of learning motivation for students on the eyes lesson Draw Technique class X students majoring in Building Image Engineering SMK Negeri 2 Sawahlunto. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship of learning motivation with the results of learning subjects Image Engineering students Class X Department of Building Materials Engineering SMK Negeri 2 Sawahlunto. The type of this research is descriptive correlational research Population in this research is all student of class X Department of Building Image Engineering SMK Negeri 2 Sawahlunto academic year 2016/2017 amounted to 27 people, because the population is less than 100 then the sample taken all members of the population called Total Sampling amounted to 27 students. The variables in this study are the learning motivation as the independent variable (X) and the learning result of the Technical Drawing as the dependent variable (Y). Based on the results of this study can be concluded that there is a strong and significant relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient rxy (0.756)> rtabel (0.381). Keywords: Motivation, Learning, Learning Outcomes

Abstract— The background of this research related to the number of graduates from Technical Building Education Program; Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering State University of Padang who choose to work on the field project rather than become a teacher. Therefore the purpose of this study is to reveal the factors that affect the interest of graduates from Technical Building Education Program; Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering State University of Padang to the profession of teachers. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative with Proportional Random Sampling as sampling technique. The research data is obtained by spreading questionnaires to 78 graduates of Technical Building Education Program that has graduated from the Department of Civil Engineering in 2016. The results of the research showed that the external factors that affect the interest of graduates of Building Engineering Education Program to the profession the teacher is 78.81% or included in the high category. Therefore the highest value related to the sub indicators of society and campus.. Keywords: Interests, Vacancies and Professions

Abstract—This research begins with the problem of low student learning outcomes on Survey and Mapping subject. Based on the problem, we conducted this study the main purpose of this study is to determine what is the most dominant internal factors which give effect to student learning outcomes in the subject of Survey and Mapping at education Building study Program FT UNP. This type of research descriptive quantitative. The population in this study the students who take the Survey and mapping courses from July to December 2015 and 2016 which consist of 166 students. Samples were taken using Total Sampling technique. Technique of collecting data using questionnaire with likert scale. Questionnaire in this research a questionnaire about internal factors that affect student learning outcomes. The technique of data analysis using descriptive analysis by calculating the percentage of each subindicator using the formula of degree of achievement (DP). The conclusion of this research shows that health factor the most dominant factor influencing student learning outcomes of Study Program of Building Engineering Education Department of Civil Engineering Faculty of Engineering State University of Padang with degree achievement of 80,31% with big scoring category. Abstract— The background of this research is because in following the ISP some students of Civil Engineering Department of FT-UNP experienced doubts and problems while in the industrial field, such as: students are less active and do not participate with what is happening in the field, lack of understanding how to read the picture, less understanding how to pay volume with software. This study aims to reveal about the readiness of students of civil engineering department of UNP faculty of technical period from January to June 2017. This quantitative descriptive research with a population of 51 students in civil engineering State University Of Padang that implement Industry field experience (ISP) of the year 2017. The sample in this study as many as 34 students with sampling using simple random sampling technique. Data collected by questionnaire, with 5 categories of readiness ranging from: unprepared, poorly prepared, adequately prepared, prepared, and well prepared. Results of the research, got data of readiness of the students of Department of Civil Engineering faculty of Engineering State University of Padang in implementing the ISP is in ready category for affective aspects, cognitive aspect and psychomotor aspects. Viewed from the overall aspect that the readiness of field practice on Civil Engineering students FT-UNP in implementing ISP in Padang City in the ready category. Abstract—This research is quantitative descriptive research which aims to determine whether there is an influence of procrastination toward the learning results of Column Construction and Reinforced Concrete Beam Drawing Course of students of Class XI TGB 2 SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman in academic year 2016/2017. The population of this study is all students of Class XI TGB 2 in the academic year 2016/2017. The sample was taken by using total sampling technique. Data were collected by using questionnaires with Likert Scale consisting of 4 alternative answers. The number of statements in the research questionnaires is 24 statements. The result showed that there is a significant relationship between procrastination and the learning results with medium relationship level. From the t-test it can be concluded that there is an influence of procrastination toward the learning results of Column Construction and Reinforced Concrete Beam Drawing Course of Student of Class XI TGB 2 SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman.
