Batako adalah material yang banyak digunakan untuk dinding bangunan terutama rumah tinggal di Indonesia. Masyarakat di Solok Selatan, Sumatera Barat umumnya juga membangun dinding rumahnya menggunakan batako. Sayangnya mutu batako yang digunakan tidak memenuhi standar yang ditandai dengan banyaknya rumah masyarakat dengan dinding batakoyang rusak saat terjadi Gempa Sumatera Barat 2019. Observasi lapangan menunjukkan bahwa secara fisik dan mekanik, batako di Solok Selatan tidak memenuhi persyaratan. Solok Selatan juga memiliki masalah tingginya angka pemuda putus sekolah. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, maka diadakan pelatihan dengan menggunakan metode bimbingan kelompok, terdiri dari ceramah dan latihan pembuatan batako. Dampak dari pelatihan ini diukur dengan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test kepada peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemuda putus sekolah sebagai mitra untuk pembuatan batako yang sesuai SNI-03-0349-1989.Kata kunci: dinding, gempa, bata, beton, bimbingan kelompok.

Abstract—. Pauh Duo Subdistrict, Solok Selatan Regency is one of the subdistricts that have village funds (BUMNag) that are scattered in every area which aims at equitable development. Therefore the community must know how to manage and implement these funds, especially in infrastructure buildings (buildings, roads, bridges, and drainage). Training to the community is one of the alternatives so that the funds can be absorbed effectively and efficiently. The training focused on calculating the volume and Budget Plan (RAB) of an infrastructure building. This is addressed to residents that involved in managing and implementing village funds in four villages in the Pauah Duo sub-district, namely Nagari Pauah Duo Nan Batigo, Nagari Kapau Alam Pauah Duo, Nagari Luhak Kapau Alam Pauah Duo, and Nagari Alam Pauah Duo. The training was held from the 26th- 29th of September 2019. The results of the training are included in an effective and efficient category. The final evaluation results are in the outstanding category. It can be concluded that the implementation of the training went smoothly with very satisfying results and could improve the quality of public knowledge.Keywords : BUMNag, Training volume and Budget Plan (RAB), Pauh Duo Subdistrict,

A 5.3 magnitude tectonic earthquake shook South Solok on Thursday (2/28/2019) at around 6:27 WIB. More than 479 houses were damaged, 15 units of public facilities were slightly damaged, and caused a loss of more than 25.6 billion rupiahs. The damage is mostly experienced by vernacular houses which are generally built by construction workmanship who do not understand the technical requirements for earthquake-safer housing. Therefore, local construction tradesmen as the leading element of housing development in the community, should have received more attention because it is their works that determine the strength of building structure. The use of quality building materials and construction work that refers to the basic requirements of earthquake-safer housing construction must be fulfilled, so that the built structures can become sturdier, strong, and do not endanger the inhabitants in the event of earthquake. This article presents the results of the Community Partnership Program Activities (PKM) toward construction tradesmen in Pauah Duo Subdistrict, South Solok Regency. The evaluation results showed that the average construction workmanship’s knowledge of the basic requirements of earthquake-safer housing construction increased by more than 60%. After the training, the participants have knowledge of simple technology that can be applied to housing construction and damaged house repairing activities. Abstract— This study aims to reveal the effect of self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of Diploma 3 Civil Engineering students in the UNP Building. This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study were active students of Diploma 3 in Civil Engineering Building Class of 2016. The sample used in this study was total sampling, the entire population sampled as many as 42 students. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire consisting of 5 answer choices. The number of statement items in the research questionnaire was 37 items. Based on simple regression analysis it can be seen the correlation / relationship value (R) of 0.395 and the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.156 means that the effect of self-efficacy variables on the variable entrepreneurial interest is 15.6%, while the remaining 88.4% is influenced by variables other outside research. From the regression analysis it can also be seen that the t value is 2.718 greater than the t table value of 2.02108, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interests of Diploma 3 Civil Engineering students FT UNP Building. Abstrak—Penelitian ini berawal dari sedikitnya mahasiswa lulusan Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Universitas Negri Padang bekerja sebagai guru. Tujuan penelitian ingin mengetahui kesiapan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan UNP bekerja sebagai guru tahun masuk 2015 ditinjau dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif jumlah populasi 56 orang mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan tahun masuk 2015 yang telah melakukan PPLK. Sampel sebanya 56 orang mahasiswa diambil dengan teknik total sampling karena populasi kurang dari 100, pengumpulan data mengunakan angket dengan Skala Likert terdiri dari 5 pilihan jawaban. Uji coba penelitian dilakukan kepada 30 orang mahasiswa tahun masuk 2014. Jumlah pernyataan angket penelitian 32 Butir. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan kesiapan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan UNP bekerja sebagai guru ditinjau dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan sebagai berikut. Sub indikator bakat kategori siap, Sub indikator minat kategori cukup, Sub indikator motivasi kategori siap, Sub indikator menyikapi kategori siap, Sub indikator lingkungan keluarga kategori siap, Sub indikator kondisi ekonomi kategori cukup, Sub indikator lingkungan sekolah kategori siap.baik.Kata Kunci: kesiapan, mahasiswa , Teknik Bangunan, bekerja sebagai guru.

Abstack - Learning Special Teaching Methods (MMK) is one of the factors that determine the success of prospective educators in front of the class, but there needs to be confidence in the learning process. Based on the results of observation by asking questions to students, there are still many prospective educators who are not yet confident in implementing the Educational Field Experience Program (PPLK). The purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions of self-confidence in implementing the Field Practice of Educational Education in the Building Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University. This study is a descriptive study with a total sample population of 73 students. Data collection instruments using a questionnaire with a Likert scale assessment, which consists of 4 answer choices with 37 statements before the validity test and the reliability test, after which there are 29 statements made into research. The results of the study revealed that students' self-confidence in carrying out PPLK was quite sufficient with the results of the Degree of Achievement (DP) of 77.25% in terms of self-confidence, a positive attitude in themselves, and utilizing their strengths. Abstract – An Interest of vocational students to continue lecture in the Building Engineering Education Study Program is still relative low. It is seen from the number of students who came from SMK N in Padang City who is in college studying at the FT-UNP Building Engineering Education Study Program from 2015-2018, only 22 students. Therefore it is necessary to know about the interest of students of SMK N 1 Padang, SMK N 5 Padang and SMK N 1 West Sumatra Department of Building Engineering in continue lecture if reviewed from the type of information received by students. This research is descriptive research. The data analysis technique uses the calculation of degree of achievement (percentage). The degree of achievement calculated is the percentage of the type of information received by students such as educational information, employment information, and social information. The percentage results are then matched to a scale of 5 according to Riduwan to find out students' interest in continue lecture in the FT-UNP Building Engineering Education Study Program in terms of the type of information received by students. Research result: Interest of students of SMK N Kota Padang class XII of the Department of Building Engineering to continue lecture in the Building Engineering Education Study Program FT-UNP on education information 77.81% are in the quite interested category, work information 74.01% are in the quite interested category, and social information 72.33% are in the quite interested category. Abstack - Bidikmisi students of FT UNP have learning outcomes / Achievement Index below the provision standard of Bidikmisi UNP (2.5) 60 people, therefore it is necessary to know the reasons. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research, data collection techniques is using questionnaires. The population of this research is Bidikmisi students of Education Study Program of FT UNP 2015-2018, amounting to 392, to determine the quantity of samples the Taro Yamane formula is used, so 80 people samples are obtained. Data analysis techniques is by using percentage calculations performed by calculating the frequency of respondents' answers on each sub-indicator of the study. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the results of the study shows the factors that most influence the learning outcomes of FT UNP’s Bidikmisi students from external factors are the family with the highest achievement score of 85.81% while the lowest score is 64,21% from the surrounding environmental factors, this shows that the family environment is quite encouraging so that students get good learning outcomes while the surrounding environmental not affected for the learning outcomes of Bidikmisi students of FT UNP. Abstack – This research is about Student Perception of Building Engineering Education Study Program on the Use of E-learning. The background of this study is the results of the author's research with students of the Building Engineering Education Study Program in lectures using e-learning, it can be concluded that students have not used e-learning in the lecturing process. This study aims to determine student perceptions of the use of e-learning. The population of this research is the students of Building Engineering Education Study Program who use e-learning in the lecture process in the January-June 2019 semester, amounting to 137 students and a sample of 55 students. The research data was collected through a questionnaire given to students who were selected as research samples to know student’s perceptions of the use of e-learning. Based on the results of the research carried out it can be concluded that the results of the study show that perceptions of students of the Building Engineering Education Study Program on the use of e-learning amounted to 72.26%, the category is quite good, it can be concluded that students who use e-learning have a fairly good perception in the lecture process.
