Patients with AMI experience anxiety can be a contributing factor of complications such as recurrent heart attack and heart failure. Anxiety can be overcome by anxiety management both pharmacology and non-pharmacology, one of the non-pharmacological techniques are relaxation techniques such as foot massage. This study aims to determine the effect of foot massages on anxiety in AMI patients at RSUD Dr. Moewardi. This research design uses a quasi-experimental design with one group pretest and posttest design without control group approaches. The number of samples is 30 respondents with the purposive sampling technique. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of foot massages on anxiety reduction in AMI patients with a p-value <0.05.Anxiety in AMI patients after a foot massage immersed in a decrease from anxiety score of 38,13 to 59,83. The inclusion criteria were active kindergarten students who were obese or overweight, lived in the Depok area, did not have chronic diseases or other health problems at the time of the study. The result shows that child's nutritional status is 80% obese and 20% overweight with an average body weight decrease from 34.3 kg to 33.2 kg. The obesity risk behavior show decrease in junk food consumption, sugary drink, formula milk, screen time and increase of adequacy fruit vegetable consumption from 0 % to 60%. Abstract

Pain is an issue often experienced by cervical cancer patients. Some coping strategies to manage this issue have been conducted by patients. However, its success is influenced by some factors. This study aimed to predict factors influencing coping strategy of pain among cervical cancer patients. The Method is a correlational analytic study had involved cervical cancer patients staged 2 and 3 aged 25 – 65 years old with pain and chemotherapy. The Coping Strategies Questionnaire (CSQ) was used to assess coping strategy describing patient’s thought and feeling associated with pain. Multivariate regression analysis was used to analyse data. The result is Out of 92 respondents, 50% were categorised as late adulthood and 59.8% experience mild pain. Result showed that coping strategy is associated with education, age, marital state, leucocyte and pain scale (p value < 0.05). However, occupation, income, chemotherapy cycle, chemotherapy effects, haemoglobin, thrombocyte, urea and creatinine are not significantly related to coping strategy. Besides, multivariate regression analysis shows that the most influencing factor toward coping strategy is the variable of age. Age is the most influencing factor toward individual’s coping. For that reason, strengthening coping strategy of cervical cancer patients needs to maintain age factor. Keywords: Cervical Cancer; Pain Coping; Coping Strategy

Muslims believe that the teachings of their religion carry all aspects of life and they seek to keep God at the center of consciousness, intention and action. The research objective was to determine the relationship between Islamic characters and the caring behavior of nursing students. The study used a descriptive analytic cross sectional design and analyzed using the Spearman Rank test with 93 respondents. The results showed that the majority of respondents had good caring behavior, with the conclusion that there was a significant relationship between Islamic characters and student caring behavior. Abstract

Teenage girls are prone to suffer from anemia because of a lot of blood loss during menstruation. Iron deficiency can cause them to be weak, and make them difficult to concentrate, because hemoglobin cannot carry enough protein and oxygen. Dragon fruit contains a lot of iron (Fe) to form red blood cells, and vitamin C can accelerate the absorption of iron for the body. To determine the effect of giving red dragon fruit juice (Hylocereus Polyrhizus) on the increase of hemoglobin in the post-menstrual adolescent girls at SMA Negeri 1 Banguntapan. The research design was a quasy experiment using pre- and post-test nonequivalent control group design. The study population consisted of 54 people. The study sample comprised 18 people consisting of 9 control groups and 9 intervention groups. Sampling was conducted with purposive sampling. The data collected were the hemoglobin levels of Grade XI of Social Science students at SMAN 1 Banguntapan, Bantul. Dragon fruit juice 200 grams is effective for increasing hemoglobin levels adolecent girls in SMA Negeri I Banguntapan Bantul p value 0.011 (p value <α (0.05).Dragon fruit juice 500 gram is effective for increasing hemoglobin level adolecent girls in SMA Negeri I Banguntapan Bantul p value 0.009 (pvalue <α (0.05).There was no significant difference on the dragon fruit juice 200 gram and 500 gram in increasing hemoglobin level adolecent girls in SMA Negerei I Banguntapan Bantul p value 0.280 (P value > 0.05) Keywords: Dragon Fruit Juice; Hemoglobin Levels; Adolescent Girls

Socio-economic status includes a person's lack of education and income which can affect a person's health status. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between socioeconomic status and the incidence of injury in people with Diabetes Mellitus. The method used is a correlation analytic design, with a cross-sectional approach with a sample of 120 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The data were processed using the Spearman statistical test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between socioeconomic status and the incidence of injury (p-value = 0.001; r = -0.313). Results of multivariate analysis in research using linear regression that shows that the R result is 0.343. The socioeconomic status regression coefficient on the incidence of injury was 0.185 while the regression coefficient for self-care activities on the incidence of injury was 0.133. A socio-economic status that includes education and income influences a person to carry out self-care management to prevent complications of Diabetes Mellitus, namely Diabetic ulcer.
