Human beings are made up of various elements, itâ€™s kind of soul, mind, body and the heart. These elements have a relationship between each other. For example, human needs to eat, basically is not a stomach or physical needs only, however, in addition to an impact on physical strenght, eat also have an impact on the other body elements, such as soul, mind and the heart. Therefore, Islam requires every food that we eat should have benefit the whole elements of the body. Therefore, what is consumed must meet the essential needs of all elements of the body. The purpose of the essential is a positive association between consumption activity with structured activities from elements of the bodies themselves. If consumption resulting in dysfunction and even damage to one or several elements of the body, of course it is not a essential needs of human. Therefore, Islam expressly forbids the items which will bring harm to the man himself.

This papers is reviewing about the phenomenon of demonstration versus blaspheming that analyzed in descriptive with Islamic law approach. This analysis was then developed on two issues, there are: 1) how the phenomenon of demonstrartion and blaspheming; 2) how the perspective of Islamic law on demonstration and blaspheming. Although it can not be generalized, reality at every demonstration activities, the dirty words seem to have become an obligatory song, that should be sung with full of spirit as a the media to berate, incite, blaspheming, even less to provoking, until culminate in anarchy. When it has been so, the democracy lessons, morals, and manners that were taught in school no longer seemed meaningful at all. This is ironic if in these circumstances there is still some that say â€œthis is a political education!â€. Even, this demonstration phenomenon is not only happening at the level of college, but also has happened in the institutions of formal education providers secondary level (high school or vocational school). School that should be the development of a positive culture center changed becoming the showground of articulation of words that extremely far from the polite category.

Ibadah (act of devotion) has the function to calm down the restless that come out from the guilty feeling. It gives the peacefulness to the religion follower. Besides, it also teaches the sublime values such as patience, endurance, discipline, empathy, social solidarity and passion restraint. These values are the important indicator in psychological health.

This paper is for the person who has obligation to issue zakat, because he has fulfilled the pillar and rule of zakat. However, he post ones the issue of zakat and use it as the capital in trading. In trading, he gets losses that depleted his property so that he becomes bangkrupt (muflis). In this condition, he surely cannot issue a charity since there is no treasue that will be issued anymore. Then, after having effort and get differeril opion about zakat paid by muzakki, whether, he will pay the treasure zakat or he is also obliged to pay the debt of zakat before he goes bankrupt (muflis).

The word jihad in Al-Qur'an in the general sense in the aim to proclaim Islam. Or jihad for what is generally used as an effort to uphold the truth and fight against crime, such as carrying out God destroy the tyranny of religious teachings, including apostasy and jihad against infidels. Everything is done for God expect subside. This is the jihad of people who believe. The term terrorist by counterterrorism experts said referring to the perpetrators who are not members of the armed forces are known or did not follow the rules armed forces. Terrorism also implies that attacking terrorist acts carried out inhuman and has no justification, and therefore the perpetrators (â€œterroristsâ€) deserve a vicious retribution a. That the jihad that is spilling all the ability to enforce the truth and destroy falsehood, it is the duty of every Muslim. And jihad infidel must fend terkomando organized and, as has been done in the war era, the Prophet Muhammad and now by amri ulil. b. Muslims who do jihad own with no permit ulil amri named Khawarij (terrorism) that must be fought, because they interfere with other Muslims. And usage to Osama bin Ladenâ€™s jihad is appropriate because he defend Islam and to defend themselves from attack Amerikan and its allies and Imam Samudra are suitable sekali.dianggab jihad is not terrorism because according to Islamic rules.

This papers is reviewing about phenomenon of the multiculturalist of pluralism in Indonesia that analyzed in descriptive with Islamic law approach. This analysis was then developed on two issues, there are: 1) how the essence from the meaning of multiculturalism and pluralism in Islamic law; and 2) how the Islamic view of multiculturalism and pluralism. Simply put it can be said that pluralism the iseology of diversity. This definition would like to affirm that pluralism can be conditioned when a person believes about something â€˜which is patterned muchâ€™ as a gift. This view also want to show their sincerity of every human in accepting the diversity. Pluralism is not an easy thing to be accepted just like that. In the empirical reality, plurality has always been a problem from time to the time until now, especially in responding the truth claims of each religion. Why plurality has always been a problem? The experience of inter-religious relations that have occured many years ago, probably should be a reference. In Indonesia, the occurence of disunity and conflict that have a religious background are very easy happened and sometimes it just because of a trivial issues. May even be said, almost every year there was tension, sometimes riots, result from the inter-religious sentiment. Then, it is necessary to reflect on the concept of religious pluralism in order to find positive input for diversity in Indonesia.

Based on the 1945 Constitution, all the Indonesian people deserve a decent education, as the government officials elected by the people charged to establish and conduct national education system. To carry out what is the mandate of the 1945 Constitution, the government is allowing the public to provide education through educational institutions run by government agencies or managed by private but still remain in government coordination. Consequences of the Government Regulation No. 55 of 2007 is required for parties of religious non-formal education have when students in excess of 15 people to report/ register with the Ministry of Religious district or city . This step is performed in order to obtain recognition of a more "formal" in the non-formal education institutions have registered as non-formal religious educational institutions . The results of this step is to obtain a diploma equivalence recognition of religious non-formal educational institutions after graduation test competence of accredited educational unit was designated by the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
