Abstract

Natural resources promise extraordinary economic development potential, which must be utilized as optimally as possible. To make it happen, one of the factors that influences the success of an organization's business is the well-managed management of information technology (IT) infrastructure. The quality of SI / IT products and services can be measured by internal customer perceptions. Several computer companies have begun to work with Petroleum Industry companies to build HPC Clusters to help process physical exploration data so that it can be processed quickly. HPC (High Performance Computing) is a technology that utilizes computer parallel processes as a step to complete work that requires large computing performance. Large processing of sesmik data requires fast and stable computer capabilities. The goal is to serve internal / user and external / customer requests. On this basis the author conducted a research at PT.PGSN South Jakarta. This study consists of two types, namely correlation research which will examine the relationship between internal customer satisfaction with seven independent variables of product / service quality of IS / IT and the relationship between perceptions of increasing internal customer performance on seven independent variables of product / service quality of IS / IT. The seven variables are: availability, user friendliness, productivity, reliability, durability, responsiveness and timeless of support. As well as comparative research to see whether there is a difference / significant difference between internal customers and IT Human Resources in assessing performance aspects. The six aspects of performance were analyzed: problem response, Software, Hardware and network maintenance, information system development, program & SI maintenance, passwords and online control. Correlation tests were carried out using the Spearman correlation analysis method, while the comparative test was carried out using the Mann-Whitney analysis method.

Abstract

Technological developments have penetrated all areas of life very rapidly and facilitated many activities. Computers are one of the devices that are needed for data processing, so that the data processed can be effective and efficient in providing information needed by an organization. School becomes one of the means in the world of education, also requires a computer in carrying out its activities to solve problems faced and reduce the level of human error in entering data. School education is inseparable from student data and the academic values of their students. At junior high school, the data processing value of students still uses manual methods, namely using the ms program. excel and ms. just word. So that the processing and storage of values are done manually, so much precision and time are needed for the report making process. For this reason, it is necessary to design a student value data processing system with the support of the java swing programming language and mysql database.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ethnomstics results of buying snd selling in Javanese society, especially solo cities. This research is an exploratory study using ethnographic traditions. Solo is a city that is densely populated and thick with culture. Solo has one kingdom known as the Surakarta Hadiningrat Sunan Palace with the raja title Raja Pakubuwana. Klewer market is located next to the kasunanan palace. The data in this study were obtained from the results of interviews and ethnographic records made during the study. Data analysis was performed using the Miles & Huberman model. The result of the study obtained several mathematical concepts used by solo society, namely activity of counting and counting. Counting activity arose during the mention of buying and selling. In calculating altitude, there are several mathematical concepts, including counting algorithms. The results of this study are expected to provide inspiration and reference material for contextual mathematics learning.

Abstract

When conventional promotion of new student admissions become the only means of marketing at Vocational High School, the new tool and strategy [14] is needed that qualified to face the challenges of technology. With the social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, its use has become an idea to answer the needs of the school[12]. Primary data collected in the form of quantitative and qualitative, based on a questionnaire survey and interviews on media that has been used. Linear regression was used to seek influence between variables and Diagram Ishikawa / Fishbone, a tool to locate and identify the cause of the problem. This study found that investments in technology, particularly social media has yet not to get the maximum results in the acceptance of vocational students Yadika 6 academic year 2016/2017.
