Abstract

This study explores improving user experience on online sales platforms using ISO/IEC 25010 standards. It focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction with Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada. The research uses case studies and Likert scale surveys to evaluate critical aspects like reliability, security, and system efficiency. The goal is to provide insights into factors affecting user experience in online sales. The ISO/IEC 25010 evaluation results aim to guide system improvements, ensuring user needs are met. This research significantly contributes to understanding the online sales market dynamics, helping stakeholders take strategic steps to create a more effective and satisfying platform for users.

Abstract

Puskesmas is a community health service. Improving public health services can be achieved through providing excellent and quality health services. In terms of the performance of the puskesmas administrative services, there is no information system for processing patient data, which has an impact on the quality of services in the puskesmas. The aim of this research is to create a web-based knowledge management system that assesses the quality of health services provided by health centers. This will measure the gap between the actual performance of the Puskesmas, patient expectations, and the level of satisfaction experienced by patients. The system will also propose alternative solutions to increase patient satisfaction. in improving the quality of services provided by Community Health Centers. The methods used in the research are Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) and the Kano method. The reason for choosing the IPA method is because IPA can be used to measure respondents' mastery of research attributes and can also measure the importance of an attribute based on respondents' perceptions. This research uses the Kano technique to categorize the features of a product or service based on their ability to fulfill customer desires effectively. The result of this research is a Knowledge Management System designed for Community Health Center services, which has the potential to reduce knowledge gaps.

Abstract

Permata Hospital currently relies on a manual record-keeping system for patient registration, which is inefficient. The purpose of this research is to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the patient registration process at Permata Hospital by designing a web-based patient registration information system. The research methodology employed in this study is the waterfall method, beginning with system requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The expected outcome of this research is the development of a system that can process patient registrations effectively and efficiently. With the implementation of this information system, that it will reduce registration queues at the counters and facilitate patients in the registration process. Additionally, this system will assist hospital administrative staff in document archiving and patient registration data management.

Abstract

Data that is sequential or neatly arranged data is highly necessary because sorted data makes it easier to read, inspect, and correct any erroneous data. In information technology, there are many algorithms for data sorting, including merge sort, insertion sort, heap sort, quick sort, selection sort, shell sort, and so on. In this test, seven sorting algorithms (Merge Sort, Insertion Sort, Bubble Sort, Heap Sort, Quick Sort, Selection Sort, and Shell Sort) were used with random data testing scenarios of 100, 150, and 200 data points, using the JavaScript programming language. The research findings indicate that insertion sort is the most efficient algorithm in terms of time, with an average time of 0.613 seconds. Quick sort is the most efficient algorithm in terms of memory, with an average memory usage of 31072 Kb.

Abstract

In the manufacturing industry, industrial competition is increasingly competitive, to produce a product that has high quality to be an added value in XYZ company's competitive advantage, so that companies produce good quality products by meeting consumer standards and tastes for the products they produce and reduce the level of product defects by the company. This study aims to analyze defective products on Part lockwasher at PT XYZ. The research used the Six Sigma method to control product quality through 5 stages, namely define, measure, analyze, improve and control. From the results of this analysis, it was found that there were 3 types of product defects that caused the resulting defects, namely high torque values, rotating bolts, and easily detached stoppers caused by machine, human, and method factors. the results of the six sigma calculation of defective products Part lockwasher during April-December there is a six sigma level of 3.463 with an average DPMO of 24803.43, and knowing the highest level of defects is caused by high torque values. These results indicate that product defects in Part lockwasher are on average for the Indonesian industry. The proposal given in this study uses 5W + 1H as an improvement to improve product quality.

Abstract

This research discusses the development of sales applications using extreme programming methods and implementing a multi-tenancy model to support software as a service (SaaS) businesses in small-scale software companies. Observation results reveal that the web-based application uses the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MariaDB database. The application has facilities for managing sales, cooperation contracts, and other features in serviced offices, virtual offices, and MICE businesses. Software development using only two developers in two focused and limited iterations. The development results include key features such as user authentication, access rights management, sales data management, customer management, sales transactions, and dashboards. The resulting application implements a multi-tenancy model essential in supporting SaaS businesses. This research concludes that the multi-tenancy model and extreme programming methods suit SaaS application development, even with small development teams. Technical excellence in writing software code is the primary key to this method.

Abstract

Deep Learning is a new scientific field in the field of Machine Learning which has recently developed. Deep Learning has excellent capabilities in computer vision. One of its uses is in the case of classifying objects into biodegradable and non-biodegradable materials. By implementing the CNN method in this case, it is possible to classify biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste appropriately and efficiently. This study uses image data of biodegradable and non-biodegradable materials sourced from Kaggle. The stages in this study consist of six stages. The first stage is to retrieve the dataset. The second stage is the preprocessing stage by rescaling the image. The third stage is to create a CNN model. The fourth stage is model training to get higher accuracy. The fifth stage is model evaluation and the last is testing the model. From the classification test using the CNN method, an accuracy of 93% is obtained. So it can be concluded that the CNN method used in this paper is capable of performing a good classification.

Abstract

Basically every company has the same principle, which is to make as much profit as possible using the minimum possible costs. This can be done in various ways, one of which is by choosing the right vendor. In selecting vendors, PT XYZ has used an application in the form of a website and has determined the criteria for selecting vendors. However, even though they have been assisted with using the application and have determined the criteria for selecting vendors, there are still problems in the procurement process such as goods arriving late or goods arriving not according to the specifications as agreed. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and add service criteria to find the best vendors to assist the production process at PT XYZ. This study aims to find the best vendor in the procurement of solenoid valve spare parts at PT XYZ based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The research results obtained are that PT SMS is the best vendor as a supplier of solenoid valves with a value of 0.491, followed by PT VAI with a value of 0.291, and PT ACE with a value of 0.067. And for the sequence of criteria that are a priority for the procurement of solenoid valves, namely quality, price, delivery, and service.
