Abstract

Stroke or Cerebrovascular disease according to the World Health Organization (WHO) is a clinical sign that develops rapidly due to focal or global brain dysfunction due to blockage or rupture of blood vessels in the brain with symptoms lasting 24 hours or more. Risk factors for stroke are related to the condition of a person's health status, namely hypercholesterolemia (excess cholesterol levels) and hypertension (high blood pressure) Methods: A descriptive analytic correlative observational study with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples was 62 people who were taken using the Slovin formula. Statistical analysis used the Sperman Rank test and Linear Regression test. Results: By using the Sperman Rank test, it was found that there was a significant relationship between blood cholesterol levels and the incidence of stroke in statistical tests with a p value of 0.004 (p <0.05), there was a significant relationship between hypertension with the incidence of stroke in statistical tests with p value 0.031 (p <0.05) there is no significant relationship between blood cholesterol levels and hypertension in statistical tests with p value 0.129 (p> 0.05) and by using Linear Regression Test obtained that the relationship between blood cholesterol levels with a mean value of 0.453 and hypertension with a mean value of 0.994 so that the most dominant with the incidence of stroke is hypertension. blood cholesterol and hypertension, and the relationship between blood cholesterol levels and hypertension with incidence The most dominant stroke is hypertension.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a level of patient feeling that arises as a result of the performance of the health service obtained after the patient compares it to what he or she expects. The positive impact of clinical service quality indicators in the medical record section on patient satisfaction shows the level of perfection of patient satisfaction. Health is causing complacency in each patient. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the application of Clinical Service Quality Indicators in the Medical Records Section to Patient Satisfaction at Puskesmas Gambut. This research method uses a cross-sectional study. The results of this study obtained the achievement of clinical service quality indicators, namely the accuracy of patient identification is mostly in accordance with the standards of 42 documents medical record (84%) and the provision of < 10 minutes mostly according to the standard of 44 documents medical record (88%). The achievement of patient satisfaction is mostly very satisfied as many as 30 patients (60%). There is an effect of applying clinical service quality indicators (1. Precision patient identification, 2. Provision of documents less than 10 minutes) in the medical record section of patient satisfaction, namely the accuracy of patient identification of asimp. Sig 0.000 and the provision of < 10 minutes asimp. Sig 0.000.

Abstract

Rice is the food source of carbohydrates and fiber contain enough . food stuffs with a low carbohydrate content and high fiber content tends to have a low glycemic index . consuming foods with a low glycemic index will lower blood glucose levels. In patients with diabetes mellitus .siam rice varieties of pearls , and sabaunus widely cultivated by the farmers of south kalimantan , other than that consumed by many people South Kalimantan The research objective was to determine the levels of fiber, carbohydrate and analyze differences in the glycemic index of the rice varieties of rice siam (pearl, Unus and Saba) that can be used for people with diabetes mellitus. It is an experimental research to analyze fiber, carbohydrate and glycemic index level. To determine levels of fiber used luftSchoorl method for inspection and carbohydrate levels are used the gravimetric method , while the glycemic index levels made ??by examining blood glucose levels to 8 healthy respondents . The blood glucose is examined before giving the tested food and during two hours afterwards with 30 minutes susceptible time. Results of this study found with mean fiber are 3.12%, 3.24%, and 3.07%, respectively and carbohydrate levels are 10.47%, 12,51% and 13.95%, respectively.Mean glycemic index is gained after analyzing and counting the data, 54.4% for mutiara rice, 50.1% for unus, and 53.4% for saba . Based on statistic test with repeated anova it showed that p>0.05 (0.792). From this research, it can be concluded that glycemic index level of siam rice is included in low category thus, it can be used as can alternative food for diabetic mellitus.

Abstract

Symbols and abbreviations included to the standard of SNARS Edition 1.1 that found in hospital management standard groups that are Information Management and Medical Record (IMMR 12). The uniform use of diagnostic codes and procedures facilitates data collection and analysis in accordance with statutory regulations. The aim of this study is to consider the use of symbols and abbreviations in medical record of hospitalization to supporting the accreditation of SNARS Edition 1.1 at RSD Idaman Banjarbaru, Banjarbaru city. The method of this study is qualitative descriptive study. The instrument of this study uses interviews and observations guideline. The number of samples calculated using the Slovin formula was 332 medical records of inpatients that had symbols and abbreviations In this study using purposive sampling technique. The research subjects consisted of the main informant who was the head of the medical record installation while the triangulation informant was the officer for coding, indexing, and analysis. The results of this study showed that RSD Idaman Banjarbaru city already has their own regulations or rules about the use of symbols and abbreviations those are SOP and guide books of symbols and abbreviations. The regulation of symbols and abbreviations has been carried out in inpatient medical record, but in this implementation there are still uses of symbols and abbreviations that should not be used, and also those that are not in the guidelines.The evaluation of the use of the proper symbols is 70,8% and the improper symbols is 29,2%. The percentage of proper abbreviations for diagnotics and acts is 60,2% and the improper abbreviations is 39,8%. The percentage of proper abbreviations for prescription drugs is 76,3% and the improper abbreviations is 24,7%.

Abstract

The increasing presentation of exclusive breastfeeding is still below the national target, one of the obstacles of that issue is the lack of mother breast milk volume. Therefore, need an effort to increase breastmilk production. Moringa leaves contain phytosterol compounds that can facilitate breastmilk production. This study aimed to analyze the effect of Moringa leaf pudding on breastmilk production for breastfeeding mothers at ??Puskesmas Kelurahan Cawang, East Jakarta. This was an experimental study with a pretest-posttest control group design to evaluate the difference of milk production before and after the mother consumed moringa leaf pudding. The baby weight was an indicator of the mother breastmilk production. Therefore, the population on this research were mothers and babies, the mothers are given 250 grams of moringa leaf pudding per day for seven days, then the baby weight was measured before and after treatment. The mother as a subject have to meet the inclusion criteria such as mothers of infants age 0-6 months, exclusive breastfeeding , do not smoke, do not drink alcohol, do not have infectious and degenerative diseases. The analysis showed that there was a significant effect on Moringa leaf pudding on baby weight in the intervention group (p = 0.03), while there was no significant difference in the control group (p = 0.461). The conclusion is Moringa pudding could increase the breastmilk production of mother who consumed it for seven days.

Abstract

The smoking trend in adolescents is now increasing. The abuse of cigarettes in adolescents that cause addiction and can use negatives, such as the use of alcohol, drugs and others. Providing health education with peer education is one that can be given to address adolescent problems. Based on this background, the researchers wanted to know the effectiveness of peers groups on smoking cessation in adolescent boys. Method: This type of research is a pre-experimental research method, with a pre-post study design. The sample in this study was 32 adolescents played 15-18 years. The research was conducted at private vocational shool in Denpasar City. Results: Analysis of the data in this study used a statistical test and the average results of cigarette consumption before and after being given health education by peers decreased with a value of p <0.001, and as many as 69.2% of respondents asked for their help to smoke while getting health information from friends the same age. Solution: We recommend that schools implement peer education to give up smoking in adolescents.

The disease of tuberculosis is a contagious disease and is increasing every year. The number of cases of tuberculosis in Indonesia in 2016 was 298,128 cases, while in South Kalimantan Province there were 5,147 cases. Tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic infectious disease that can be cured when taking medication regularly. Compliance of tuberculosis patients to take medication may be influenced by the knowledge and attitude of the patient. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between knowledge and attitude with the compliance of drug consumption in tuberculosis patients in Pekauman Public Health Center Banjarmasin working area in 2018. The design of this study used analytical survey with cross sectional approach. The population is all TB patients in Pekauman Public Health Center Banjarmasin working area from February to June 2018, amounting to 56 people. The sample meets the criteria of 54 people with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis through chi-square test using 95% confidence level. TB patients in Pekauman Public Health Center Banjarmasin working area mostly have good knowledge about tuberculosis amounted to 39 people (72,2%), have positive attitude amounted to 48 people (88,9%), obedient in taking medicine of tuberculosis amounted to 48 people (88 , 9%). There is correlation between knowledge and attitude with compliance of drug consumption in tuberculosis patient in Pekakesmas Banjarmasin working area (p value = 0,000,031). For Pekauman Public Health Center Banjarmasin can improve health education for example by holding group meeting and special routine counseling to TB patient and family, and distributing leaflets / leaflets about TB drug consumption compliance.
